In order to successfully undertake the rapid growth of container transportation volume between China and ASEAN region brought by the "One Belt, One Road" policy, this paper analyzes the specific composition of shipping cost based on the previous research on the optimization of container route network, and uses the mathematics of mixed integer programming. The method is to establish a container route network optimization model with the minimum total transportation cost as the target, and use matlab software to solve the problem. Finally, taking the route network between Xiamen Port and the five important ports of ASEAN countries as an example, the feasibility of the model and solution method is verified. The results show that the model constructed in this paper and the solution method used can solve the practical problems better, and can solve the more reasonable and efficient China-ASEAN container transport route network through software solution calculation.

In view of the continuous increase in the number of motor vehicles and the unreasonable utilization of parking resources, the utilization rate and turnover rate of parking spaces are not high. In order to solve this parking problem, based on the existing parking reservation methods and algorithms, from the perspective of parking spaces, a parking space reservation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established. In the case of insufficient parking spaces, the optimal parking space is selected for the parking lot. Those who make an appointment, use matlab to write an application program to make the calculation model concretely realized. Finally, a WeChat and web parking reservation platform was designed to realize real-time parking reservations. This research is of great significance for improving the utilization rate of parking spaces, alleviating the current situation of road traffic congestion and improving the urban traffic travel environment.

Structures hidden at depth can be assessed through drill cores recovered from them. A crucial part of petroleum geology study is to interpret structures from these cores collected from vertical and inclined drilling operations reaching different depths. We deduce analytically ideal structures in unrolled/unwrapped images of cylindrical drill cores. These structures are: (i) orthogonal and conjugate fractures, (ii) single generation periodic folds and type-1 and type-2 superposed folds, (iii) listric faults and (iv) different types of angular unconformities. The sinuous curves as found in unrolled images are not always characteristic of the structures. Therefore accurate identification of structures would require additional information, such as the drill core itself.

Emotion is such a unique power of human trial that plays a vital role in distinguishing human civilization from others. Voice is one of the most important media of expressing emotion. We can identify many types of emotions by talking or listening to voices. This is what we know as a voice signal. Just as the way people talk is different, so is the way they express emotions. By looking or hearing a person’s way of speaking, we can easily guess his/her personality and instantaneous emotions. People’s emotion and feelings are expressed in different ways. It is through the expression of emotions and feelings that people fully express his thoughts. Happiness, sadness, and anger are the main medium of expression way of different human emotions. To express these emotions, people use body postures, facial expressions and vocalizations. Though people use a variety of means to express emotions and feelings, the easiest and most complete way to express emotion and feelings is voice signal. The subject of our study is whether we can identify the right human emotion by examining the human voice signal. By analyzing the voice signal through wavelet, we have tried to show whether the mean frequency, maximum frequency and Lp values conform to a pattern according to its different sensory types. Moreover, the technique applied here is to develop a concept using matlab programming, which will compare the mean frequency, maximum frequency and Lp norm to find relation and detect emotion by analyzing different voices.

The development of renewable energy technologies (RET) depends on a wide range of criteria and regulations. To evaluate which RET (solar photovoltaic (PV), wind power plants (WPP), hydroelectric power plants (HPP) or bio-energy plants) have the greatest potential in Latvia, the most suitable approach is a multiple criteria decision making (MCDM). The proposed MCDM methodology involves TOPSIS model based on information entropy, which contributes as a criteria weighting tool. The study investigates seven main criteria from technical, economic, environmental and social aspects. Firstly, each alternative country is analysed due to the chosen RET criteria. Secondly, the assessment is extended, comparing specific data with Latvia's MCDM of RET results. The research results show that, according to the best available examples of RET, hydro energy plants still play a substantial role for Latvia, the most promising RET development is based on bio-energy and wind renewable energies.

A glazed transpired collector with slit-like perforation was proposed in the paper, which improved corrective heat transfer coefficient without influence on collector area. Physical parameters on its thermal performance was studied by numerical simulation (matlab programming) and experimental research. Comparing simulated values to tested values of air outlet temperature, there's little difference, proving that the mathematical model was correct and could be used to in-depth study. Taking collected heat and air outlet temperature as evaluation indexes, simulation results showed that larger value of absorptivity of absorber outer surface was better for collector thermal performance, and lower values of emittance of cover outer surface and equivalent diameter was better for collector thermal performance.

Vehicle speed guns are usually used in normal sunlight conditions (daytime). If we want to use vehicle speed guns in low light conditions (nighttime), the illuminator is needed toprovide sufficient light for thevehcle speed gun to take photos. The illuminator must fulfill two requirements: (i) using the infrared wavelength to ensure that the driver is not startled by dazzling eyes by the illuminator of the proposed speed gun system and (ii) high energy efficiency to make the illuminator compact leading to the use a small battery system to improve the portable of the proposed vehicle speed gun. In this study, an illuminator using a collimator system designed by using non-imaging optics is introduced. LEDs with infrared wavelength are chosen from the library of LightTools(TM), the structure of collimated is designed to transfer the illumination from the LEDs array to a square area of 3x3 m(2) to cover the vehicle to detect the vehicle number plate. The design process is built basedo0 the conseration of optical path length in the Malib program. After that, the designed collimator is simulated inLightTools-v software. The promising results of the simulation in LightTools(TM) show that the collimator can efficiently transfer light from the LED array to the target area with a uniformity of about 70%and optical efficiency of about 80 %.

The article collects the daily passenger flow of 10 selected bus lines during peak hours through the "vehicle investigation",then process the data to eliminate useless data. To support the national "bus first" policy, the operation efficiency of bus routes is evaluated. This essay introduces the DEA index evaluation system to frame out the five influencing factors of road transportation, i.e the line attribute, transportation capacity, passenger feedback, *** bus lines in Xi'an are selected, combined with the known network parameters and map ranging function, using the ratio of input and output indicators of CCR formula, then simplify it to a linear planning model. Finally, matlab programming algorithm is used to determine the efficiency value of each bus line, then put forward suggestions for improvement of the lines that have not achieve effectiveness.
