T-spherical uncertain linguistic MARCOS method based on generalized distance and Heronian mean for multi-attribute group decision-making with unknown weight information

The T-spherical uncertain linguistic (TSUL) sets (TSULSs) integrated by T-spherical fuzzy sets and uncertain linguistic variables are introduced in this article. This new concept is not only a generalized form but also can integrate decision-makers' quantitative evaluation ideas and qualitative evaluation information. The TSULSs serve as a reliable and comprehensive tool for describing complex and uncertain decision information. This paper focuses on an extended MARCOS (Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking according to the Compromise Solution) method to handle the TSUL multi-attribute group decision-making problems where the weight information is completely unknown. First, we define, respectively, the operation rules and generalized distance measure of T-spherical uncertain linguistic numbers (TSULNs). Then, we develop two kinds of aggregation operators of TSULNs, one kind of operator with independent attributes is T-spherical uncertain linguistic weighted averaging and geometric (TSULWA and TSULWG) operators, and the other is T-spherical uncertain linguistic Heronian mean aggregation operators (TSULHM and TSULWHM) considering attributes interrelationship. Their related properties are discussed and a series of reduced forms are presented. Subsequently, a new TSUL-MARCOS-based multi-attribute group decision-making model combining the proposed aggregation operators and generalized distance is constructed. Finally, a real case of investment decision for a community group-buying platform is presented for illustration. We further test the rationality and superiorities of the proposed method through sensitivity analysis and comparative study.

Belief Structure-Based Pythagorean Fuzzy LINMAP for multi-attribute group decision-making with Spatial Information

Pythagorean fuzzy sets have higher performance in expressing uncertainty information in multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM). The linear programming technique for multidimensional analysis of preference (LINMAP) is a prototypical compromising model that adjusts the deviation between objective assessments and subjective preferences on decision alternatives. However, the disadvantages of Pythagorean fuzzy sets in conflict measure and LINMAP model in inconsistent decision information structure have not been solved yet. To solve the problems that incomplete decision information in Pythagorean fuzzy set and inconsistent evaluation structure in LINMAP, the spatial measures and Dempster-Shafer evidence theory are introduced. A new spatial structure conflict measure is thus presented, and the belief structure of Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is used to provide a unified decision-making framework for LINMAP inconsistent evaluation structure. Firstly, a novel spatial distance measurement method is developed. Secondly, comprehensive closeness is introduced to measure individual order consistency and inconsistency between subjective preference and objective evaluation. Thirdly, we define the objective basic probability assignment and subjective basic probability assignment based on Dempster-Shafer belief structure to develop the bi-objective LINMAP of Pythagorean fuzzy sets and add the deviance between individual goodness of fit and poorness of fit is introduced as constraints to obtain the optimal attribution weights. Then, the final order of decision alternatives can be obtained by the fusion rules of Dempster-Shafer. Finally, we verify that the proposed method can improve the alternative discrimination in the case of unstable order, and the result of alternative order total biased of the proposed method is reduced by at least 80% compared with the comparative method.

Some Aczel-;Alsina Power Aggregation Operators Based on Complex q-Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Set and Their Application in multi-attribute group decision-making

The complex q-Rung orthopair fuzzy (Cq-ROF) sets are an extended version of the fuzzy sets and q-rung orthopair fuzzy circumstances. The Cq-ROF set carried extensive information about an object with two components: membership grade (MG) and non-membership grade (NMG). The MG and NMG enlarged the unit circle to a complex plane. The decision maker evaluates complex and complicated information more accurately considering the Cq-ROF domain. This article aims to present the importance of energy sources, and we discuss the application for the selection of a suitable company selection for dam construction. Dams are the most appropriate and cheap sources to produce electricity. Now, the day's importance of electricity is not ignorable. So, construct the multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) methodology by utilizing Aczel-Alsina (AA) t-norm (TN) and t-conorm (TCN) operational laws with power aggregation operators (PAO) to solve the appropriate company selection problem for dam construction. PAO provides more accurate aggregation results between the several attributes. Finally, we define the Cq-ROF Aczel-Alsina power-weighted averaging (Cq-ROFAAPWA) and aggregation Cq-ROF Aczel-Alsina power-weighted geometric (Cq-ROFAAPWG) operators. Also, some fundamental axioms are discussed. By applying the proposed Cq-ROFAAPWA and Cq-ROFAAPWG operators, solve the real-life MAGDM problematic issue through a numerical example. For the superiority and applicability of proposed techniques, provide a comprehensive comparative analysis with other prevailing aggregation operators (AOs). In the end, provide solid conclusions.

This study adopts multi-attribute group decision-making method with complete ignorance of weight information based on evidence distance and fuzzy entropy transformation, uses linear weighting to integrate and sort out the evaluation information of each evaluated object. The method is applied to the evaluation of organizational quality specific immune of actual large manufacturing enterprises, and the practicability and feasibility of the method are proved by empirical analysis research. The empirical analysis results will provide method guidance and practical inspiration for improving organizational quality specific immune of manufacturing enterprises.

This paper aims to propose a novel multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) method based on interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (IVq-ROFSs). The IVq-ROFSs have been proved to be effective in handling MAGDM problems, and several novel decision-making methods have been proposed. Nevertheless, it is worth pointing out that these approaches still have some limitations, and there still exist some realistic situations that cannot be solved by existing MAGDM methods. Hence, the objective of this paper is to introduce a novel MAGDM method, which can overcome some of the drawbacks of existing approaches. To effectively and appropriately aggregate interval-valued q-rung orthopair fuzzy numbers (IVq-ROFNs), we combine the power average with generalized Maclaurin symmetric mean (GMSM), propose the power GMSM operator and extend it into IVq-ROFSs. Afterwards, a collection of new aggregation operators for IVq-ROFNs are developed. In this paper, we study definitions of these operators and investigate their characteristics as well as special cases. Then, based on the new aggregation operators, we present a new MAGDM method. Finally, we apply the proposed MAGDM method in online education platform performance evaluation to illustrate its effectiveness and validity. In addition, we also provide comparative analysis to explain why decision-makers should use our method instead of the others.

This paper proposes an integrated algorithm to determine attribute weights and decision-makers weights in multi-attribute group decision-making. Firstly, the new weights of decision-makers are calculated by the grey correlation coefficients between the decision result of the individuals and the group and combining with the initial weights of decision-makers. Secondly, the new weights of attribute are calculated through entropy theory. Then, the weights adjustment is continued on the basis of taking into account the similarity of the two decision results of the group by two orders Minkowski distance, and the above process will be repeated to get steady weights and final result of the group. Finally, a numerical example to evaluate the venture capital firm shows the feasibility and practicability of the proposed algorithm.

For the oil-depot undertakes specific tasks with the timeliness and economy requirements, the oil-depot geographical configuration optimum is discussed and the evaluation indicators system of the configuration area has been put forward. Meanwhile, the oil-depot geographical configuration model has been established by using uncertain linguistic information and multi-attribute group decision-making method. The model can deal with the problem with the uncertainty weight of property. An example illustrated it was a very good combination method for the type of decision-making problem, which enhanced the effectiveness of the language information and improved decision-making accuracy and practicality.

A multi-attribute group decision-making method based on data envelopment analysis under parallel expert evaluation system

In traditional multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) methods, the aggregation of expert evaluation information, the normalization of attribute scales, and the determination of attribute prior weights can lead to information loss and inconsistent results. In addition, these methods cannot identify and improve the shortcomings of non-optimal alternatives. Considering these, this paper proposes a MAGDM method based on data envelopment analysis (DEA) by setting up a parallel expert evaluation system, thus integrating the initial opinions of all experts to rank the alternatives from a global perspective. First, we construct the multi-expert evaluation process as a parallel system from the global perspective so that the decision-making process is based on the initial expert evaluation information. Then, a new directional distance function model based on endogenous projection directions is proposed to measure the alternatives under each expert subsystem, eliminating data processing and artificial weight assignment. The non-optimal alternatives can be improved to an efficient state by adjusting the attribute levels to target values. Next, we propose a DDF super-efficiency model to perform a full ranking of the alternatives. Finally, a case study is provided to demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed method.

During the multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) processing, the individuals often hold different opinions about the alternatives. It is necessary to aggregate the different individual opinions into a unified group opinion. In the real world, experts sometimes use linguistic expressions to evaluate attributes in uncertain environments. To address the problem of reducing the information loss of expert opinion aggregation in MAGDM, this paper proposes a MAGDM approach based on linguistic concept lattices in the context of uncertain linguistic expression. A linguistic concept lattice for multi-expert linguistic formal context is first constructed based on linguistic truth-valued lattice implication algebra, which can express both comparable and incomparable linguistic information in the decision-making process. Different expert opinions are aggregated via the extent of fuzzy linguistic concepts, which can reduce information loss in the aggregation process. Second, meet-irreducible elements in the linguistic concept lattice are introduced to reduce the computational complexity of obtaining all fuzzy linguistic concepts in the decision-making process. the distance between the intents of different fuzzy linguistic concepts is considered to enhance the rationality of linguistic decision results. In addition, the expert's decision-making process for each alternative is visualized via linguistic concept lattices. Finally, the case study and comparative analysis illustrate the validity and rationality of the proposed approach in MAGDM with linguistic information.

An improved multi-attribute group decision-making method for selecting the green supplier of community elderly healthcare service

With rapid social and economic development, the process of population aging has increased the demand for community elderly healthcare service (CEHS) in China. However, the traditional government-oriented service supply cannot meet the various needs of CEHS, and it is critical to select a suitable supplier of CEHS to provide high-quality green services in the community. Therefore, this study focuses on the issue of green supplier selection of CEHS, explores an improved transformation method for processing multi-type data, and proposes an integrated method of multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) which innovatively applies the degree of overall deviation measure (ODM) to determine expert weight. Finally, the effectiveness and accuracy of the new method are verified by experimental analysis. The results show that H 2 is the top choice in the green supplier selection of CEHS, followed by H 1, H 4, H 8, H 5, H 6, H 3, H 7, H 12, H 11, H 9, and H 10. In addition, the authors apply the traditional ED method to calculate expert weights and compare the results of ODM and ED. It is a fact that the improved ODM method should be more efficient and accurate than the traditional ED method.
