A model complex and algorithms for assessing the technical condition (TC) and reliability of the launch vehicle (LV) "Soyuz-2" with the decision support (DS) for managing its life cycle (LC) is considered in the article. On the basis of the analysis of modern problems and the requirements for the efficiency, quality and reliability of the assessment of the LV and the reliability of LV, it was concluded that it is necessary to use the new intelligent information technology (IIT), presented in the article, when designing the automated monitoring systems of the condition and DS for managing the LC LV "Soyuz-2". As a theoretical basis for this technology, the modification of the generalized computational model (GCM) as a knowledge representation model, allowing to build simulation-analytical model-based complexes for monitoring conditions and managing complex organizational and technical objects (COTO), is considered.

Prediction is a critical component in the achievement of application execution performance. The development of adequate and accurate prediction models is especially difficult in local-area clustered environments where resources are distributed and performance varies due to the presence of other users in the system. This paper discusses the use of stochastic values to parameterize cluster application performance models. Stochastic values represent a range of likely behavior and can be used effectively as model parameters. We describe two representations for stochastic model parameters and demonstrate their effectiveness in predicting the behavior of several applications under different workloads on a contended network of workstations.

The aim of this paper is to present a paralleldistributed version of Viterbi algorithm that combines the advantages of Spark, the big data framework, and hidden Markov models to solve the decoding problem for large scale multidimensional data. The scope of the paper includes a review of hidden Markov models, a study of decoding problem, a presentation of related work, and a discussion of previously proposed implementations. The main part of the paper consists of a description of development and implementation of a paralleldistributed Viterbi algorithm in a cloud computing environment, followed by a description of evaluation experiments of the presented algorithm. The results showed that the proposed algorithm is faster, with high scalability and no deterioration in forecast accuracy is observed.

Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation is a common tool to study the physical movements of atoms and molecules in many research fields. However, it is an extremely time-consuming application which takes researchers weeks or months to run a single simulation when simulation size scales up and computing demands keep growing. In this paper, an improved MD implementation on Sunway TaihuLight supercomputer is developed to solve the above mentioned issues. The new implementation is extended from an existing implementation (i.e., LAMMPS) which widely uses the MD application. Sunway TaihuLight is a heterogeneous supercomputer with a fully customized integration approach and a brand new many-core processor SW26010. The Sunway TaihuLight takes the world's first place with peak performance over 100PFlops. We propose an optimization method of the MD simulation in three steps: paralleled extensions to SW26010, memory-access optimizations, and vectorization. After the optimization process, an 8x speedup is achieved on a single computing node. Superiorly, we also scale up to 95 thousands computing nodes (6 millions cores) with an almost leaner speedup. Besides, the proposed methods can also be applied to many other molecular dynamics codes, or similar applications.
