Aiming at the problem of the distributed generation (DG) planning caused by the strong spatiotemporal coupling between DG output and load demand in adjacent areas, a multi-objective planning model is proposed to describe the spatiotemporal correlation of sources. By combining the most weight supported tree (MWST) and depth first search (DFS), the method achieves the a priori requirement for constructing bayesian network (BN) structure using the K2 algorithm. Then, the MDK2-BN model is established through the measured data, which can describe the correlation between multi-dimensional wind-photovoltaic-load. A DG multi-objective programming model with maximum annual profit rate and minimum comprehensive operation risk is constructed. The results has three main advantages: (1) the MDK2-BN structure can achieve satisfactory results when dealing with small networks. (2) the MDK2-BN model conforms to the spatiotemporal correlation of the DG output, and the pro-posed configuration can improve the access capacity of DG. (3) the favorable level of the DG's grid connection can be effectively improved by considering the seasonal difference in performance and providing the planners with the decision-making references that balance the economic benefits, system operational safety, and envi-ronmental benefits.

To improve the overall efficiency of the energy system,the basic structure for the energy internet of coordination and optimization of“generation-grid-load-storage”of Huangpu District,Guangzhou,China is designed,while the arrangement for the output of centralized and distributed energy module and energy storage are *** economic benefit maximization,environmental benefit maximization and energy efficiency maximization as sub-objectives,the mathematical model of multi-objective optimal allocation and operation strategy of the energy internet is established considering supply-demand balance constraints,equipment characteristic constraints,operation mode constraints,and energy conditions *** calculation results show that without considering the outsourced electricity,the balanced strategy,the economic development strategy,the environmental protection strategy,and the energy efficiency strategy are obtained by calculation,which are all superior to the traditional energy supply ***,considering the outsourced electricity,the proportion of outsourced electricity to total electricity is 19.8%,which is the system optimization of the energy internet under certain power *** with other strategies without outsourced electricity,the outsourced electricity strategy can have a certain emission reduction effect,but at the same time reduce the economic ***,the huge difference in demand for thermal and cooling load between industrial and commercial areas results in the installed capacity of gas distributed energy stations in industrial areas being nearly twice as large as that in commercial *** distributed photovoltaic power generation is allocated according to the proportion of the installed roof areas of photovoltaic power generation system in residential,industrial,and commercial areas.

The rational utilization of the characteristics of sediment resources to achieve the optimalallocation of sediment resources is a key problem that must be solved urgently for ecological governance. On the basis of determining the allocation mode of sediment resources, this study established the multi-objective optimal allocation model of sediment resources, which aimed at the maximum ecological, economic, and social benefits and used the epsilon-constraint method and Kuhn-Tucker condition to obtain the non-inferior solution. Moreover, the optimal equilibrium solution of the model was obtained by using the subjective trade-off method from the perspective of preference. The Weishan and Bojili irrigation areas in China were then chosen as a case study to verify the feasibility and validity of the model. Results corroborate that, compared with the present situation, the proportions of sediment transport into the field in Weishan and Bojili irrigation areas are significantly increased and that the proportions of the main and branch canal sediment detention in the two irrigation areas are reduced. Compared with the results of the non-inferior solution, ecological and social benefits have been improved, and economic benefit has been decreased. The coordinated optimization of ecological, economic, and social benefits has been realized, instead of blindly pursuing economic benefit. (C) 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

The optimalallocation of sediment resources needs to balance three objectives including ecological, economic, and social benefits so as to realize sustainable development of sediment resources. This study aims to apply fuzzy programming and bargaining approaches to solve the problem of optimalallocation of sediment resources. Firstly, Pareto-optimal solutions of multi-objective optimization were introduced, and the multi-objective optimal allocation model of sediment resources and fuzzy programming model was constructed. Then, from the perspective of multiplayer cooperation, the optimalallocation model of sediment resources was transformed into a game model by using Nash bargaining, and Nash bargaining solution was obtained as the optimal equilibrium strategy. Finally, the influence of different disagreement utility points and bargaining weights on the results was discussed, and the results of Nash bargaining and fuzzy programming methods were compared and analyzed. Results corroborate that Nash bargaining can achieve the cooperative optimization of multiple objectives with competitive relationship and obtain satisfactory scheme. Disagreement utility points and bargaining weights have a certain impact on the optimization results. The solution of fuzzy programming is close to that of Nash bargaining, which provides different ideas for multi-objective optimization problem.

optimalallocation of the reliability improvement target is essential for the system optimization design. In order to solve the problems that the optimization model is with loss of generality and the validity of the optimal solution is weakened, an optimalallocation method is proposed by considering multiple correlation failures and risk uncertainty in this paper. Two new concepts are presented, such as independent failure results in basic risk, and correlation failure leads to disturbance risk. A risk assessment machinery of "actual risk = basic risk + disturbance risk" is proposed. The action mechanisms of the three correlation failures are studied based on the cooperation game theory, and the generalized risk models are given under probability measure. Considering the improvement cost, the expectation and the variance of the reduction of system risk, a multi-objective optimal allocation model is developed, which is solved by using the PSO algorithm. Finally, the proposed optimalallocation is implemented at the 2- stage NGW planetary reducer, and the results show that it is more efficient and feasible for engineering practice.
