Due to the energy conservation concern, smart plug has been widely studied for electrical appliance control. This work presented the development of data transmission in smart plug control system using mysql database with Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. The experimental study showed the speed of data transmission could be increased even with low internet speed. This work could be applied in using smart plug in the area with limited internet speed and might be beneficial for the rural area.

Recently. Users needed storage for processing high-capacity data. Meanwhile, the HDD was used primarily as storage device, but SSD was developed as a fast access device. So, the use of SSD increased a lot of capacity-process. Using a SAN Switch, we tested in order to resolve data process faster. So in this paper, DRAM-SSD and HDD's performance ability in the data process will be confirmed using TPC-H Benchmark on mysql at SAN environment. From the performance analysis results, performance difference of HDD and DRAM-SSD is little when database size is low at san switch connecting with storage. But ad-hoc query process ability difference between DRAM-SSD and HDD increased. Based on these results in a SAN-based. DRAM-SSD has a better performance than the HDD. Therefore San is judged to be more effective when dealing with the large amounts of data using a SAN to manage data.

mysql database identity authentication uses a CHAP protocol, that is, the challenge/response protocol, which exists the password expressly transmission, one-way authentication, random time can not grasp and other security issues. In this paper, we analyze the security problems of the existing mysql database authentication protocol, and propose a new type mysql integrated mutual authentication security model. The model integrates the two-way authentication in mysql, which realizes mutual authentication between database and user;It provides an interface for the session key, which improves the security of the data operation in the mysql database;At the same time joining the random number in the authentication process, which can effectively resist replay attacks, etc.. At the end of this paper, cases analysis of the new security model. The results show that the proposed security authentication model can ensure the security of user information and data transmission.

The NoSQL database is an alternative to manage big data. It is essential to change from a relational database to a NoSQL database to evaluate the new scenario's performance. In this context, our paper presents an empirical performance comparison between mysql and MongoDB on analytical queries in the COMEX Database. The COMEX Database is responsible for all Brazilian foreign trade statistics and many agencies need to constantly make big analytical queries on it to analyze business-related queries. The main results indicate that non-relational databases can improve the queries performance.

With the development of new media technology, video as the most intuitive and effective media to give people more information. Along with a variety of video compression standards and computer hardware, network technology, all kinds of videos have begun showing explosive growth. Today diversity and network user terminal's own transmission characteristics, video transcoding become a new research hotspot. This paper mainly discusses the implementation of transcoding queue after video upload on the web service side. This paper use FFMPEG as the video transcoding tool. Efficient use of their hardware conditions, proposed a combination of mysql database transcoding queue approach which ultimately reduces the pressure of the server.

To provide the better treatment in the hospitals, it is required to integrate all the hospitals of the country via internet. While visiting to hospital for treatment, a smart card with 10 digit unique patient-ID with his personal information is issued to the patient from the administrator of the hospital. As per unique patient-ID, all the doctor prescriptions, test reports, MRI, CT-scan images are stored in the database of the local server of the hospital and main centralized server of all the hospitals. Application of the smart card based on line hospital system has been developed as front end in. Net and back end in mysql. In the development of application, all kinds of optimization have been covered at application level, database design level, memory utilization and optimization of queries for accessing the database. In this paper, some performance issues have been proposed for fast retrieval of patient data.

Large databases provide interesting environments for hiding data. These databases store massive amounts of diverse data, they are riddled with internal mechanisms and data pools for enhancing performance, and they contain complex optimization routines that constantly change portions of the underlying file environments. The databases are valuable targets for attackers who wish to manipulate search results or hide traces of data access or modification. Despite its importance, research on data hiding in databases is relatively sparse. This chapter describes several data hiding techniques in mysql and demonstrates the impact of data deletion on forensic analysis.

In the field of data mining, predictive modeling refers to the usage of a statistical model built on a training data set in order to make predictions about new prospects contained in the scoring data set. A model should not be used to predict when it encounters unseen data in the scoring set because such predictions would be a guess or a speculation. This paper proposes an algorithm that will produce two simple images and a "level of guessing" (LOG) pie chart. These images will tell the analyst whether or not it is appropriate to use a statistical predictive model to make predictions on a particular scoring set. The proposed algorithm will offer a solution to the scoring adequacy problem based on subsets of the original data. The algorithm will be implemented with a user interface built with MATLAB code, which acts on mysql databases that contain the data.

mysql is the most trusted and depended-on open source database platform in use today. Many of the most popular and highly-trafficked websites in the world are built on mysql because of its ubiquity across heterogeneous platforms and application stacks and for its well-known performance, reliability and ease of use. Research, publications and community service is one activity that is managed by the Institute for Research and Community Service. The process of managing these activities today cannot be separated from the Internet, therefore we need a system that can manage every activity. To obtain the proper management it needs a system that is supported by the database system is also good. This paper discusses how to conduct the process of optimizing the database system so that when the data is accessed does not affect the performance of server systems. Process optimization is done on the design of the database system. Database design plays an important role in determining system performance. Process optimization is done in this study by using one of the functions that have been given in mysql by using VIEW. This virtual table process to be performed by the system to be faster. This is because during the system requests to the server is does not need to query over and over because it has been done in the database management system.
