There are many uncertain factors in oilfield development programming,which have a big effect on the programming *** on analysis of the uncertainty, considering oilfield development programming is a typical multi-objective programming and optimization problems, this paper has formulated programming model on developmentprogramming,which is suitable for oilfielddevelopment rule and meets the combination characteristic of qualitative and *** efficient algorithm based on genetic algorithm is *** Comprehensively the uncertain factors,the probability of complete production goal or the achieved production as the probability is equal to 100%,are calculated by using Monte Carlo simulation *** addition,an allocation method of production index,which combine with using the mathematical statistics and the expert's experience,is presented and can solve the difficult problem on how overall production goal is reasonably allocated to programming *** application of the above methods in developmentprogramming of D oilfield illustrates that the programming optimization methods are effective and can provide scientific basis for decision-making and management of oilfielddevelopment.

oilfield development programming is a complicated system engineering with multiple-discipline and *** are many technical indexes, economic indexes and social indexes in oilfield development programming,which are both contradictory and *** on analysis of characteristic of indexes on oilfielddevelopment and characteristic on oilfield development programming,Evaluation system on indexes is established objectively and comprehensively through employing the method on fuzzy clustering analysis. Weight values of indexes are determined by adopting the combination method with AHP and expert's experience. According to the method on TOPSIS,comprehensive evaluation and optimization is applied on developmentprogramming ***,sorting result of projects is gained,which may provide scientific basis for oilfield development programming and decision-making.

On the basis of the establishment of the correlative relationship of the development index of oilfield by use of functional simulation theory, such as differential simulation method and NN method, the authors researched the oilfield and set up the optimal distribution models of oilfield development programming with different goals, including maximum oil output minimum cost and maximum economic benefit, which solved the optimal distribution problems successfully with total output and the corresponding workload and other development indexes of oilfield. Considering the non-linear Multi-objective models with restrictions, we used the improved Hooke-Jeeves algorithm to solve it, and the application of the algorithm and the models to developmentprogramming in some oilfields which were in the mid-later stage has obtained satisfactory economic benefit.

According to the fact of oilfielddevelopment, the oil production and profit of an oilfield were divided into nine parts. Considering the restriction of investment and cost, a nonlinear programming model for oilfielddevelopment based on maximum profit was built. In order to get the optimal solution in the global, a kind of nonlinear optimal algorithm based on genetic algorithm was given and validated using the actual data of oilfielddevelopment, and a set of satisfactory solutions has been obtained.
