Based on adaptive genetic algorithm and grey relation degree, a new algorithm for multi-objective decision is put forward. First, the multi-objective problem is divided up into multiple single-objective problems. Then the optimal results of these single-objective problems are respectively solved and unified which consist of referenced vector. Second, the grey relation degree between each individual and the referenced vector is calculated, and the grey relation degree is assigned as the fitness of the individual. At last, the Pareto optimal sets are selected by using adaptive genetic algorithm so that variety of population is saved. Simulation examples show the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

To reservoir flood control operation of the multi-objective decision making. The proposed reservoir flood control operation. Then, according to the model, the weight of goals with realistic and easy to program have been obtained by iterative calculation. According to the weight goal has been to meet the goal of accuracy the value of integrated decision-making and fuzzy partition, and according to the results determined the type of the decision-making and an order. The example shows that the multi-objective decision making model may use in the reservoir the flood prevention dispatch practice.

The location selection of emergency supplies reserve site is a key problem to solve in order to optimize the layout emergency supplies reserve. In this article, it based on features of emergency supplies reserve to establish an objective model for location selection of emergency supplies reserve site and put forward a comprehensive evaluation method of alternative reserve site;it used object decision-making method to make research on location selection of emergency supplies reserve site. Through modeling and analysis on plans and cases, the single object and multi-level object optimization researches were conducted on emergency supplies reserve in order to provide quantitative reference when making decision on location selection of emergency supplies reserves site.

The dynamics of a three tiers supply chain network in the presence of demand uncertainty is considered in this paper. The objective is assessed by taking into account not only the profit over the time horizon, but also the resulting uncovered demand satisfaction. An equilibrium Variational Inequality for all the nodes of the supply chain is derived. The proposed model is tested using Modified Goldstein-Levitin-Polyak Projection Algorithm. A numerical example is provided for illustrative purpose. And the results illustrate the demand satisfaction tends to reduce the amount of product flow between node of the supply chain.

Household finance is an important emerging area of financial studies. According to asset and liability management, this article uses multi-objective optimization theory to build the model, the author also wants to use statistical and random programming method to deal with the stray parameter, and finally transfer the model to ascertained decision problem and determines the optimal decision strategy of household financial. decision making analysis method of qualitative and quantitative composition is applied in selecting the model parameter. The results show that family can simultaneously achieve assets income maximization and predetermined solvency target configuration of assets and liabilities. And by comparing with the actual data, we found that household assets returns after the model optimization are higher than the actual value, and household debt paying ability is lower than the actual value, which shows that the improved model have played an important role in optimizing family assets and liabilities management decisions.

Comparing various methods of multi-objective decision making, we find data envelopment analysis method is very suitable for handling multi-input, especially multi-output problems, and also get lots of useful management information. Natural Science Foundation research activity, having multi-input and multi-output variable, is a typical multi-objective decision problem, so it is ideal for using DEA method to study the effectiveness and implementation results of the activity. Therefore, the paper based on the models of (CR)-R-2 and C(2)GS(2), excess input and output shortage of DEA method and taking the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province as the research object measures and analyzes the implementation results of different years and types of research activities. The conclusion is that the implementation effect of the Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province is well overall and it has a good development trend but uneven development in different years, different units and disciplines, namely that implementation results are quite different.

Currently, major countries in the world are scheduling or revising their energy strategies, showing the tendency of regionalization and internationalization. The concern of energy strategy of China is transforming from the supply-demand balance of the energy system to the coordination among energy, economy and environment, which involves a series of issues including technology, cost, finance, environmental, etc. The multi-objective decision model, used in this paper, optimizes the energy structure of china in the next ten years, and a conclusion is made after analyzing the optimized results: By 2020, coal-dominated energy structure of China will convert to coal and oil-based energy, and primary power will play an essential role as an alternative energy. In some artificial systems, performing the realistic perception for actors, which will handle both the processes to simulate the sensing organs and identify, will spend most computational time. Unfortunately, this matter even ruins the result of decision based on perception. In order to reduce the computation cost from a systemic view and optimize the performance of system, a brand-new coherent framework was proposed. The framework, which is a cycle of internal-state activizing desire, desire guiding perception, decision-making based on perception, and the executing result feed backing to actor, mimics the principle that the behavior of the actor is excitated both by the internal motivation and external stimuli. Firstly, we modeled internal state of artificial actors, which caused by temporary stimuli and accumulation of physical and mental states. Secondly, the actors' desires were described which are generated by internal state and used for guiding perception. Thirdly, the net value of the possible features combinations for a given desire was figured out using decision-theoretic principles to determine whether the process on the features combinations is worthy or not. Then, a multi-objective decision making algorithm was introduced to achieve decision based on perception, thus the connection between the actual desires and behaviors are established. Finally, we validate the approach and algorithms in establishing an autonomous computer animation system by simulating the realistic behavior of fish in bio-system.

multi-objective decision is involved in many fields, an objective, correct and stable validity decision is crucial problem in multi-objective decision. Set Pair Analysis theory is introduced to multi-objective decision model in this paper. The decision scheme is evaluated by using the idea of SPA, and then analyzes the result of decision model by using the idea of difference degree represent uncertainty in SPA theory. This can take the impact of uncertainty information under consideration in the evaluation result. Example shows the effectivity of proposed method and more objective and correct decision can be achieved when the uncertainty information is considered. This method has some directive function for the multi-objective decision.
