In order to solve the problems of manual extrusion with scraper on the granulation network, such as high labor intensity, low production efficiency, bad production environment and low production safety, a set of equipment for automatic granulation of silicon mixture was developed. The main technical requirements, mechanical system design and composition of the equipment are introduced, and the electrical control design is expounded. The results show that the design can realize the automatic granulation of a silicon-based mixture, and the production efficiency is high. The design has been successfully applied to the production of a certain enterprise.

Various aspects of gob analysis and automatic weight control are discussed. To minimize costs and maximize quality, information on gob shape and temperture as well as automatic weight control has become essential. The analysis makes it possible for operating staff to take immediate action to improve gob properties and prevent future problems. The system is based on a line scanning technique, which allows even very long gobs, as well as velocity, to be measured. However, different from, e.g., wireless communications, for which ready-to-use modules are included in several simulation packages, there are no freely available software tools to simulate PLC networks. In particular, software modules which emulate the PLC channel are needed to capture the specifics of PLC in a communication network simulation. This paper proposes a selection combining (SC) scheme for a power line communication (PLC) system with binary phase-shift keying. The main purpose is to utilize multiple of independent and non-interfering channels to send an information-bearing signal and to use SC at the receiver end to improve the reliability of the PLC system. The fading coefficient of each PLC channel is modeled by a log-normal distribution, and to include the effects of both background noise and impulsive noise, the additive noise samples are taken from a Bernoulli-Gaussian process. We obtain a closed-form approximation of the bit error rate and an expression for the outage probability of the proposed scheme. The merit of the L-channel PLC system with SC when compared with a single channel PLC system over different fading and impulsive noise scenarios is demonstrated through numerical results.

In this research we building a color sensor based on image processing to identifying color object then using PLC to sort these products with higher accuracy and automatically running process. In this project we building A small conveyor belt that transfer 4 different color object and using raspberry pi with camera to act as color sensor that transfer input signal to PLC according to PLC software the PLC generating output signal to drive CD drives to eject each object from the belt to color box that belongs to it also displaying the system number of object in same color using HMI for monitoring and control.
