This paper proposes an improved fuzzy energy management strategy based on particle swarm optimal algorithm for electric vehicle with dual-battery storage system. The proposed method adds optimization criterions on the basis of fuzzy rules to maximize the charge-discharge efficiency and achieve optimal power allocation. Simulation results based on Matlab/Simulink illustrated that the improved fuzzy energy management could increase the charge-discharge efficiency and mileage, effectively reduce power output of the main-battery in the case of the low remaining capacity, and extend the lifetime of the main battery to a certain extent.

The paper proposes a new encoding method inspired from the block chain technology, by which an operation sequence information and the corresponding machine information is integrated in an operation node and links all operation nodes to form an operation list with pointer technology of C++ program language. Accordingly, the paper designs an individual unit ID for every possible cases. Subsequently, it describes the process of searching the optimal solution of FJSP by implementing an improved UKPK-PSO algorithm, which hybridizes a varied PSO algorithm by getting the best information from K informants and the method of keeping the elitists for next generation in iterations. With the improved algorithm we can more efficiently traverse the solution space. After obtained some better solutions with the improved PSO, we continuously search the optimal solutions by tentatively changing the chosen machines of the dominant operations. Finally, it outputs the optimal solution through some limited iterations again. By analyzing the experiment results for the instances, the paper furtherly proves that the whole algorithm is effective for FJSP.

Characteristic information of FBG reflection spectra changes because of the existence of demodulation system error in the actual demodulation. The analysis of spectra for FBG under axial uniform force based on particleswarm optimization is given in this paper. Objective function is established and force experiments and numerical simulation of fiber Bragg grating have been made. The characteristic information of FBG reflection spectra under axial uniform force is extracted and theoretically reconstructed. The results show that, the improved particleswarmalgorithm in fiber grating reflection spectra analysis is feasible. Also, the method has other characteristics such as high accuracy, good stability and fast convergence speed.

To control multi-robot exploring many targets in an unknown environment, the behavior control method should be set up. This paper presents six behavior control rules which contain searching rule along boundary, tracking target rule, avoiding repeatedly exploring rule, route choosing rule, maximizing explored area rule and obeying traffic regulation rule. The traffic regulations presented herein contain two solutions to avoid collision for robots' heading actions or cross actions, which can enhance the probability of robots' collision avoidance. The six behavior control rules are not pure independence, but with some correlations. When we establish the control model of multiple robots, the behavior correlation analysis is considered based on the linear weighted summation evaluation function, to enhance robots collaborative efficiency. The particleswarmoptimal (PSO) algorithm is used to solve the behavior control model. The simulation result shows the behavior control method presented in the paper can effectively control the multiple robots disposing the multiple targets and avoiding collision.
