Traditional traffic assignment model suffers from its criteria which are travel time only, travel time and distance, travel time and reliability. All of these criteria influence route choice behavior. multi-criteria user equilibrium model considering travel time, travel time reliability and travel distance was proposed. It was proved that the week multi-criteria user equilibrium model is a generalization of user equilibrium (UE) model and travel time budget (TTB) model. multi-criteria and multi-class user equilibrium (MMUE) model was established to overcome the shortcoming of multi solution of multi-criteria user equilibrium model. Quasi-method of successive average (QMSA) was designed to solve the MMUE model. An example was used to test the speed and accuracy of proposed algorithm. And the differences of MMUE, UE and TTB model were compared. Experiments had shown that the QMSA algorithm could be quickly convergent. It is more realistic to consider the different travel value for each traveler in MMUE model.

In the event of natural disasters and other modes of transport failures, resulting in a sudden surging passenger flow in transportation hub, aimed at the minimum of passenger evacuation time and the lowest cost of the operating company, the combination of minimization model is established, the operating frequency, the length of train classification, the configuration number and the full load rate taken as constraints. In the model, the weights of the two optimization targets are coordinated by the decision-maker's intention to get more benefiting results. The Nanjing Metro Line 1 is taken as an example to get train operating frequency and the urban rail train operation schedule under emergency conditions is worked out. The results show that the model designed in this paper can satisfy the need of passenger evacuation under emergency conditions.

this paper proposes an alternative analytical algorithm for a general nonlinear multi-objective optimization problem. Rather than employing the vertical coordinate system as in the existing analytical algorithms, our algorithm adopts the parallel coordinate system. This new algorithm can guarantee to obtain exact Pareto optimum, which is independent of the relative scales of the objective functions and successful in producing representative points in the Pareto set. The composition of these properties is missing from the existing popular methods like weighted sum or epsilon - constraints. Furthermore, this algorithm can interact with the preferences of decision makers rapidly at any precision to obtain the expected Pareto optimum and with smaller computation expense. Finally, numerical examples are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

At present, supply chain management has become not only a hot academic research, but also an important respect of the enterprise strategic management. A multiproduct, multistage integrated supply chain management model was established by multipleobjectiveprogramming, which could describe the capability and profit of supply chain members and the coordination operation of supply chain. Then an example was given for testing the effectiveness and feasibility of the model, and the simulation result was compared with that of decentralization supply chain management model. Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) is the philosophy which re-designs the existing processes according to the requirement of internal processes and external customers. But there was not an efficient model for enterprise reconstructions. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) offers strengths complementary to BPR and it provides a new way to analyze BPR. Traditionally, QFD approach has been used as a tool for defining new products, as well as for improving existing products. In substance, QFD builds the relationship between "target" (what to do) and "measure" (how to do). In this paper, we introduce QFD methodology to implement BPR. In order to meet the humanized requirements of course scheduling in colleges and universities, a multi-objective optimization course scheduling model with soft constraints is established. According to the characteristics of many constraints and large search space of course scheduling model, the unique coding method and optimized initial population generation operator are designed, and genetic operators such as crossover and mutation are also designed for the problem. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can obtain the high quality course schedule according to the proposed soft constraints, and it can avoid typical genetic algorithm to fall into local optimum problem.

Reverse logistics is an important part of a low-carbon economy. Electronic waste recycling logistics network design plays an important role in reverse logistics management. In this paper, a multi-objective planning is used to establish a network model of electronic waste recycling. The objective function is to minimize operating costs and maximize customer service levels. The decision variables include the setting of nodes in the recycling network and the amount of transportation between the nodes of the network. Constraints include meeting customer needs and balancing the inflow and outflow of nodes. The multi-objective programming is transformed into a single-objectiveprogramming by epsilon-constraint. The numerical example shows that the two objects can be consistent within a certain range, so that the electronic waste logistics enterprise can achieve the goals of simultaneously reducing costs and improving customer service levels.

The passenger train service plan which is the basis of passenger transportation organization shows how to organize passenger flow into train flow. The degree of passenger satisfaction reflects the difference between perceived service and expected service. Due to the deficiency of transportation supply, a minority of passengers have to take their "originally reluctant" trains instead of "preferred" trains. This paper firstly analyses extra passenger transportation costs in high-speed rail line. Secondly,a multiobjective optimization model of passenger train service plan based on the degree of passenger satisfaction is proposed,in which minimizing the total passenger train stop times and minimizing the extra passenger transportation costs are the two planning objectives. Finally,a case study on the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway line shows that the model can be solved by the genetic algorithm and can achieve satisfactory results.

Usually, there are different objectives and units of measurement related to technique, cost and time in R&D process, which make it more complicated to select R&D methods, let alone decision making Kith comprehensive consideration of the balance among them. The theory of multi-objective programming, mixed integer programming and critical path is herein used to establish a multi-objective programming model. In this model, constraints are based on the respective objectives of the factors and the balance among them while the objective function is minimizing the sum of the weighted relative deviation of each object. Besides being used to optimize decision making in the R&D process of complicated equipment, this model is a general form and can also be used in the development of other projects in other fields.
