In this paper, for the problem of mechanical test load design of large-size curved panel of multi-degree freedom composite fuselage, a method of iterative optimization calculation using Particle Swarm Optimization (pso) algorithm and finite-element equivalent model is proposed based on an advance multi-degree freedom fuselage panel combined load test rig. The efficiency of the iterative calculation is greatly improved by obtaining the shape matrix between the test panel and the combined body of the bench by independent loading of unit load. The strain data compliance rate is taken as the optimization objective function and calculated using the pso algorithm method. In order to obtain a higher compliance rate and computational efficiency, the effects of parameters including the particle number, the number of iterations, and the acceleration factor on the convergence speed and the compliance rate are analyzed and compared, and the load combination that meets the requirements of the compliance rate is finally obtained.

Structure learning is the core of graph model Bayesian Network learning, and the current mainstream single search algorithm has problems such as poor learning effect, fuzzy initial network, and easy falling into local optimum. In this paper, we propose a heuristic learning algorithm HC-pso combining the HC (Hill Climbing) algorithm and pso (Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm, which firstly uses HC algorithm to search for locally optimal network structures, takes these networks as the initial networks, then introduces mutation operator and crossover operator, and uses pso algorithm for global search. Meanwhile, we use the DE (Differential Evolution) strategy to select the mutation operator and crossover operator. Finally, experiments are conducted in four different datasets to calculate BIC (Bayesian Information Criterion) and HD (Hamming Distance), and comparative analysis is made with other algorithms, the structure shows that the HC-pso algorithm is superior in feasibility and accuracy.

In the photovoltaic (PV)-storage microgrid, the instantaneous power of single-phase inverter load contains a double frequency pulsating power component, which leads to the existence of second harmonic current in the input source. Therefore, this paper proposes a harmonic current suppression method based on notch filter and quasi-proportional resonant controller. Under this method, the inductor branch shows high impedance at double frequency and low impedance at non-double frequency. It can effectively suppress the second harmonic current while meeting the dynamic needs. Aiming at the problems of poor dynamic performance and reducing harmonic suppression ability caused by improperly selecting controller parameters, an optimization strategy for suppression parameter group based on particle swarm optimization (pso) is proposed. Since pso has the advantages of high accuracy and fast convergence speed, it is convenient to obtain the optimal suppression parameter group, which takes dynamic quality, steady state and harmonic suppression ability into account. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of proposed method and optimization strategy.

The rural areas of North China Plain, an important grain producer in China, are endowed with abundant new energy resources such as biomass, solar, and wind energy. The revitalization of the rural villages is confronted with the shortage of clean and low carbon energy supply. This work proposes a multi -energy complementary distributed energy system (DES) tailored for daily energy consumption in a typical scattered village on the basis of the field survey results. The geothermal heat pump, photovoltaic system (PV), biomass gasification equipment, and other energy conversion devices are integrated in the DES model. The state grid is used as a fundamental ensuring resource to improve the robustness of the system. The improved particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm is employed to determine the optimal unit capacity configuration by examining investment cost, payback period, system self-sufficiency, accommodation rate, and annual CO2 emissions. The main available renewable energy resources are biomass and solar energy with the annual amount of 1608.9 tons and 1679 kW h/m2. The heat, gas, and electricity load account for 76.84%, 3.14%, and 20.02%, respectively. Based on the daily peak -to -valley price differentials in Beijing of over $0.15/kWh, DES optimization was carried out with pso module in MATLAB software. The cost of the energy supply with DES, Scenario 3, was compared with that of the mere grid and renewable systems, Scenario 1 and Scenario 2. The direct DES cost is $0.52 million with the internal rate of return of 8.46%, resulting in a payback period of 6.15 years. The overall system self-sufficiency index except for grid achieved a value of 0.42. The application of the DES lead to energy costs of residents and annual carbon emission reduction by 32.5% and more than 3800 tons, respectively, compared to grid -only energy consumption, showcasing the feasibility of grid -aided combined heat and electricity production in rural areas.

Robots whose geometric structure does not meet the Pieper criterion are called general robots. For the inverse kinematic operation of general robots, the closed solution method cannot be solved, and the numerical solution calculation amount is too large and the singular position cannot be calculated. To solve this problem, this paper proposes an inverse kinematics calculation method based on improved particle swarm optimization (pso) algorithm and applicable to general robots. In order to avoid the particle update rate not adapting to each stage of the optimization process, a nonlinear dynamic inertia weight adjustment method based on the concept of similarity is introduced, so that the search process is more robust;in addition, to overcome the problem of local optimal solution At the same time, multiple populations are introduced to perform optimization search at the same time, and the immigration operator is proposed to increase the diversity of the particle population in the iteration. This article uses Comau NJ-220 robot for test verification, compared with the original pso and multi-subswarm algorithm, the results show that the proposed improved pso has higher algorithm stability for general robot kinematics inverse solution problems, and can greatly improve the convergence accuracy and speed. We theoretically propose and numerically analyze a small-size Wilkinson power divider (WPD) based on a novel ring-shaped resonator that can create a wide bandwidth in the passband of the power divider. The WPD can attenuate 9 disturbing harmonics while the maximum insertion loss at the working frequency of 2.6GHz is about -3.08 dB. The structure consists of a pair of asymmetric cylindrical-shaped suppressors above and below the main transmission line. The overall dimensions of the structure are 8.5 mm × 11.8 mm, and the input return loss and isolation parameters are -41 dB and -17.3 dB, respectively, in the working frequency. Also, the fundamental frequency can be adjusted by changing the dimensions of the resonators and suppressors. The particle swarm optimization (pso) optimization algorithm has been used to analyze and calculate the inductor and capacitor values of the equivalent LC circuit of the proposed WPD. In the passband (1.4GHz to 3.3GHz) of this power divider, the output return loss and isolation are less than -15 dB and the insertion loss is between -3.08 dB and -3.13 dB, so the fractional bandwidth (FBW) is 73%. The structure is compact and easy to be fabricated and has potential applications in communication devices.

Thermally annealed DC sputtered indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films were investigated for improvement in properties. The structural and optoelectronic characteristics of as-grown and air annealed films were studied and correlated to the film deposition time. Raman spectroscopy analysis showed low crystalline quality films for as-grown films and were significantly improved after annealing. X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed the crystallinity of samples with (222) preferential orientation. The 30-min ITO films showed a peak at (400). The films optical study shows an increased transmittance (in the transparency region) with decreasing deposition time, yielding a high transparency of 90% for the 5-and 15-min ITO films annealed at 400 degrees C. The films thickness and optical constants were determined from optical transmission only without interference fringe using a novel method based on particle swarm optimization (pso) algo-rithm. The absorption coefficient and calculated refractive index decreased with increasing deposition time and their value reduced further after annealing treatment. The 30-min ITO films showed a comparable low resistivity of 4 9 10-3 X cm before and after annealing as determined by Hall effect measurements. This observation confirms their non-sensitivity to the oxygen post-contamination that resulted from (400) orientation. A shift of the absorption edge towards shorter wavelengths accompanied with an increase in the optical bandgap before and after annealing with decreasing thickness were observed. We have demonstrated that the optical parameters such as the optical gap depend mainly on the electrical parameters such as the carrier concentration.

Accurate, efficient, impersonal harvesting models play a very important role in optimizing stand spatial structural and guiding forest harvest practices. However, existing studies mainly focus on the single-objective optimization and evaluation of forest at the stand- or landscape-level, lacking considerations of tree-level neighborhood interactions. Therefore, the study explored the combination of the pso algorithm and neighborhood indices to construct a tree-level multi-objective forest harvest model (MO-pso) covering multi-dimensional spatial characteristics of stands. Taking five natural secondary forest plots and thirty simulated plots as the study area, the MO-pso was used to simulate and evaluate the process of thinning operations. The results showed that the MO-pso model was superior to the basic pso model (pso) and random thinning model Monte Carlo-based (RD-TH), DBH dominance (DOMI), uniform angle (ANGL), and species mingling (MING) were better than those before thinning. The multi-dimensional stand spatial structure index (L-index) increased by 1.0%similar to 11.3%, indicating that the forest planning model (MO-pso) could significantly improve the spatial distribution pattern, increase the tree species mixing, and reduce the degree of stand competition. In addition, under the four thinning intensities of 0% (T1), 15% (T2), 30% (T3), and 45% (T4), L-index increased and T2 was the optimal thinning intensity from the perspective of stand spatial structure overall optimization. The study explored the effect of thinning on forest spatial structure by constructing a multi-objective harvesting model, which can help to make reasonable and scientific forest management decisions under the concept of multi-objective forest management.
