Shenzhen power supply bureau (SZPSB) urgently need a series of methods which can analyze the cause of wireless communication fault and predict wireless communication failure, these methods can facilitate operations staff take the initiative to master the signal status, solve the problem of signal fault in time, and increase the terminal online rate. In this paper, we present a model named GCFPM (Gradient descent to iterative Calculate optimal regression coefficient in power-grid communication Failures Prediction model) which based on logistic regression Algorithm (LRA), GCFPM can effectively predict the possibility of communication failure, enhance the level of acquisition terminal operations, increase the terminals online-rate and guarantee the practical effect of the electric power metering automation system (EPMAS).

In this study, multiple eigenvalues detection model has been put forward and empirical analysis and comparison between logistic regression model and multiple eigenvalues detection model has been conducted in the same sample on the basis of overall data. The results have showed the characteristics of accuracy, stability or extensive adaptability of multiple eigenvalues detection model in detecting false accounting information.

Reliability of an individual unit during field use is important in many critical applications such as turbine engines, life-maintaining systems and civil engineering structures. The remaining useful life (RUL) of the unit indicates its ability of surviving the operation in the future. When the failure indication (degradation) has been detected, it is essential to estimate the RUL accurately for making a timely maintenance decision for failure avoidance. In recent years, RUL prediction in service has received increasing attention. As many powerful sensors and signal processing techniques appear, multiple degradation features can be extracted for degradation detection and quantification. These features can serve as the basis for RUL prediction. This paper presents the proportional hazards model and logistic regression model, which relates the multiple degradation features of sensor signals to the specific reliability indices of the unit, and enable us to predict its RUL. Comparisons are made for the two models regarding their effectiveness and computation effort. An example of bearing test is provided to demonstrate the proposed approach in practical use. The results show that the models are capable of providing accurate RUL prediction to support timely maintenance decisions.

Wetland ecological systems have recently suffered varying degrees of damage, significantly threatening wetland waterfowls and their living spaces. Considering Mai Po-Deep Bay Wetland as an example, the current study analyzed 14 independent variables that are closely related to ardeidae waterfowls. The actual data on ardeidae waterfowls in January 2003 were used as induced variables in a logistic regression model. Nine variable factors, including land use, normalized difference vegetation index, gradient, rainfall, TM4 vein, TM3 vein, road density, road distance, and habitat density, were obtained via screening. The precision of the model reached 0.743 via Nagelkerke R2 inspection with better fitting. The model result was used for the fast clustering for suitability classification of habitat. Classification result shows a good agreement with the actual data on ardeidae waterfowls within the same period, and the precision reached 77.4%. Finally, all variable factor data in January 2009 were collected to perform time-scale inspection on the regression equation. Moreover, the fitting precision with actual data on ardeidae waterfowls within the same period reached 75.8 %. Therefore, the proposed model has better universality.

HIV/AIDS pandemic is a global crisis with consequences that will be felt for decades to come. It has already claimed more than 25 million lives and another 40 million people are currently estimated to be living with HIV/AIDS worldwide. Women account for half of the people living with HIV/AIDS worldwide and nearly 60% of HIV infections in Sub-Saharan Africa. VeT has been described as a high-leverage intervention for HIV/AIDS prevention in sub-Saharan Africa because of its demonstrated effectiveness. This is, however, restricted to few areas making it inaccessible to various individuals who may want to be tested. This study sought to establish the trend in uptake of VCT and establish factors associated with the utilization of VCT Data was extracted from KDHS data collected for the years 2003 and 2008. Using SPSS version 15.0 and 17.0, several variables were cross tabulated against the constant variable ever been tested for HIV and Chi square used to detect differences in categorical variables between or among groups. To test if there was a significant difference in the two years, the t value of the proportions was calculated and compared with the t tab. logistic regression analysis with stepwise elimination was used to determine factors that had statistical significant association with the outcome ever been tested. Factors included in the analysis were age, marital status, wealth index, region, residence, highest education level, religion, currently/formerly/never married, number of unions, husband lives in house, ever been married and number of other wives. The outcome of this study revealed a significant association between VCT utilization and various factors. These included age, marital status, wealth index, residence, region, religion, highest education level and husband lives in house. VCT uptake was greater in 2008 compared to 2003.

A New Aware-Context Collaborative Filtering Approach by Applying Multivariate logistic regression model into General User Pattern

Traditional collaborative filtering (CF) does not take into account contextual factors such as time, place, companion, environment, etc. which are useful information around users or relevant to recommender application. So, recent aware-context CF takes advantages of such information in order to improve the quality of recommendation. There are three main aware-context approaches: contextual pre-filtering, contextual post-filtering and contextual modeling. Each approach has individual strong points and drawbacks but there is a requirement of steady and fast inference model which supports the aware-context recommendation process. This paper proposes a new approach which discovers multivariate logistic regression model by mining both traditional rating data and contextual data. logistic model is optimal inference model in response to the binary question “whether or not a user prefers a list of recommendations with regard to contextual condition”. Consequently, such regression model is used as a filter to remove irrelevant items from recommendations. The final list is the best recommendations to be given to users under contextual information. Moreover the searching items space of logistic model is reduced to smaller set of items so-called general user pattern (GUP). GUP supports logistic model to be faster in real-time response.

Online shopping consumer perception analysis and future network security service technology using logistic regression model

In order to understand consumer perception, reduce risks in online shopping, and maintain online security, this study employs data envelopment analysis (DEA) to confirm the relationship between evaluation and stimuli. It establishes a model of stimuli-organism response and uses regression analysis to explore the relationships among negative online shopping evaluations, consumer perception of risk, and consumer behavior. This study employs attribution theory to analyze the impact of evaluations on consumer behavior and assesses the role of perceived risk as a mediator. The independent variable is negative comments, the dependent variable is consumer behavior, and logistic regression is used to empirically analyze the factors influencing online shopping security. The results indicate a positive correlation between the number of negative comments and consumers' delayed purchase behavior, with a correlation coefficient of 41%. The intensity of negative comments significantly impacts consumers' refusal to make a purchase, with a correlation coefficient of 38%. The length of negative comments substantially influences consumers' opposition to purchasing, also with a correlation coefficient of 38%. There is a close relationship between perceived risk and consumers' delayed shopping behavior and the number of negative comments, with 41% and 4% correlation coefficients, respectively. Perceived risk has a relatively smaller impact on consumers' opposition to purchase behavior, with a correlation coefficient of 27%. The length, intensity, and number of negative comments are correlated with consumers' opposition, refusal, and delayed consumption, negatively affecting consumer intent. Additionally, negative comments are related to perceived risk and consumer behavior. Perceived risk causally influences consumer behavior, while the convenience of shopping has a relatively minor impact on online shopping security. The Analysis of Performance of Total Amount Reduction of Pollutants Emission Based on logistic regression model

Environmental policy is one of the main tools of environmental management for the government, it is very important for performance evaluation. This study is quantitative analysis for the relationship between the various types of environmental policies and the performance of total COD in wastewater emission volumes reducing, to obtain the role of pollution reduction from the support of policy. Based on the results of logistic model analysis, 5 reduction measures significantly affected the performance in three types of emission reduction targets. Among them, shutting down and relocate the number of enterprises have the greatest contribution to the emission reduction performance, and it followed by the sewage treatment rate, the removing of COD by the new wastewater treatment facilities, the number of projects completed under deadline management, the proportion of secondary industry. The frame measures are very effective and eliminating trailed productivity is the highest efficiency measure in all pollution control measures. Sewage treatment measures in this area also played a key role in pollution reduction; the sewage charging policy plays a key role in economic management. The adjustment of economic structure is concerned with pollution reduction. The more proportion of secondary industry covers, the more difficulty emission reducing is. Therefore, the government should pay more attention on the adjustment of industrial structure and strengthen the sewage treatment capacity to improve the performance of total amount reduction of pollutants emission.

Design and Development of Personal Credit Score Card based on logistic regression model

Based on the analysis of China's economic trends, the scale of the credit market, business credit risks, and individual consumption concepts, a modeling approach using big data technology is proposed, taking into account the existing personal credit data protection modes and the status of the personal credit system in various commercial banks and financial institutions. However, the current statistical and artificial intelligence methods have improved the accuracy of the models, but their robustness and generalization ability are not ideal. Therefore, it is necessary to address the existing issues. Simply optimizing the model is not enough, and the selection and preprocessing of indicators are also crucial. Based on literature research on models, this paper concludes that the logistic regression model has advantages in terms of data requirements, regulatory requirements, explanatory requirements, and application breadth. Therefore, this model is chosen as the foundation for designing and developing a personal credit scoring card. Finally, after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the established credit scoring card model, future research directions and trends of big data technology in financial credit are discussed, and specific recommendations are proposed.

Research on Marital Status and Its Influencing Factors Using logistic regression model

Marriage has a crucial impact on families and individuals. The research on marital status is beneficial in understanding the marriage phenomenon and the change in social structure in China. Based on the data from the Chinese General Social Survey (CGSS) in 2018 and 2021, this paper established logistic regression models, conducted an empirical analysis of marital status and its influencing factors, and explored the impacts of personal characteristics, social factors, and economic factors on the marital status. Besides, this paper also conducted prediction research to a certain extent. The conclusion shows that gender has no significant influence on marital status, the floor area of the respondents' housing has a significant positive impact on whether there is a spouse, and the age of the respondents has a significant negative impact on whether there is a spouse. Respondents who reported high levels of self‐reported health were more likely to have a spouse than those who reported very poor health. In addition, in terms of model prediction, the data modeling results of 2018 are more conducive to predicting the marital status of the current year than that of 2021.
