Rabbit meat has become increasingly popular in China;however, the main available products are still as cut-up parts or whole carcass due to a lack of processing. Currently, rabbit meat products do not fully meet the consumer demand for convenience, thus hindering the further development of the rabbit meat industry. As the biggest rabbit meat producer globally, China has conducted a series of studies on rabbit meat processing and the development of new products. This review presents rabbit breeds, meat importation, exportation, and meat production in China. The development of the rabbit meat industry and research on rabbit meat processing are discussed. The main problems, including a lack of leading enterprises and brand products, insufficient investment and research, and the weakness of fundamental studies on traditional products, are highlighted. Furthermore, current trends of rabbit meat production and processing of being centralized and regionalized, as well as being intelligentized and standardized, are discussed.

The global demand for technically educated persons is greater than the supply. It is believed that interest and school experience can influence career choke. 624 Slovenian high school students participated in the survey. Exploratory and Confirmatory Factorial Analysis procedures were used to investigate the influence of school and out-of-school-related factors on career aspirations. Predictors of career aspirations in (a) engineering and (b) production and processing occupations in the models were: (1) students' opinions on technical topics, (2) the content of school subject Technics and Technology;and (3) related classroom experiences. The results of the models showed that career aspirations were explained by out-of-school generated opinions on technical topics and not by school-related factors. Boys are more enthusiastic than girls in their career aspirations for technically oriented occupations. This calls for a fundamental revision of the school subject and the corresponding teaching.

Honey is a natural, sweet, syrupy fluid collected by bees from nectar of flowers. The pleasant aroma and taste of this viscous liquid ranging in color from pale yellow to dark amber varies according to geographical and seasonal conditions. Its use as a sweetener is well known in different parts of the world. In early history, honey occupied a very important place on religious occasions. The high content of sugars, small amounts of amino acids, lipids, along with some vitamins and minerals imparts its high nutritional value. Honey has good medicinal and antimicrobial properties and is used in different cuisines. Proper processing is essential for a product of good sensory qualities. ISI/Agmark specifications for honey, its adulteration and detection of adulteration are well recorded. The application potential in bakery, confectionery, snack foods, fruit and vegetable products and beverages is ever increasing. A bird's-eye view of these aspects along with possible lines of future research are discussed.

With the rapid development of traditional mechanical technology, the level of automation in the production and processing of products is also increasing to meet the higher requirements for product quality and performance. In order to solve the problems of low machining efficiency and high product failure rate in the existing automated machining system, this study designs an automated cylinder body machining system that combines a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and an industrial computer. The study firstly optimized the machining trajectory of the machine tool in the automatic machining system, and designed a method of controlling the machining trajectory of the CNC machine tool based on PLC and computer technology, and on the basis of which the automatic machining process of the engine cylinder body was designed. The experimental results show that the machining error of the CNC machine tool under PLC control can be controlled within 0.03, and the trajectory control accuracy is between 0.81 and 0.95. In addition, it is found that the longest time taken by the machining system under PLC control is only 1.1 min, which is much lower than other control systems. In conclusion, the automatic production and machining system with PLC control can reach stability faster and the control time is shorter. The automatic machining system designed in this research can effectively improve the machining efficiency of the traditional machining system and provide a new control method for the optimization of automatic machining system.
