Aczel-Alsina t-norm and t-conorm were derived by Aczel and Alsina in 1982, which were the modified or extended forms of algebraic t-norm and t-conorm. Furthermore, the power aggregation operator is also a very significant and precious method that is used for evaluating the finest preference from the collection of finite preferences. Inspired by the above theories, we concentrate to derive the theory of Aczel-Alsina power aggregation operators for C-IF information, such as C-IFAAPA, C-IFAAWPA, C-IFAAPG, and C-IFAAWPG operators. Moreover, we derive the theory of idempotency and prove that the property of monotonicity and boundedness failed with the help of some counterexamples. Additionally, we evaluate a MADM approach to derive operators in the presence of C-IF information. Finally, we illustrative practical examples for comparing the derived work with various existing or prevailing operators to show the supremacy and proficiency of the derived information.

multi-attribute decision making for reservoir scheduling plays a crucial role in promoting the sustainable development of basins, requiring a well-structured evaluation index system and an efficient decision-making method to facilitate scientific scheduling. After obtaining Pareto solutions for the multi-objective scheduling model of cascade reservoirs, a multidimensional evaluation index system encompassing the water-sediment, ecoenvironment, and socio-economy from a basin system perspective was constructed. A multi-attribute decisionmaking method based on the modified cumulative prospect theory (MCPT) was then proposed, enabling the evaluation of both single and multiple reservoirs while also supporting scheduling program decisions for various scenarios. The MCPT was applied to the joint scheduling decision making of the Sanmenxia-Xiaolangdi cascade reservoir for multiple typical years in the Yellow River Basin. The results indicated a strong competition between sediment discharge and power generation targets, whereas ecological and power generation targets exhibited a weaker competition. Furthermore, the range and distribution characteristics of the modified whole prospect value (MWPV) varied among the three typical years with sediment discharge, power generation, and ecological water scarcity rate contributing the most significantly to MWPV. The optimal scheduling schemes for abundant, normal, and dry water years were identified as S136, S98, and S345, respectively, all aligned with actual scheduling practices. Compared with conventional decision-making methods, MCPT demonstrated superior sensitivity and suitability for scenarios that require the selection of numerous schemes. These findings offer valuable insights into the coordinated development of water-sediment, eco-environment, and socio-economy within the watershed.

This paper proposes an integer multiobjective mean-CVaR portfolio optimization model with variable cardinality constraint and rebalancing and two different methods of decision-maker used to guide and select, according to the decision maker preferences, a solution comes from the non-dominated portfolios generated by a proposed evolutionary algorithm. The decision-making methods were used to approximate investor behavior according to three functions, chosen to represent different investor profiles (conservative, moderate and aggressive). The proposed methods are compared with those found in the literature. Additionally, computational simulations are performed using assets from the Brazilian stock exchange for the period between January 2011 and December 2015. The strategy is that each beginning of the month: the previous portfolio is sold, the optimization is performed, and the decision-making method selects the new portfolio to be purchased. Results of the simulations consider monthly maximum drawdown and cumulative return during the entire study period and show that the optimization model is robust, considering the three simulated profiles. The methods always present cumulative returns above safe investments for the analyzed period, and the aggressive profile obtained bigger gains with greater risk. (c) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. A multi-MOORA decision making method based on Muirhead mean operators and complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic setting

The Muirhead mean (MM) operators offer a flexible arrangement with its modifiable factors because of Muirhead's general structure. On the other hand, MM aggregation operators perform a significant role in conveying the magnitude level of options and characteristics. In this manuscript, the complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic set (CSFULS), covering the grade of truth, abstinence, falsity, and their uncertain linguistic terms is proposed to accomplish with awkward and intricate data in actual life dilemmas. Furthermore, by using the MM aggregation operators with the CSFULS, the complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic MM (CSFULMM), complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic weighted MM (CSFULWMM), complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic dual MM (CSFULDMM), complex spherical fuzzy uncertain linguistic dual weighted MM (CSFULDWMM) operators, and their important results are also elaborated with the help of some remarkable cases. Additionally, multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) based on the multi-MOORA (multi-Objective Optimization Based on a Ratio Analysis plus full multiplicative form), and proposed operators are developed. To determine the rationality and reliability of the elaborated approach, some numerical examples are illustrated. Finally, the supremacy and comparative analysis of the elaborated approaches with the help of graphical expressions are also developed.

A new hybrid multi-criteria decision-making model to prioritize risks in the construction process under fuzzy environment (case study: the Valiasr Street underpass project)

Nowadays, the complexity of the construction projects naturally filled with uncertainties and risks is highly popular. Risk has negative influence such as deferment, injuries and fatalities. Therefore, to avert these disadvantages, the purpose of this article is to identify and prioritize risks. Hence, to reach this aim, in this study, a multi-Criteria decision-making (MCDM) model combination of Shannon's Entropy, decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and the COmplex PRroportional ASsessment of alternatives with Gray relations (COPRAS-G) methods is used. Since in most real environments, criteria are uncertain or fuzzy, fuzzy logic is applied to tackle this uncertainty. Note that all fuzzy data are represented by ordered fuzzy numbers (OFN). Finally, to demonstrate this approach the Valiasr Street underpass project is taken. The results indicate that the proposed model is capable of prioritizing risks properly that maximize returns and ensure sustainability.

A fuzzy multi-attribute framework for supplier selection in an e-procurement environment

Many studies have addressed which criteria have to be considered in order to weight potential suppliers when traditional vendor–buyer purchasing transactions take place. However, due to the peculiarities of the e-procurement process, new paradigms and criteria have to be added to traditional ones for the selection of viable suppliers when these kinds of internet-based transactions are set up. In this paper, the relevant criteria to be considered for the selection of the most viable suppliers in an e-procurement environment are first defined. The outcomes are based, on the one hand, on the work of a focus group especially set up for this purpose, and, on the other hand, on the literature review. Then, the proposed selection criteria are structured into an original framework. The scaffold is of general purpose, since it can be adopted for the assessment of both raw materials/components and MRO (maintenance, repair and operating supplies) suppliers. The framework has been conceived for the direct in-field application by practitioners by means of common multi-attribute decision-making methods, such as the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, which has been proved to solve well the traditional supplier selection problem. Owing to its structure, the framework can thus be integrated to traditional supplier selection hierarchies, extending the general selection processes to an e-procurement environment. In order to test its practical implications, the framework has been applied in a major Italian company operating in the food industry, which has recently set up a programme for the e-procurement of MRO materials. © 2005, Copyright Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
