Research was made on the design scheme and basic algorithm of a kind of voltage-feedback type digital stabilized voltage switching mode power supply combining internal resources of single-chip microcomputer with control technique. Take 110V switching mode power supply by electric locomotive as an example, it adopted advanced sensor in sampling data, applied pid control algorithm to adjust voltage and used overcurrent, overheating and short-circuit protection. Design process of controlalgorithm was given. Eventually the result according to design requirements was achieved by modeling and simulating on the switching mode power supply, meantime the deficiency existed was indicated.

By analyzing experimental results,the steady performance and dynamic output characteristic of PEM Fuel Cell were obtained. They will be useful to optimize the performance of PEM Fuel Cell by changing relative operation conditions,in order to make better use of PEM Fuel Cell,an effective gas pressure and flow control system,combined with pidcontrolalgorithm was proposed. What differs from traditional methods is that the system is able to optimize the performance of PEM Fuel Cell by controlling gas pressure and flow at the same time.

This paper proposes the pitch-controlled electro-hydraulic servo system of a variable-speed wind *** experimental control system consists of Industrial Computer,PC12006 data acquisition card, SVA-Ⅱ servo amplifier,QDY type Electro-Hydraulic servo valve,hydraulic cylinder,GA-150 type high-precision displacement transducer and *** this system,the computer compares the signal from the feedback displacement transducer with an input demand to determine the position error,and produces a command signal to drive the flow control servo valve. The control valve adjusts the flow of pressurized oil to move the actuator until the desired position is attained. Secondly,with the electro-hydraulic servo testing equipment,a pid control algorithm is programmed with Lab VIEW in the Industrial *** real time displacement curve of actuator is displayed in the computer,Experimental results show that the pid control algorithm is obviously effective and the high-precision of position control has gotten. Loading the link mechanism,the angle of wind turbine blades is adjusted and the aerodynamic power output of wind turbine can maintain stable.

A pid control algorithm is used to study the dynamics of an electro-hydraulic: proportional speed control system (EHPSCS) with a single-rod hydraulic actuator, because the pid control algorithm is simple in operation, is characteristics of good computer real-time control, and possesses the good adaptability of changing parameters of control system and it is easily implemented in engineering applications. Experimental research on the speed control under the conditions of the different temperatures of hydraulic oil is carried out for an EHPSCS. Furthermore, the performance of the EHPSCS is analyzed through measuring the inlet pressure, the outlet pressure of the proportional valve and the pressure difference between the inlet pressure and the outlet pressure of the proportional valve. Experimental results show that the pidcontroller has good dynamics.
