In addition, the NVIDIA TX2 board and the PX4 flight controller have become more and more popular as research and development tools in recent years. This essay takes the quad-rotor UAV based on the NVIDIA TX2 board and the flight control pixhawk4 as the development platform, and designes a control algorithm based on pid algorithm. The Yolo algorithm is used to identify the target and extract the pixel coordinates, and then convert the pixel coordinates to actual coordinates. As a new type of flexible drive, pneumatic artificial muscle (PAM) has been widely concerned in various fields, but the research on the dynamic characteristics is difficult because of its strong nonlinearity and hysteresis. In this paper, the effects of system hardware configuration and control algorithm on the dynamic displacement characteristics of the double parallel Mckibben artificial muscles (PAMs) were studied through a series of experiments. In the system hardware configuration, increasing the intake pressure, reducing the load and using 3/2 high-speed on/off solenoid valve for each PAM can improve the dynamic displacement characteristics of PAMs. In the control algorithm, compared with the conventional pid algorithm, the fuzzy self-tuning pid algorithm has better tracking effect on the step signal and 0.5Hz sinusoidal signal. However, with the sinusoidal frequency increasing, the tracking effect becomes worse.

The measurement and control system was independently developed based on an industrial computer and I/O cards. The output of a medium frequency power supply and the opening degree of a proportional relief valve were regulated to control bonding temperature and compressive pressure. Improved pid algorithm was presented, and the temperature precision in steady stage reached +/- 0.1%. The system is applied to TLP bond steel pipes successfully.

A homemade temperature controller, which features with robust and inexpensive, is designed for actively adjust and stabilize the operating temperature of the tunable semiconductor diode laser. The accuracy of this temperature controller is +/- 0.05K, which corresponds to 0.035 cm-1 in wavenumber for our selected laser diode with a center wavenumber of 6045.949 cm-1. This temperature controller uses the STM32H743 (an ARM processor) as the control core, and introduces a capacitive touch screen to realize the visualization of experimental data and the intuitive of human-computer interaction. Through the simulation using software, the performance of conventional pid algorithm and adaptive fuzzy pid algorithm are compared and analyzed. Based on this, the fuzzy pid control strategy is determined and implemented through programming. In order to improve the efficiency and the stability of the ARM processor, the temperature control process is divided into several threads such as temperature acquisition, control quantity calculation, PWM output, temperature data/curve display, and SD card storage. The RTX5 operating system is ported to manage the cooperative operation of the above tasks and the communications between them. Using wavelength modulation spectroscopy, measurements of methane concentration are carried out in a laboratory controlled environment (P similar to 1 atm, T similar to 296 K) to validate the proposed temperature controller. In a stainless cell, the experiments are carried out using five samples with their concentrations ranging from 1000ppm to 2%, and a 5ppm detection limit is determined by nonlinear regression analysis, with a regression coefficient as high as 0.9979.

However, the actual industrial production process often has the characteristics of nonlinear, time-varying uncertainty, it is difficult to establish a precise mathematical model, the application of the conventional controller can not achieve the desired control effect. Aiming at this problem, this paper presents a traffic control system based on expert pid. This system takes PLC S7-1500 as the main controller, uses expert pid control algorithm to form a closed loop control system, so as to realize the control of the flow rate. The debugging results show that the control system is stable and can achieve the control of the flow quickly and accurately.

This paper presents the results of testing an advanced control method, Internal Model Control (IMC) on wastewater pH neutralization process. Because the process has a strong nonlinearity it was modeled using different linear models for different operating ranges so that the IMC controller can use the adequate model parameter values according to the current operating range. The results obtained using the multi-model standard IMC algorithm are compared with the ones obtained using the conventional pid (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) algorithm tuned using the same model parameter values used for designing the IMC controller. The simulations showed that using the proposed multi-model standard IMC algorithm is a feasible alternative for controlling this kind of process with a high nonlinear behavior, obtaining good static and dynamic performance.

For Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV), especially with reliable attitude control for trajectory tracking, an affective heading control is crucial. This work addresses the mathematical modelling of the considered vehicle, drafting closed loop control system design for the plant, and comparing germane control algorithms. In order to tackle the pith in trajectory tracking and heading control, the constructed equations of motion are inclusive of the time-variant properties such as added mass, vehicle drag and so on. The corresponding dynamics is constructed accordingly, to simulate the motion of the underwater vehicle without any environmental disturbance. Based on the model, error dynamics for the tracking controller is regulated, by estimating the deviation of the vehicle coordinates from predefined trajectory. This leitmotif is then scrutinized with the postulated equations, on the grounds of the conditions framed. The output produced is then compared between the algorithms to deduce the optimal one.

The brushless DC motor has been widely used in the automobile field because of its high comprehensive performance. In order to meet the requirements of the performance test of the brushless DC motor, aiming at the shortage of the traditional motor test, the motor torque speed test system based on virtual instrument is developed. The system uses the virtual instrument instead of the traditional instrument, the hardware circuit is replaced by the test software, and combined with the data acquisition card PCI-6221, to carry out data acquisition, processing and analysis of multiple channels of motor. Using LabVIEW to write the motor torque speed measurement program and the pid control algorithm program, the on-line detection and high precision speed control of the brushless DC motor speed is realized. The results show that the system is reliable and stable, and the accuracy and convenience of the motor test are improved.
