An efficient and practical controller was designed, which achieves high performance for a BLDC motor. Actual hardware experimental platform was established. Double-closed loop control scheme using pid algorithm is presented and applied into the system successfully. Through the tuning of pid parameters, the start and stop of motor is fast, current fluctuation is small, and the actual speed of operation is consistent to the set speed, the error of stability maintains at 10r/min or less. The experiment result shows the BLDC control system operates smoothly, and it has high reliability, robustness.

The home-made combers mainly are mechanical. The comber movement system has some complex factors such as strong coupling, multi-changing and nonlinearity. Thus, only using the traditional methods can't implement a comprehensive monitoring on the combers, and this has blocked the further development of China's textile industry to a great extent. Based on these unfavorable factors, the authors put forward an intelligent fuzzy control method in this paper, and analyze the technological process and dynamic characteristics of the combers and hence establish the control system model for the transmission part. In this paper, through the characteristics and operation flow of the combers, the research and development of the intelligent pid system are introduced. The development of the intelligent pid system of the high-efficiency comber can improve the automatic control technology and also can acquire the considerable economic benefits. This paper designs a scheme of multi -functional digital servos control system based on STM32. Thc basic functions of each module are described;the hardware and software structure and working principle of the system are analyzed. In the system three working modes which are Motor mode, Servo mode and Wait mode are provided. There are wired and wireless communication modes between the master chip and PC. The master chip uses a typical pid algorithm to process the position intimnation that is read by contactless magnetic rotary encoder and output the corresponding PWM to control the position and speed of the servos precisely.

In allusion to the demand of infrared system test, the principle of Infrared target simulator and the function of the temperature control are presented. The key technology of High precision temperature control is discussed, which include temperature gathering, pid control and power drive. The design scheme of temperature gathering is put forward. In order to reduce the measure error, discontinuously current and four-wire connection for the platinum thermal resistance are adopted. A 24-bits AD chip is used to improve the acquisition precision. Fuzzy pid controller is designed because of the large time constant and continuous disturbance of the environment temperature, which result in little overshoot, rapid response, high steady-state accuracy. Double power operational amplifiers are used to drive the TEC. Experiments show that the key performances such as temperature control precision and response speed meet the requirements.

This involves maintaining the test section at the required pressure so that the air reaches the necessary speeds to match desired testing conditions. A pressure regulating valve incorporated in a wind tunnel is used to control the pressure variations in a settling chamber and thereby in the test section. In this paper, based on the dynamics model of four-rotor UAV, a double closed-loop controller is designed by using pid algorithm, with the outer loop as position loop and the inner loop as attitude loop. The stability of the control system is simulated and verified in MATLAB. The simulation results show that the double closed-loop controller designed in this paper can ensure the stable flight of the aircraft and has certain anti-interference ability.
