This paper presents a solution of measurement and control network based on ICE distributed middleware in connection with features and requirements of distributed measurement and control system. Taking example of space tracing ship system, this solution not only achieves efficient network communication in heterogeneous environment, but also realizes functions in the measurement and control network such as central node server migration, redundancy backup, data publishing/subscription and network information security.

This paper deals with the development of dynamic models for the estimations of internal temperature and relative humidity of a greenhouse. Multilayers perceptron with 12 hidden neurons with a hyperbolic tangent as an activation function and which has been trained with Levenberg Marquardt (LM) algorithm. The data used to compute the simulation model were acquired in an experimental greenhouse using a sampling time interval of 10 seconds. The greenhouse is automated with several sensors and actuators that were connected to an acquisition and control system based on a personal computer. A comparison of measured and simulated data for both temperature and relative humidity under greenhouse showed that the elaborated models were able to identify and forecast inside greenhouse conditions reasonably well.

Vehicle chassis dynamometer, as an important part of vehicle test equipment, plays an important role in the research and development of the vehicle's entire life cycle. The development history of vehicle chassis dynamometer from hydraulic dynamometer to AC dynamometer was reviewed, and it was proposed that AC chassis dynamometer has become the mainstream trend. The vehicle chassis dynamometer was further discussed from the aspects of measurement and control system and road simulation system. On the basis of the current research status of dynamometers, based on the virtual test technology, network, intelligence and function expansion, the development direction and research focus of vehicle chassis dynamometers are given to provide reference for the further development of vehicle chassis dynamometers.

In view of the measurement and control of temperature and humidity in the material warehouse of a factory, the Internet of things scheme is adopted, ESP8266 chip is used to connect WiFi, temperature and humidity sensor DHT11 is used to collect temperature and humidity, the collected temperature and humidity data is connected to Baidu intelligent cloud server through MQTT protocol, and the collected temperature and humidity data is sent to WeChat and stored in cloud through topic subscription and release of Baidu intelligent cloud According to, and at the same time use gray prediction model to predict the temperature and humidity data of the warehouse, through the WeChat end, you can view the current and predicted temperature and humidity data of the warehouse. The design of the measurement and control system is convenient and effective for real-time detection and prediction of the temperature and humidity data of the material warehouse. The system has the advantages of small size, low deployment cost and so on.

The free motion of a pendulum is a discontinuous change of the unstable system, when a motor is fixed to the end of free pendulum, and a flat plate is mounted on the motor shaft, so the motor drives the plate to rotate, which can realize balance control of plate in the free pendulum swing process. Based on ARM and digital PID control free pendulum balance control system applies control theory and electronic technology to achieve automatic control of free swinging end plate, the application can achieve a variety of functions according to the actual need. The system is based on ARM embedded system as the main control circuit, the angle sensor is responsible for signal acquisition, software implement PID operation, the microprocessor outputs control command to drive motor, so that the whole system run smoothly and achieve the predetermined requirements. By practical testing, the system can realize the automatic adjustment and control, control precision and speed can reach the requirement. The system's hardware circuit is simple, software facilitate transplant, the whole system is stable, in the industry control and robot field has a certain reference value. controlled and alternating induction magnetic field generation device which induces plant seeds to breed on floor space has been developed. The incentive ferrite induction coil is used in the device to produce induced magnetic field. The common AC-DC-AC topology was adopted for the variable frequency power supply, and AC power inverter circuit adopts SPWM inverter frequency modulation and voltage regulation mode, realizing the sinusoidal VVF. In order to improve the conversion efficiency of system electrical energy to magnetic energy, the RLC series resonant circuit is chosen in the circuit of output magnetic field. measurement and control system using DSP microcomputer measurement and control technology and digital PID control method. The frequency and intensity of inductive magnetic field in the air gap changes as the changes of current intensity in coils. The experimental study of rice seeds shows that test result is obviously better than traditional biological magnetization induced breeding technique of fixed magnetic poles.

This paper deals with an implementation method of component-based Petri nets system based on a graphical programming language (LabVIEW). LabVIEW is not only a graphical programming language, but also a virtual instrument platform which is widely used in virtual measurement and control system. The Places (token number) of Petri nets are represented by Numeric controls of LabVIEW. The Transitions of Petri nets are represented by subVIs of LabVIEW. Transition subVI will change the tokens of Places by the Numeric controls Reference when it is fired. This method will make it ease to implement a Petri net by simply combining Place and Transition components (subVI). The example implementing a special Petri net shows that the Front Panel of the controller reflects the system operating state directly;the Block Diagram is similar to the topology of original Petri net. The combination of two graphic languages makes the modeling, analysis and formal verification of measurement and control system based on Petri nets easier.

The IEEE 1588 Standard for A Precision Clock Synchronization Protocol for Networked measurement and control systems (PTP) has been developed to provide better quality in-band clock synchronization in distributed measurement and control systems and other network embedded systems. Using IEEE 1588 compliant Ethernet equipment (network interface cards and switches) it is possible to provide sub 1 microsecond precision of slave clocks compared to a reference clock. The centerpiece of an IEEE 1588 based clock is the clock servo disciplining the local clock based on the information provided by IEEE 1588 about the reference time. However, it is an opened question how precision can be increased even further by advanced clock servo design. Furthermore, as only a minority of office and industrial Ethernet switches support IEEE 1588, it is also paramount to investigate the achievable performance for such systems, which is also defined by the clock servo. To design advanced control systems the plant and the disturbances must be modeled, and the model must be built based on representative measurements. In our case, the one-way network delay in between the reference clock and the slave clock must be characterized in Local Area Networks (LAN) for typical network load scenarios for advanced servo design, so 1-10 ns accurate one-way delay and jitter measurements must be achieved for this application. Measuring one-way delay in Local Area Networks requires specialized and expensive equipment;however, we will show that it is possible to build such measurement system using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) components and open source software. Our system uses Intel network interface cards, the open source Linux operating system, and some self-developed software components (both Linux kernel drivers and user space programs).

The service performance of the rail transit vibration isolator is a necessary condition for the normal operation of the rail vehicle. The company has entrusted our team to develop a fatigue testing machine for rail transit isolators with corresponding functions according to the requirements and standards of GB/T41492. After appraisal, the overall design of the fatigue testing machine is reasonable, the technology is advanced, and the actual indicators meet the design indicators. With the expansion and upgrading of modern industrial scale, the electricity consumption is also constantly increasing. This requires continuous expansion of the construction scale of power infrastructure. Among them, the construction of power lines is crucial, and during the process of power construction, there will inevitably be obstacles that need to be crossed, such as road bridges or live wires. When bypassing these obstacles to construct the power lines, the crossing frame plays an important role. This article presents an intelligent crossing frame structure designed to deal with special environmental conditions in power line construction. The intelligent crossing frame consists of three parts: the mechanical system is responsible for performing necessary crossing actions, the power system provides power for the mechanical system, and the measurement and control system ensures the safe monitoring and intelligent control of the crossing frame. © 2023 IEEE.
