In this paper, a multi-origin and multi-destination maximum flow model is proposed by integrating the objective programming method with graph theory. Through Model 1, low-cost design of drainage pipeline networks can be achieved. For instance, in the experiments, certain pipelines such as Pipeline 9, Pipeline 20, and Pipeline 27 can be excluded during the initial construction phase while still maintaining effective drainage performance and reducing costs. Model 2 enables the monitoring of drainage capacity at various nodes within the existing drainage system. For example, under a specific rainfall intensity, it was observed that certain nodes, such as Nodes 9 similar to 16, Node 45, and Node 48, exhibit poor drainage capacity, necessitating precautionary measures. Model 3 focuses on the expansion planning of the drainage system, ensuring its normal operation under certain rainfall intensities. The results based on a specific area in Changchun City demonstrate that the proposed models not only possess strong practical application value in the design of urban drainage systems but also have broader applicability in other fields such as traffic flow and logistics supply chain planning. This study opens up new avenues for model construction and enriches the practical application effects of mixed-integer programming models.

The routing optimization of yard trailers in container terminal is an important issue for vehicle dispatching. Whether the vehicle dispatch is reasonable will determine the circulation efficiency of the container terminal. In order to better optimize the yard trailers routing under stochastic demand, a two-stage optimization model is established in this paper considered the constraint of vehicle capacity and travel distance, which aims at planning and determining the travel routing of the trailers and the operating sequence. To solve the two-stage optimization model, a particle swarm optimization algorithms (PSO) algorithm with exponentially decreasing weight strategy is introduced to search for a satisfied solution to ensure the feasibility of distribution plan and vehicle routing. And the optimal results of the simulation experimental reveal that satisfied solutions can be obtained by employing the two-stage optimization model constructed in this paper, which further verified the feasibility and validity of the optimization model and algorithm. The two-stage optimization model provides a practical and effective method to solve the trailers routing dispatching in container terminals under stochastic demand.

As one of the three major innovations of FAST, the active reflective surface is composed of main components such as the main cable net, reflective panel, pull-down cable, actuator and supporting structure. Its essence is to adjust the reflecting surface in the illumination range to the designated parabolic position in real time according to the position of the observed celestial body, so that the parallel electromagnetic waves emitted by the celestial body will always converge at one point after being reflected by the reflecting surface. Aiming at the problem that the Chinese FAST sky eye reflector panel automatically adjusts the overall shape to the working paraboloid to achieve the best electromagnetic wave reflection effect under the condition of different positions of the measured celestial body, a single target optimization, target planning, single reflector panel and other models have been constructed. With the ideal parabola and actuator adjustment scheme, the reception ratio after adjustment is increased by 5 times. According to the adjustment strategy of the reflective panel obtained by the research, the nodes with a node displacement greater than 0.5m account for 0.14%, and the performance is good.

Abstract. Human brain is a highly complex and nonlinear parallel information processing system. The artificial neural network built by imitating the working mechanism of human brain has strong nonlinear input-output mapping ability. Based on the previous data, the future price data of gold and bitcoin are predicted through the construction and training of neural network. In the short-term forecasting model, the multi-objective programming with minimum net benefit and maximum risk is adopted. In the process of constructing the long-term prediction model, we conducted machine learning on the three indexes LINES, KDJ, MA, and obtained the optimization model of single index decision. In addition, we test the optimality of the model. We also study the short-term decision model. Finally, the optimal solution is obtained by randomly changing the weights of the three indexes.

China's thermal-power-led power structure has caused serious environmental pollution problems. The Energy Development Eleventh Five-year Plan of China proposes that China should reduce the emissions of the main pollutants and optimize the power structure. In this paper, we build the programming model to optimize the electric power structure and constraint the electricity production from the perspective of the economic and the environment. Then sensitivity analysis is undertaken on the basis of the optimized results. Through changing the order of priority of economic and environmental as well as emission performance of SO2 and CO2, the clean energy power generation may reach 27.68% at the end of Eleventh Five-Year Plan, the SO2 and CO2 emissions go to 7.5 million tons and 2.32 billion tons. The research shows that the emission performance of CO2 should at most be 834.75g/kWh;the total emission constraint can be satisfied.

This paper studies weight adjustment in multiple attributes group decision making model. Firstly, the attribute weights respectively calculated by methods of AHP and entropy are optimized based on objective programming model. Secondly, the initial weights of decision-makers are updated by the grey correlation degree between the individual decision results and the group decision results. Furtherly, the group decision results are updated. Then the weight- adjusting is continued on the basis of the new group decision results. Based on 2-Norm Minkowski measure, the steady weights of decision-makers and final results of the group are gotten with the process of adjustment. Finally, a numerical example to evaluate wind power equipment supplier shows the feasibility and practicability of the proposed algorithm.

Iterative linear programming methods are proposed for optimum balanced animal diet in this paper. According to "wooden bucket theory" of the nutritional balance, each nutrient in the feeding standard has equal importance. It's unreasonable to use common goal programming to attach different weighted value to different nutritional parameters. This paper introduces an effective algorithm to deal with this kind of problem. When the permitting cost of livestock ration is given, we can design a ration formula with linear program-this is the first round. Then, according to the differences between the permitting cost and the formula cost gained in the first round, adjust the feeding standard and the feeding raw materials, and conduct the second round of linear programming for ration formula. If there is still a very big difference between the formula cost and the permitting cost, the third round will be taken, and so on. In this iteration course the formula cost gradually approaches the permitting cost. It is the key that the feeding standard and feeding raw materials are modified in each round. This method ensured the nutritive equilibrium with the formulation of least-cost ration. This is an especially important method when the primary goal of the optimization tool is to improve economic and nutritive efficiency.

A rolling-horizon approach was proposed, which aims at the problem of sidings allocation for automated container yard stacking system designed and invented by ZPMC. The dynamic allocation model using objective programming was initially developed for sidings allocation. The model objective function was subject to the minimization of the total job waiting time. Furthermore A* search algorithm was employed for solving the model, which can return optimal solutions. Finally an actual case was firstly studied to illustrate the proposed approach for sidings allocation strategy, and then verified the validity and usefulness of this model and algorithm.
