In presented fuzzy multi-attribute decision-making (FMADM) problems, the information about attribute weights is interval numbers and the decision maker (DM) has fuzzy complementary preference relation on alternatives. Firstly, the decision-making information based on the subjective preference information in the form of the fuzzy complementary judgment matrix is uniform by using a translation function. Then an objective programming model is established. Attribute weights are obtained by solving the model, thus the fuzzy overall values of alternatives are derived by using the additive weighting method. Secondly, the ranking approach of alternatives is proposed based on the degree of similarity between the fuzzy positive ideal solution of alternatives (FPISA) and the fuzzy overall values. The method can sufficiently utilize the objective information of alternatives and meet the subjective requirements of the DM as much as possible. It is easy to be operated and implemented on a computer. Finally, the proposed method is applied to the project evaluation in the venture investment.

Abstract. Human brain is a highly complex and nonlinear parallel information processing system. The artificial neural network built by imitating the working mechanism of human brain has strong nonlinear input-output mapping ability. Based on the previous data, the future price data of gold and bitcoin are predicted through the construction and training of neural network. In the short-term forecasting model, the multi-objective programming with minimum net benefit and maximum risk is adopted. In the process of constructing the long-term prediction model, we conducted machine learning on the three indexes LINES, KDJ, MA, and obtained the optimization model of single index decision. In addition, we test the optimality of the model. We also study the short-term decision model. Finally, the optimal solution is obtained by randomly changing the weights of the three indexes.

The ranking problem of the hybrid judgment matrix is studied in this paper, a new method for priority of the hybrid judgment matrix is proposed. Firstly, a new type of hybrid judgment matrix is defined. The complementary and reciprocal judgment elements in the form of interval numbers, the complementary or reciprocal judgment elements in the form of triangular fuzzy numbers are made uniform into the complementary and reciprocal judgment elements of numerical values by using C-OWA operator, C-OWG operator and the expected value formula of triangular fuzzy numbers, respectively. Secondly, an optimization model based on the definitions of the consistency complementary and reciprocal judgment matrix is established. The ranking vector on alternatives is obtained by solving the model. The method is characterized by simple operation and easy to implement on a computer. Finally, an example is illustrated to show the feasibility and practicability of the developed method.
