Quad-rotor aircraft can be widely used in military and civilian fields, and it is drawing a great deal of attention. Combining with PI algorithm and quaternion method, this article resolves the aircraft flight attitude and complete aircraft attitude control with improved integral separation pid control algorithm. At last, conventional pidcontroller, integral separation controller and improved integral separation controller are simulated in the environment of MATLAB and compared with each other. The result shows that the response rate of improved integral separation pid is faster than the conventional integral separation algorithm and the overshoot volume is also lower.

Vascular Interventional Surgery (VIS) is the common but conventional method to cure the vascular disease. Teleoperation, a promising surgery is used to protect the surgeon from X-ray radiation as well as to solve the problem of lacking experienced surgeons in remote rural areas. In this paper, a mathematical model of the damper has been built to get the relationship between the current of the coil and the damping force. According to the mathematical model, a pid control algorithm was designed to improve the accuracy of force feedback. The slave manipulator detect the force of catheter when being inserted into the blood vessels, then the master manipulator produce an equal damping force by a damper based on magnetorheological fluids. The comparison experiments between control mode with the pidalgorithm and control mode without pidalgorithm have been done to verify the performance. The result shows that the error with the pid control algorithm is small, which indicates the pidalgorithm can improve accuracy of the force feedback.

For the rapid test verification of aero-engine control and gas path fault diagnosis algorithm, the rapid prototyping hardware in the loop test verification method of the aircraft engine function algorithm module was designed, which based on the virtual instrument language and rapid prototyping technology. CompactRIO and its extension boards were utilized to build the rapid prototyping test verification platform for aircraft engine function algorithm, the controlalgorithm and the gas path fault diagnosis algorithm was deployed to the hardware in the loop which based on rapid prototyping, for the simulation of the algorithm on the platform. Finally, as an example of a turbofan engine pid control algorithm and gas path fault diagnosis algorithm, hardware in loop simulation test verification was carried through the rapid prototyping of platform. The paper designs a high power DC motor closed-loop control system, mainly including design of H bridge drive circuit, speed detection circuit and signal conditioning circuit. In order to improve the performance of motor running, one proposes a fuzzy adaptive pid control algorithm. Firstly, one determines the degree of membership of the input values to defined fuzzy sets, then constructs the fuzzy rule table according to experience and experiments, finally, makes defuzzification for every parameter of pidcontroller, that is, Kp, Ki, Kd. Experiments show that both hardware implementation and software controlalgorithms are reliable, the running performance of the system is robust before or after adding load.

Aiming at the difficulty in control in tea fixation process, the intelligent control technology is adopted in the research which is for the core to the C8051F340 SCM and adopts the multi-point detection system to collect the temperature and humidity data. Besides, the data transmission with the epistemic machine can be realized by the (IC)-C-2 Bus, SPI and so on while the control rules and parameters of the controller can be intended. Thus it can be seen that the multi-parameter control of the temperature and humidity can be realized in tea green removing technology. The bunk watchdog circuit is adopted in hardware design to repair the system's bug automatically and safeguard the control system operate stably for a long time in this research. Additionally, the pid control algorithm is applied in software design to control systemic error less than 2%. Practical application indicates that this system is with simple structure, high reliability and good scalability, and it also can reduce the amount of labor and improve the tea's quality.

In order to improve the energy efficiency of electric vehicle (BY) power battery, and increase the start-up power of EV, a kind of maglev flywheel battery storage energy system is designed on EV, it is active suspension controlled at five degrees of freedom. The system suspension control principle is expounded, and the radial single freedom transfer function of the maglev flywheel is established combining with a digital pid control algorithm. The frequency spectrum characteristic of the transfer function and the flywheel rotor trajectory curve are simulated, and the 30000 r/min rotation experiment of the maglev flywheel battery prototype is realized. The experiment result shows that the maglev flywheel rotor may high speed and steadily spin, and has good energy storage ability. The maglev flywheel battery storage energy system can assist the EV power battery work, improves the battery charge and discharge properties and prolongs the service life of the motive power battery.

This paper presents a new intelligent control method which can lower the energy consumption and the pollution risk of electric bicycles. Lowering the energy consumption depends on improving the efficiency of energy transformation, and lowering the pollution risk depends on prolonging the service life of battery. Firstly, we organizes the acceleration model, then quantitative analysis are given to show the relationship between transient current and acceleration time, and the method of lowering the transient current during acceleration is given. Secondly, we determine the speed of motor when it is working at peak efficiency, at which speed the pid control algorithm is used to make the electric bicycles working. This method has been carried out on ARM processor.
