Aiming at the problem of robust continuous parameter design in the Target-being-best, in which the output value can be obtained by theoretical calculation, an optimization method based on genetic evolution is proposed. Firstly, the researched problem is described mathematically and an optimization model is established with the objective to minimize the average quality loss of a sample. Secondly, the optimization method based on genetic evolution for the researched problem is proposed. Thirdly, the genetic algorithm for robust continuous parameter design in the Target-being-best is presented and designed. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by case study.

Sintering process is the second most energy-consuming process in steel making and the main energy consumption of the process is the combustion of carbon. Under the background of the transformation of the world's major economies to the low carbon economy, to improve the carbon efficiency for saving energy and reducing undesired emissions is of great signification. In this paper, the comprehensive coke ratio (CCR) is taken as the index of the carbon efficiency. Mechanism analysis was carried out to analyze the influences of the CCR and a predictive model of the CCR based on back-propagation neural network (BPNN) is built that contains state parameters predictive model and the CCR predictive model. Then the optimization method for the CCR is formulated, which aims to minimize the CCR by optimizing the operating parameters. Finally, the method was implemented in an intelligent optimization and control system for carbon efficiency (IOCSCE) in an iron and steel plant. The running results show that the method can reduce the CCR by an average of 1.98 kg/t and effectively reduce the energy consumption of the sintering process. Thus, it can provide guidance for the operators of the sintering process and improve the carbon efficiency.

In order to solve the high-power 3D-SiP thermal problem, traditional solutions often optimize heat dissipation from new materials or new structures, which may increase the manufacturing process complexity of 3D-SiP and bring more trouble. So this paper proposes an optimization method to improve the heat dissipation performance of high-power 3D-SiP from the structure and layout of micro-channels. Firstly, the cross-section shape parameters and the number of micro-channels are optimized, using the Design of Experiments method(DOE). Secondly, the Fractal theory and the fin type micro-channel are combined and applied to the micro-channel layout optimization design. Three new layouts are proposed in this paper: parallel fin type micro-channel layout, stagger fin type micro-channel layout and tree fin type micro-channel layout. Comparing junction temperature, chip temperature difference and package thermal resistance, the tree fin type micro-channel layout is better. This paper provides an effective solution for thermal design of high-power 3D-SiP, which reduces the chip junction temperature by 5.69 degrees C and the thermal resistance by 37.44%.

Reasonable organization and optimization of intersection safety operation is the key to solving the problem of urban traffic congestion and improving urban traffic safety. Firstly, by summarizing a variety of optimization measures and methods of intersections, this paper put forward the optimization idea of adding "safety" elements. Secondly, taking the intersection of Tianhua South Road and Liuzhou East Road in Nanjing as an example, based on the actual traffic survey data, two optimization schemes were designed by using this method. Finally, through the VISSIM traffic simulation software, the optimization scheme was simulated, analyzed, evaluated and compared, the applicability of the scheme was verified, and the best optimization scheme was selected, which has effectively improved the traffic problems of the intersection of South Tianhua road and East Liuzhou Road.

In the long-range imaging system, one of the main factors limiting the imaging resolution is the size of the imaging lens aperture, which determines the diffraction limit of the optical system. In the actual Fourier ptychography imaging system, the system errors such as the aberrations of imaging devices and the noise of the detector will be introduced in the actual imaging, which is also one of the important factors to reduce the quality of the reconstructed image. In order to improve the reconstruction accuracy of the Fourier ptychography imaging algorithm, this paper mainly discusses some optimization algorithms in the process of the Fourier ptychography imaging algorithm to improve the high-resolution details of the restored image. The adaptive step size based optimization algorithm is used to update the spectrum and aperture function of the current sub-aperture to obtain the high-resolution spectrum information of the measured target. The optimal spectrum overlap rate is discussed to reduce the number of image acquisition and calculation cost as much as possible. In the reconstruction process, the simulated annealing algorithm is used to correct the positioning error of the sub-aperture, and the optimization algorithm is used to update the sub-aperture, which greatly improves the accuracy of the reconstruction results and achieves the theoretical imaging resolution.

At the same time, these problems have some important applications in engineering, system, finance, economics, and other fields. In this paper, an optimization method is proposed to globally solve a class of multiplicative problems with coefficients. Firstly, by utilizing equivalent transformation and linearization method, a linear relaxation programming problem is established. Secondly, by using branch and bound technique, a determined algorithm is proposed for solving equivalent problem. Finally, the proposed algorithm is convergent to the global optimal solution of original problem by means of the subsequent solutions of a series of linear programming problems.
