Integrated measurement and control program in helicopter electrical system were proposed according to the study of small helicopter development state in general aviation sector. Based on the structural features of the helicopter electrical system, we designed the functional structure of the integrated measurement and control system, and thoroughly discussed the software and hardware realization methods of the function terminal in the system. With the rapid signal processing capacity of DSP 2812, the system improves the task scheduling flexibility of multitask system. Meanwhile, the strong data storage and management ability of realtime database guarantees the function realization of the entire system.

This paper regarded its measurement and control system as research objects, introduced its overall structure and hardware and software design. Hardware design includes its overall design and the development of field data acquisition module and the design of some auxiliary circuit;Software design includes the single-chip program design and LabVIEW program design;Finally, anti-interference technology which is used to improve reliability of the system was introduced. This paper constructs measurement and control system in portable NIR corn quality analyzer based on principle of diffuse transmission. The designing scheme of optical part which adopt LED source of optics is discussed. The design project and principle diagrams of data acquisition module and control block are given. The comparison experiment between this system and standard of corn sample indicates that its main technical parameters have achieves the demand of design.

As an important part of domestic life, household appliances had become a research focus in electronic Industry, for how to play a good role in Intelligent Building environment. Aimed at the defects of intelligent electronic household appliances in market at present, this paper designed a phone remote measurement and control system used PH8810 and ISD25120. Then the validity and efficiency of the system was validated via test-experiment. The results show that this system has good safety, good generality, and simple operation. Users can call the telephone number of home to control the household appliances, inquire about their operational status, make telephone recording, and extract the recording in any time. At the same time, the system can call the telephone number which had set beforehand to alarm, when there are some hazards happened at home. As an indispensable part of Intelligent Building, this system has extremely important realistic meanings to the future's construction and development for intelligent community.

The paper presents an experimental study of active mass damper control strategy based on analysis of energy dissipation. The reduced model of telecommunication mast was built in laboratory. Using the special laboratory setup the verification of the proposed strategy was carried out for free and forced vibrations. Uniaxial and biaxial reduction systems were considered. Experiments confirmed that the proposed algorithm is effective. The best vibrations reduction was obtained using biaxial reduction system.

IEEE Standard 1588 defines a protocol that enables the precise synchronization of clocks in the components of a networked, distributed, measurement and control system. Distributed measurement and control systems in which all components share a common sense of time allow significant decoupling of synchronization issues from considerations of communication latency and fluctuation. This decoupling enables new techniques for solving measurement and control problems involving either large numbers of sensors and actuators or complex synchronization requirements. A common sense of time is established by having each component contain a real-time clock synchronized to its peers. This may be accomplished using IEEE Standard for a Precision Clock Synchronization Protocol for Networked measurement and control systems (IEEE 1588-2002).
