The current study of network control stability system has become a very hot topic, the stability conditions of network control systems have also carried out the relevant research on double delay discrete model, its main target to the current actual situation, which carries out the related stability for network control systems with state time-delay. This paper uses the relevant stability theory, the sufficient condition of network control system stability are described under the time-delay discrete model, on the basis of relevant transformation, completing the evaluation for the network control system stability condition of double delay discrete model. Finally, through the relevant data, to carry on its effectiveness validated. The method has certain reference significance for the stability study of similar system, and provides a theoretical reference for the research on this problem.

Improving network control system-NCS reliability and safety has important practical significance because NCS is a hot research subject in these years. Fault diagnosis methods are researched in this paper according to NCS with long-time delay and data packet loss. Firstly, given a NCS with long-time delay, a state observer is structured. Secondly, make the state estimation error equation equivalent to an asynchronous dynamical system having event incidence constraint according to whether the system having data packets loss. The problem of fault diagnosis is converted to H infinity filtering problem through structuring filtering residual system based on the observer, then giving a corresponding filter designing algorithm. The designed fault diagnosis filter system not only make sure the stability of the closed loop system but also make the residual system's H infinity norm less than given reduction level gamma. Finally, the simulation results prove that the algorithm can diagnose faults effectively.

The low signed domination number of graphs can be applied to the optimization design of network control system to make the network design more reasonable. An algorithm based on the basic principle of page sorting technology is designed to search for the low signed domination number of certain graphs. Therefore, the low signed domination number of some graph is obtained, and a low bound of any graph G of order n is also obtained.

In view of the increasing requirement of aircraft survivability on the battlefield and the increasing fault-tolerant level, the paper proposes a network distributed flight control system structure, which constructs a distributed system through distributed network and compute nodes. Several key technologies are discussed following may effectively solve the application problems of network control technology in the flight control system. The health management of compute node is completed by various monitoring means, which also provides data basis for the configuration determination of network control system. system task dynamic coordination and scheduling, combining the resource requirements of system task execution with the resource capabilities provided by system compute nodes, achieve the matching of the two through multiple task scheduling methods. The whole scheme, including the monitoring mechanism of system compute nodes and the scheduling mechanism of system tasks, can give full play to the application of network control technology in the distributed flight control system, so as to support the urgent requirements in system reliability, security and fault tolerance.

In networked control systems (NCSs), network delay is inevitable. The delay may degrade the control quality and even cause the control system to unstable. Prediction control is widely used to compensate for the network delay. In the controller-actuator channel, since the network delay of the packet to be transmitted is unknown, the controller always generates a long control sequence for safety, which causes a large amount of transmitted data in the network and thus increases the network burden. In this paper, to reduce the amount of the transmitted data, a long short-term memory (LSTM) neural network is first adopted to predict the network delay of the packet to be sent. Then the controller uses the predicted network delay to determine the prediction horizon. In this way, when the network delay is small, the controller only generates and transmits a short control sequence, and thus the amount of data transmitted can be reduced. In addition, the fixed-horizon and a vary-horizon predictive control are also given for comparison. Finally, simulation results are presented to verify the effectiveness and show the superiority of the proposed method.

Identification of networked systems over communication links with packet losses is considered. It is assumed that there is no connection from the actuators to the system identifier such that no information is available on loss of data packets carrying the actuation signals. While the packet loss occurrences in the sensor links are naturally detectable by the system identifier as the receiving node, the packet loss occurrences in the actuation paths are not directly detectable. The existing system identification methods fail to be applicable without the information on packet loss occurrences. Presenting a solution for this issue is the objective of the present work. Two recursive algorithms are proposed to solve the problem in real time. For this purpose, ARMAX input-output representations of the system with Markovian jumping modes are developed. Then, filters are designed for estimation of the packet loss occurrences. The estimated mode is used in the recursive algorithms for identification of the whole system based on the maximum likelihood approach. A main algorithm and its simplified version are proposed that are capable of finding the various kinds of system parameters including the physical plant parameters and the communication mode transition probabilities. Effectiveness of the algorithms is verified through simulation examples where the system performance is evaluated and compared.

Event-triggered learning-based control for output tracking with unknown cost functions

In this paper, a two-layer event-triggered learning-based control framework is proposed to address extremum seeking problem in networked control systems with limited communication resources and unknown cost function. In this framework, the lower layer is an event-triggered controller to drive the output to track the given setpoints generated from the upper layer, where a learning-based optimizer is developed to approach the extremum of the unknown cost function. Specifically, in the lower layer, an event-triggered output controller, based on a high-gain extended state observer, is designed to tackle uncertainties and disturbances. In the upper layer, a nonparametric gradient model is established, and then the gradient descent method is applied to generate setpoints for the tracking control. The update of the learning and optimization process is determined by the tracking performance of the lower layer. The stability and Zeno-freeness of the proposed event-triggered controller is proved. Furthermore, the dependence of the convergence rate of the proposed learning-based extremum seeking algorithm on the designed parameters is also explicitly characterized. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed framework is validated by numerical examples. (c) 2025 Published by Elsevier Ltd.

Event-triggered active disturbance rejection control for nonlinear network control systems subject to DoS and physical attacks

This paper investigates the problem of event-triggered active disturbance rejection control of nonlinear network control system in simultaneous presence of unknown dynamics, physical attacks and denial of-service attacks. Considering the network congestion, an event-triggered communication mechanism is adopted, where the measurements are transmitted only when an 'event' occurs. An indicator obeying the Markov jump rule is introduced to characterize the randomly occurring denial-of-service attacks. In virtue of the extended state observer (ESO), the states and the total disturbance which involves both unknown dynamics and physical attacks are estimated. Then, the composite controller is designed which could stabilize the overall controlled system and eliminate the so-called total disturbance. Sufficient conditions are established to guarantee the stability of the observer system and overall controlled system. The cone-complementarity linearization algorithm is adopted to obtain the parameters of the extended state observer and the controller. Finally, both numerical and application design examples demonstrate the feasibility and efficacy of the proposed method. Simulation results show that the steady-state error within 0.02 can be achieved within 3 s. (C) 2019 ISA. Published by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

In this study, a robust H-infinity networked security observer-based reference tracking control scheme is proposed for the stochastic quadrotor unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) system under malicious attacks on the actuator and sensor of network control system (NCS). To reduce the computational burden on UAV system, the UAV system is connected with a remote computing unit and the complicated tracking control command can be calculated by remote computing unit. By using the novel discrete smoothed model, the model of attack signals on actuator and sensor can be embedded in system state of UAV and thus the attack signals as well as the quadrotor system state can be simultaneously estimated through a conventional Luenberger observer. Further, the corruption of attack signals on state estimation of UAV is also avoided. To eliminate the effect of unavailable external disturbance and intrinsic fluctuation during the reference tracking control process, a robust H-infinity networked security observer-based reference tracking control scheme is introduced to attenuate their effects on the NCS of quadrotor UAV. By using the characteristic of convex Lyapunov function, the design condition of robust H-infinity networked security observer-based tracking control is derived in terms of the nonlinear functional inequalities. Since the nonlinear functional inequalities are not easy to be solved analytically or numerically, the Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy interpolation technique is employed to interpolate the nonlinear stochastic quadrotor NCS by a set of linear local systems via fuzzy bases. In this case, the nonlinear functional inequalities can be converted to a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) which can be easily solved by the MATLAB LMI TOOLBOX. Simulation results are provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method in comparison with conventional robust observer-based T-S fuzzy tracking control scheme.
