In order to realize the information management of college English learning, improve the management efficiency of college English teaching, and reform the traditional applied teaching mode, this paper proposed to design a college English online learning system, which uses Browser/Server (B/S) as the architecture, JSP technology as the programing language, and mysql database technology as the data storage and management database. Then, this paper fully analyzed the requirements of network English teaching and management and the demands of system users. On this basis, functional module, database design and overall system architecture were designed, with the relevant interface displayed. The design and implementation of the system can improve the efficiency and quality of English teaching and effectively advance the teaching level of college English, which can be applied into extensive fields.

Muslim consumer faces a problem in identifying the halal products in the market especially in Malaysia. A fake halal logo and unknown detail ingredients is the major problem for Muslim consumer. This framework study will be presented and with the implemented proposed system would help consumer to verify through Smartphone barcode capture straightaway on time with the applied halal product alert database system. All the information regarding halal logo, company, product name, barcode number, ingredients, license number and expiry date will be found in the database. This study focuses on 1-D European Article Numbering（EAN）-13 barcode since it is used internationally for tagging retail goods. However other types of 1-D and 2-D barcodes can still be readable and application will be developed on Android 2.1（EclairR1） Operating System. Android 2.1 is chosen since most of Android Smartphone is operating at minimum on Android 2.1.

To facilitate bridge managers to monitor real time bridge safety level and then conduct in-time handling and reporting, this study utilized real time bridge deflection data from MCU and informational circumstance of a combination of mobile terminals and computers to establish a database of basic bridge information and real time data charts of each bridge deflection, then, through Baidu map, realized bridge information labeling, bridge searching, real time bridge deflection data displaying and designing of a monitor platforming combining bridge danger grades and bridge label variations. After that the study built an independent information extracting and exchanging platform based on one module and two platforms to provide users with bridges' real time changing situation as well as alarms. In addition, the paper developed a highly practical full-set monitoring plan which possesses strong referential implications for bridge managers to monitor their bridges and to make concrete maintenance plans in time.

In this paper, the communication architecture of an experimental MicroGrid is designed and implemented. Modbus TCP/IP is used as the communication protocol in the MicroGrid to receive data and send commands to different components within the MicroGrid. HTTP TCP/IP is applied as a back-up protocol in case of no availability of Modbus TCP/IP, and also serves as the protocol platform for displaying meaningful data regarding the MicroGrid. Implementation of data acquisition in a database for control and forecasting purposes and data exhibition in a website for monitoring purposes are also presented in this paper. A design for a future implementation of an AC/DC Hybrid Multi-MicroGrid with an advanced communication architecture is proposed as the next phase of the experimental MicroGrid.

With the development of new energy batteries,battery package detection technology is also developing to intelligent and *** this paper,a set of automatic battery bag detection system based on WPF is designed,and the features of WPF technology are *** composition and function of the system as well as the application of WPF technology in the automatic detection system are described in *** communication between host computer and slave computer is realized,and the whole test system is coordinated and controlled by the slave computer which is a device with switching function,so that the automatic test process is configured according to requirements.A test interface is established in the host computer program architecture,which can flexibly expand new test items or update new test ***,the test results are stored in the mysql database,and the results can be queried and the report can be exported at any time.

Therefore, this paper specially designs a digital economy management system to solve the above problems. In order to optimize the function of the system, the Levelset algorithm is introduced, and the system B/S three-tier structure is constructed on the basis of mysql database. The system is helpful to the management of the digital economy.

In many engineering fields, it was necessary to monitor the structure's dynamic pitch angle, such as ships, bridges, tower cranes and buildings. In this paper, a real-time online pitch remote monitoring system was designed based on the concept of Narrow Band Internet of Things(NB-Io T). The Inertial measurement module(IMU)based on Micro Electro-Mechanical System(MEMS) was used to measure the pitch angle. The Kalman filtering method was employed to reduce the influence of environmental vibration. An experimental platform was built and the experiment was carried ***-nodes were organized through RS-485 field bus. And the sink data package was transmitted to a TCP Server using NB-Io T Protocol converter. A My SQL database program was developed by the Python programming language to sample in real-time and store data.

In order to realize the accumulation of sea temperature, conductivity, pressure, depth, salinity, density and sound profile observation data, a ocean observation data storage system based on database is designed. For efficiently realizing accumulation of ocean observation data, the system makes full use of the advantages of mysql database management platform, and orderly stores tens of thousands ofConductivity-Temperature-Depth(CTD) profile observation data. At the same time, the data quality control will be applied to the received hydrological observation data, which improves the quality of the data stored in the database and enhances the data usability. After the system was developed, a simulation environment was set up to test the system. The results show that the system hasrational function design and stable operation, which can well realize the accumulation of CTD profile observation data. The realization of ocean hydrologic profile observation data accumulation provides reliable data source for the subsequent in-depth data-mining and utilization of ocean hydrologic observation data.

With the rapid development of Internet technology and computer technology, classroom teaching is gradually moving towards informationization and networking. One of the popular and effective teaching methods is case teaching. However, the scattered cases are not conducive to further study for students after class. In this paper, a Web-based teaching case data system is designed and presented. Firstly, the front-end and back-end software technologies needed to construct the teaching case base system are introduced. Secondly, the system functions and the overall structure are analyzed and designed. Finally, the results show that the system has practical value for improving the teaching effect of the case base.
