A highly interactive programming system (IOTA) is developed that supports hierarchical and modular program development with abstraction mechanisms. By exploiting abstraction mechanisms, IOTA provides a ''truly modular'' environment, in which modules are constructed, debugged, verified, and compiled in a module-by-module manner. Such an environment requires system management of the information about ongoing program development, in the form of module databases. Consequently, further problems emerge as to how to modify the information efficiently and consistently. The IOTA system consists of 5 major subsystems - Developer, Debugger, Verifier, Prover, and Executor - that are integrated into a highly interactive system over a modulebase that maintains all information needed for each subsystem to work. Design objectives for modular programming are discussed by focusing on such issues as: 1. information management, 2. interactive construction and modification of modules, 3. separate processing, 4. specification and verification, and 5. supports for cooperative program development.

This article introduces in details the structure of Sequential function chart and the function of every element in SFC and the functions of SFC software. We design the graphic SFC editor and all elements in SFC, We also define the built-in ladder and instruction list and the structure of SFC file. Finally in this paper it is shown how to convert the SFC file into (IL) instruction list and how to translate instruction list (IL) into intermediate code, and how to download the intermediate code to PLC and PLC interpretive execution.

Using MATLAB for development tools,we has developed a set of end mills CNC grinding programming system by analysis the end mills grinding craft,research on cutter location trajectory calculation and post-processing technology. Meanwhile, build a five-axis tool grinder grinding simulation processing by VERICUT(a kind of CNC machining simulation software), through the edge grinding simulation, we confirm the cutter location trajectory and the NC code is errorless.

Rich-media describe a broad range of digital interactive media having been increasingly used by the Internet. Moreover, they are of support during education, where the complex rich-media visualization of the educational process becomes a necessity for the transfer of information from teacher to students. EduArt (Education Art) programming system is the new revolutionary software determined for realization of recordings based on the rich-media technologies and their on-line or on-demand publishing. This software product is considered to be the major innovation in this area and it can be operated at any workstation, notebook netbook mobile device, etc with the particular supported operating system. The system significantly surpasses similar commercial solutions mainly in terms of its mobility and simple operation which can be mastered even by common users. Additionally, it does not require any special training or costly hardware. EduArt system was developed in the framework of the MERLINGO (MEdia-rich Repository of LearnING Objects) project activities and it represents the latest innovation trend in the area of rich-media technologies. The MERLINGO project based on the rich-media technologies application in the eLearning environment is aimed at the development of the central repository of rich-media learning objects in the distributed environment containing teachers' presentations accessible within the national academic computer network CESNET2.

With the continuous growth and development of society, the reform of higher education is gradually taking shape, and colleges and universities are taking more and more responsibilities in promoting education. The main element of university management is the student management system, which is very important to the development of the university. Under the objective environment of colleges and universities seeking to expand the scale of running schools and rapid economic and social development, the current student management system has been unable to meet the various needs of contemporary students. The integration of programmable device programming systems offers a student management system distinct advantages in terms of reliability, flexibility, and user-friendly operation. This study focuses on developing an effective and affordable student management system by incorporating a programmable device programming system. To evaluate the system's performance, this paper suggests the utilization of a BP neural network, renowned for its high nonlinear approximation capabilities and effectiveness in handling complex nonlinear functional relationships. The experimental findings highlight a significant contribution, demonstrating that the system achieved a throughput of 180 times per second, with a maximum CPU utilization of 99%. Notably, the system's stability exceeded 95%, contrasting sharply with the traditional student management system's stability at a mere 65%. These results underscore the substantial contribution of the proposed system, showcasing its enhanced stability compared to conventional student management systems.
