Electric vehicles have multiple action in energy conservation, load shifting, etc. Proper charging facilities planning methods and models can guide construction, and promote the development of electric vehicles. Based on the regional characteristics of urban road network, this paper proposes a multiobjectiveprogramming model to configure electric vehicle charging station for urban road network. In this model, our objective is to maximize the total captured traffic, and to minimize the distribution network loss and voltage offset. Our model takes into account not only the convenience of the users, but also the impact on power quality and system operation and economy after charging stations are accessed to distribution systems. Using super-efficiency DEA model, we determine the objective function weights. And thus, the multiobjectiveprogramming is converted to a single-objectiveprogramming problems. And then improve BPSO algorithm is used to solve this single-objective optimization problem after conversion.

With the coming of "Internet +" era,drops a taxi,Uber and other companies rely on mobile Internet software to establish a taxi service platform,and achieve information exchange between the passengers and the *** at this phenomenon,based on in the history data in a certain period at designated observation point of Beijing to analyze the taxi resources match and the difficulty of taking a *** the sky drops and quick smart travel platform,this paper extracts 11 sample locations in Beijing such as Jianguomen,Fuxingmen of taxi distribution and demand in 22 sample time from September 6th to May 7th,2015,taking the number of people using the drops one million and drops penetration in the taxi industry,to estimate Beijing's taxi operations(supply and demand).In order to establish a reasonable target,we should analyze the match level of supply and demand of different space-time taxi *** establish the related matching degree of the taxi demand supply indicators(defined as the difference rate),this paper uses control variables to analyze taxi resource matching degree of sample locations and sample time in *** cluster analysis method to get the conclusion of 11 observation points:The matching degree in Fuxingmen,Xizhimen and Zhongguancun is low,and that of Jianguomen,Dongzhimen and Xisanqi is *** matching degree of weekend daytime and weekday evening peak(7:00-10:00,17:00-20:00) is lower compared with other periods.

It is of great necessity to explore a method to seek for a wrecked plane in the sea. In this paper we think of a static situation and establish a model that can be applied to quickly search the plane fallen into different oceans. Firstly, we develop a parabola model to simulate the process of plane falling. Take the projection of where the plane finally signaled on the sea as the center, and the distance between the two signaling positions plus the horizontal distance of the parabolic movement as radius, we can initially define the most likely falling area. Secondly, we apply Kruskal minimal spanning tree algorithm to minimize the total searching route. Then we regard suspicious neighboring goals as a single zone in different ways and each plane searches only one zone. Considering time cost and fuel cost, a multiobjectiveprogramming model is established to optimize the searching scheme. Finally we obtain the minimum cost and time for the whole searching.

This paper proposes reasonable metric to measure the success of smart growth of a city and obtain the wise plan for cities. The whole work is carried out by means of comprehensive analysis under some hypothesized settings. We set up five primary indicators: economic, society, environment, geographical conditions and demographics, each of which is subdivided into several secondary indicators. Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) Model is established to determine the weight of each indicator, which is adequately filled in the three-hierarchy structure. To overcome weakness of excess subjective factors in AHP, Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation model is proposed to classify our indicators using data of 12 cities as samples. We divide scores into five levels in descending order: A, B, C, D and E. Combining the two models, the data is normalized, the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of judging matrix are calculated and the consistency test is conducted, which indicates robustness of our indicators classification.

In order to solve the problem of railway emergency materials dispatching optimization considering the difference of the emergency time limit of the materials, the uniqueness of this problem is analyzed and a multi-objective dispatching model is established with multi-objective programming method. On base of satisfying the requirement of emergency time limit of different materials, the model achieves the objectives of minimum number of selected depots and minimum cost of dispatching. Then the solution procedure and algorithm of the model is designed and an example is set to verify the feasibility of this algorithm. Analytic results indicate that the model can ensure utilizing and dispatching the emergency materials efficiently and methodically.

In a time of digitalization and informationization for Mine enterprise, based on the complication of multiobjective ore blending planning and management, a question of fuzzy multi-objective ore blending is proposed. Then according to linguistic preference information and satisfying degree of decision maker, a fuzzy multi-objective optimization algorithm is designed. The algorithm effectively solves the difficulties in multi-objective decisions, such as difficult to quantify certain objectives and restrictions and to weigh decision objectives subjectively, and different dimensions of objectives. It has also the Characteristics of flexibility and sensitivity, which is verified through a application example of certain mine, it is a practical, great universal method or means for the mine ore blending planning and management.

A lot of attention has recently been paid to the crisis of the Kariba Dam on the Zambezi River. The dam is in urgent need of maintenance. In order to solve this problem, a series of models are established, and the construction scheme of the dams is studied in detail. At first we establish Safe Operation Model. In this model, we study the relationship between overflow risk rate and dam numbers to determine the approximate range of the quantity. We then analyze the cost and the benefits of the project. Finally, the number of dams is determined by the cost and the benefits. The optimal number of dams that we have calculated is 16. At last, we analyze the results of each of these models, performing sensitivity analysis on the input parameters and demonstrating their flexibility. Then we analyze the strength and weakness of the model.

This paper studies the conditions of achieving the Pareto optimum (high-efficiency) on logistics enterprises resource integration by applying the multi-objective programming. To counter the present situation and problems of the RSTE logistics resources, it put forward project of the logistics resources integration that RSTE realize Pareto optimum. They should bring the resources superiority of own specialized transportation into full play and use the exterior favorable resources to develop the third-party specialization logistics(TPSL), and take providing the specialization and individuality service as enterprise's core businesses, and develop the related services on its chain;On the basis of the modern logistics idea, the RSTE should attach great importance to the integration and innovation of logistics operation and management ability resources, especially the establishment and improvement of the logistics information sharing mechanisms. Pricing discrimination, inventory control and overbooking are important components of Revenue Management System, and have been widely used in service industries. While the objective of Revenue Management (RM) has been achieved and short-term revenue has been maximized, customers usually feel unfair because of pricing discrimination and overselling, so that a lot of customers are stolen away by competitors. As a result, long-term revenue decreases. Therefore, effective Revenue management requires a clear understanding of customer value. Both Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and RM have an impact on accurate decision of service industries. This paper will compare and analyze their effects, and then integrate CRM with RM. We will further bring forward some strategies to improve customer satisfaction and discuss how to bring up customer loyalty. We finally apply fuzzy expected price and the multi-objective programming model to customer behaviors in order to gain the balance between revenue maximization and customer satisfaction.
