Medical emergency logistics becomes a new research field in recent years. In this era when emergencies occur more frequently, it is of great significance to study medical emergency logistics. Taking a comprehensive research on the literature review of medical emergency logistics, this paper gets a clear understanding on the current academic status of this discipline. Then comparisons between emergency logistics and other sectors of logistics are made to highlight its unique features. mysql Cluster can provide real-time performance to satisfy the requirements of the most demanding web, corporate applications and telecom applications. So it tends to be very specific and flexible in applications and scopes such as networking, wireless, and base stations. On basis of the above, this paper establishes a system for drug reserve logistics. And it further analyzes the current situations of medical emergency logistics in China and puts forward some measures for its further development.

This study aims to compare Firebase Realtime database and mysql performance as database Management System for our Toddlers Daily Nutritional Needs Mobile Application. The comparison is in terms of database response time. Their performance is compared using a common CRUD operations. Each operations data is analyzed using Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test. Our comparison results confirm that Firebase Realtime database is more suitable as our Daily Nutritional Needs Mobile Application database Management System since it could perform better response time. The key features match our needs to provide Realtime Data and it is also help simplify the process of developing applications. (C) 2019 The Authors. Published by Elsevier B.V. In the face of high concurrency access to large amounts of data in the network system, the overall design of the database plays an important role in determining system performance. How to optimize the database so that it does not affect the overall performance of the server system during data access becomes a top priority. In order to study internal drive force, negative group emotion growth and diffusion of politics officers, this paper designs the emotional propagation analysis model. The model uses the frequent sets characteristic of Apriori algorithm database to connect the emotional characteristics data, and gets the confidence interval of the data association. This paper uses mysql to establish the emotional characteristics database of law enforcement and police officers, and extracts the emotional data feature. Through calculating, this paper gets the emotional propagation characteristic distribution curve, and gets the emotional propagation validity curve under different number of person, which verified the effectiveness and reliability of dynamics system in the study of emotional propagation for law enforcement officers, which provides a new computer method for the study on group emotion.

The research in this paper refers to two areas: programming and data storage (data base) for computing the weighted Moore-Penrose inverse. The main aim of this paper analysis of the execution speed of computing using PHP programming language and data store. The research shows that the speed of execution gives considerable difference between the Procedural programming and Object Oriented PHP language, on the middle layer in the three tier of the web architecture. Also, the research concerning the comparison of relation database system, mysql and NoSQL, key value store system, ApacheCassandra, on the database layer. The CPU times are compared and discussed.

Increases in cell culture titers in existing facilities have prompted efforts to identify strategies that alleviate purification bottlenecks while controlling costs. This article describes the application of a database-driven dynamic simulation tool to identify optimal purification sizing strategies and visualize their robustness to future titer increases. The tool harnessed the benefits of mysql to capture the process, business, and risk features of multiple purification options and better manage the large datasets required for uncertainty analysis and optimization. The database was linked to a discrete-event simulation engine so as to model the dynamic features of biopharmaceutical manufacture and impact of resource constraints. For a given titer, the tool performed brute force optimization so as to identify optimal purification sizing strategies that minimized the batch material cost while maintaining the schedule. The tool was applied to industrial case studies based on a platform monoclonal antibody purification process in a multisuite clinical scale manufacturing facility. The case studies assessed the robustness of optimal strategies to batch-to-batch titer variability and extended this to assess the long-term fit of the platform process as titers increase from 1 to 10 g/L, given a range of equipment sizes available to enable scale intensification efforts. Novel visualization plots consisting of multiple Pareto frontiers with tie-lines connecting the position of optimal configurations over a given titer range were constructed. These enabled rapid identification of robust purification configurations given titer fluctuations and the facility limit that the purification suites could handle in terms of the maximum titer and hence harvest load. The main aim of this paper is to develop a client/server-based model for computing the weighted Moore-Penrose inverse using the partitioning method as well as for storage of generated results. The web application is developed in the PHP/mysql environment. The source code is open and free for testing by using a web browser. Influence of different matrix representations and storage systems on the computational time is investigated. The CPU time for searching the previously stored pseudo-inverses is compared with the CPU time spent for new computation of the same inverses.
