With the rapid development of smart grids, intelligent power measurement and control systems have become a key technology for achieving efficient energy management and energy conservation and emission reduction. Traditional measurement and control systems often have problems such as low data processing efficiency and poor real-time performance, which makes it difficult to meet the needs of modern power grids for precise control and intelligent management. In response to the above problems, this paper aims to explore an intelligent electricity measurement and control system based on C/S (Client/Server) architecture and Euclidean distance algorithm to improve data processing efficiency and system real-time performance. This paper elaborates on the application of C/S algorithm and Euclidean distance in intelligent power measurement and control system, including system architecture design, data processing flow and algorithm implementation. Then, through system performance testing and experimental results analysis, the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed system are verified. Finally, the research content, experimental results and shortcomings of this paper are summarized, and directions for future improvement are proposed. The experimental results show that the intelligent electricity measurement and control system based on C/S and Euclidean distance can significantly improve data processing efficiency and system real-time performance. The highest speed of data processing in the system is 200, reducing energy consumption and operating costs, providing strong support for the intelligent management of smart grids. © 2025 IEEE.

To ensure flight safety of newly developed aircraft model, it is necessary to conduct wind tunnel stability tests of a scaled-down aircraft model under support of a multi-degree-of-freedom suspension support device in a wind tunnel. In this paper, measurement and control system of the suspension support device is designed to adjust aircraft model's attitude and collect information from various sensors of the support device. The measurement and control system was designed based on LabVIEW and FPGA;FPGA control board is responsible for servo motor control, and control and measurement software system was built by using LabVIEW. This system is responsible for signal transmission and reception, data processing, and storage. Following experimental verification, it has been demonstrated that the measurement and control system designed in this paper can meet requirements of parallel processing of multiple data types, large amounts of information, and aircraft model attitude control during the test. © 2025 IEEE.

A measurement and control system based on Labview was developed for the performance research of high-pressure common rail diesel engine injector of marine. The developed system provides smooth high-pressure oil source for injector with just +/- 5MPa deviation to aimed pressure. It also function with data collection and calibration, fuel and hydraulic oil temperature controlling, pressure curve and injection rate displaying, data limits surpassing setting and alarming. The paper detail introduced the electronic components of the control system, software design and the PID closed-loop control of injection pressure.

To facilitate the in-depth study of the tribological behavior of texture friction pairs in the process of reciprocating friction. The micro-displacement deformation output model of compliant mechanism is deduced using a new method for indirectly measuring friction coefficient through micro-deformation of double parallel four-bar compliant mechanism. Then, the whole structure of the testing machine is designed, the data acquisition hardware platform of the testing machine is built, and the measurement and control and signal processing system based on virtual instrument technology is developed. To realize the real-time acquisition and synchronous display of tribological measurement data such as friction coefficient, load and speed. Finally, texture friction pairs with diameters of 800 mu m, 900 mu m, 1000 mu m and 1200 mu m are processed, and texture friction tests under different loads (50N-250N) and rotational speeds (10r/min-50r/min) are carried out on the testing machine. The test results show that the friction coefficient increases with the increase of rotational speed and decreases with the increase of load, The test results accord with the tribological laws, which are consistent with the law of klageriski test curve under small load. Stable performance of the tester with good credibility, which lays the foundation for the subsequent development of real-time dynamic measurement of the friction coefficient during the reciprocal cycle.

To control the products quality and ensure the benign development of HVAC&R industry, it is of great importance to test and measure the quality of HVAC&R products. Due to the reality of diversification of HVAC&R products, unifunctional platform cannot meet the needs of test. In this paper, a multifunctional testing platform was founded, which can complete various performance tests of different kinds of HVAC&R products. Based on this multifunctional testing platform, a measurement and control system were designed. The software of this system was developed with VB, and different kinds of communication protocol were used to achieve the connection between the computer and instruments of data acquisition and control. Several key points such as data acquisition, data storage, and real-time curve were described in this paper. A period of use shows that, the multifunctional testing platform can achieve the various performance tests of various different kinds of HVAC&R products with good reliability, stability, and precision. Also, it indicates that the structure and functions of this system were suitable.

Many papers describe applications of advanced controllers in greenhouses. As control literature focusses on control algorithms, the layout of the measurement and control system is usually underexposed. Unfortunately, commercially available greenhouse climate control systems do not have the necessary flexibility to accommodate these types of controllers. This paper describes a systematic approach to the design of a flexible measurement and control system, that can be adjusted to suit most control research in horticulture. Individual functions within a measurement and control system are identified and alternative solutions are given. The approach is applied to the design of the measurement and control system for the Watergy greenhouse. The controllers (in software) are versatile and setpoints can be generated by the easy-to-use user interface as well as by external software (like Mat-lab). Data is centrally stored and the system is easy to expand. It has been shown that the system has functioned robustly for the last 3 years. It has the capability to serve as basis for research and testing of various advanced control strategies in the Watergy system with adaptive model-based control as a final goal. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V. In this paper, we introduce a low-cost, expansible, and compatible measurement and control system for atomic force microscopes (AFM) based on a quartz tuning fork (QTF) self-sensing probe and frequency modulation, which is mainly composed of an embedded control system and a probe system. The embedded control system is based on a dual-core OMAPL138 microprocessor (DSP + ARM) equipped with 16 channels of a 16-bit high-precision general analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and a 16-bit high-precision general digital-to-analog converter (DAC), six channels of an analog-to-digital converter with a second-order anti-aliasing filter, four channels of a direct digital frequency synthesizer (DDS), a digital input and output (DIO) interface, and other peripherals. The uniqueness of the system hardware lies in the design of a high-precision and low-noise digital-analog hybrid lock-in amplifier (LIA), which is used to detect and track the frequency and phase of the QTF probe response signal. In terms of the system software, a software difference frequency detection method based on a digital signal processor (DSP) is implemented to detect the frequency change caused by the force gradient between the tip and the sample, and the relative error of frequency measurement is less than 3%. For the probe system, a self-sensing probe controller, including an automatic gain control (AGC) self-excitation circuit, is designed for a homemade balanced QTF self-sensing probe with a high quality factor (Q value) in an atmospheric environment. We measured the quality factor (Q value) of the balanced QTF self-sensing probes with different lengths of tungsten tips and successfully realized AFM topography imaging with a tungsten-tip QTF probe 3 mm in length. The results show that the QTF-based self-sensing probe and the developed AFM measurement and control system can obtain high quality surface topography scanning images in an atmospheric environment.

A wireless measurement and control system for granary is developed for the sake of overcoming the shortcoming of the wired measurement and control system such as complex wiring and low anti-interference capacity. In this system, Zigbee technology is applied with Zigbee protocol stack development platform by TI, and wireless senor network is used to collect and control the temperature and the humidity. It is composed of the upper PC, central control node based on CC2530, sensor nodes, sensor modules and the executive device. The wireless sensor node is programmed by C language in IAR Embedded Workbench for MCS-51 Evaluation environment. The upper PC control system software is developed based on Visual C++ 6.0 platform. It is shown by experiments that data transmission in the system is accurate and reliable and the error of the temperature and humidity is below 2%, meeting the functional requirements for the granary measurement and control system.

Bellows is cylindrical thin-walled shell which has a reliable compactable structure. It is often used as a tie between engines and fuel tank. This measurement and control system can simulate the real status of the bellows in the space. The bellows which contains liquid substances can also be sway in a high frequency. The system is made by NI Real-Time Hypervisor, LabVIEW under the windows operating system. It is a real-time system whose control period is only 1ms. In order to analyze the polarization properties of biological tissues, we constructed a high-speed three-dimensional swept-source polarization sensitive optical coherence tomography (PS-OCT) imaging system with the axial scanning rate up to 200KHz. For automatically detecting and analyzing the polarization properties of peristaltic living tissues in real-time, an advanced measurement and control system is designed using laboratory virtual instrument technology. Based on the producer-consumer pattern, the system mainly includes the sample arm scanning galvanometer module, the interference data acquisition module, the interference data real-time processing and display module, the interference data storage module. Each module not only independently completes specific sub-functions but also interacts with others. In-vivo human finger was imaged using the system. The experimental results show that the home-made system obtains 78 cross sectional B-scans per second, and can display two-dimensional OCT images and acquire three-dimensional OCT data all in real-time. This robust measurement and control system has the characteristics of short design cycle, high flexibility and real-time monitoring, will significantly promote the development of PS-OCT in clinical applications.
