Machine Learning focuses on the study of algorithms that are mathematical or statistical in nature in order to extract the required information pattern from the available data. Supervised Machine Learning algorithms are further sub-divided into two types i.e. regression algorithms and classification algorithms. In the present study, four supervised machine learning-based classification models i.e. Decision Trees algorithm, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithm, Support Vector Machines (SVM) algorithm, and Ada Boost algorithm were subjected to the given dataset for the determination of fracture location in dissimilar Friction Stir Welded AA6061-T651 and AA7075-T651 alloy. In the given dataset, rotational speed (RPM), welding speed (mm/min), pin profile, and axial force (kN) were the input parameters while Fracture location is the output parameter. The obtained results showed that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm classified the fracture location with a good accuracy score of 0.889 in comparison to the other algorithms.

Cloud computing has been extending extensively, involving multiple users on the service it provides. Cloud based email is one of services provided by cloud computing with number of users expanding on yearly basis. Cloud computing faces concerning problem of security and privacy mainly based on its working environment. Identity authentication is one reliable method in cloud environment to identify users requesting for cloud services, currently user authentication in cloud computing is based on the credentials possessed by the user mostly username & password. However, this method has vulnerability of being compromised by illegitimate users when users' passwords have been revealed or cracked. The paper proposes a more secure structure, i.e the two-factor authentication which authenticates by requiring the username/password pair also needs a second factor to completely grant access. The second factor is App stored in users' smart devices. Username & password/Apps method will continue to allow users to set up passwords for their accounts, it will make a random compulsory code to be entered through App on smart phone devices hence keep privacy of cloud emails. Testing has been done with help of python program environment. Comparing to recent related proposed schemes, our proposed scheme has advantage of high unbreakable security feature with low implement cost.

In computer science undergraduate programs, the first course often focuses on elementary computer programming. However, students' backgrounds can be diverse, leading to challenges in understanding the course material. We discuss our initial steps to improve elementary programming instruction by using instructional videos. A team of three content creators developed a series of instructional videos, covering forty different programming skills. These videos span various topics, from creating and running basic python programs to understanding and creating functions. To assist elementary programming students, we plan to integrate these videos with PLACEments, an adaptive assessment and remediation system designed to help students bridge knowledge gaps. If a student answers a question incorrectly, a relevant video is provided as support. The three content creators peer reviewed the others' instructional videos according to an educational video assessment framework. These results were also standardized through a z-score to account for any reviewer biases. The initial results from the peer review are promising. However, more information will be collected as the videos are deployed through PLACEments and tested by students currently taking an elementary programming course.

python's naming convention provides suggestions on naming style, but these suggestions are not always clear for beginners who struggle to understand the usefulness of the conventions. In this research, we studied two properties that affect naming, namely, name-length and style. We analyzed python code from five professional project libraries and compared the name statistics with those obtained from student code. Our results show that, compared to students' work, expert developers use longer names (more descriptive) and are more closely compliant with the existing python naming convention. This research provides specific recommendations on the length and style of naming integers, floats, data structures, functions, function arguments and classes for students of python.

Introducing text emotion analysis into e-commerce online comment data can judge the emotional tendency of e-commerce online comments. At the same time, the application of python Jieba participle and LDA topic model enables more detailed understanding of the emotional changes in online comments of e-commerce. Taking product reviews of Midea water heater on *** as an example, the empirical analysis shows that the online product review, by introducing text sentiment analysis, determines the consumer emotion tendency, which can help with the electric business improvement project for merchants to provide accurate marketing, set up new businesses evaluation way, dynamically monitor customer emotional tendency, and timely grasp the emotional trend of E-commerce industry.

The Culturo-Techno-Contextual Approach (CTCA) is a teaching method based on culture, technology, and context to ease difficulties in students' understanding of concepts. python programming as a concept in computer studies is difficult for students to understand at the secondary school level. This study investigates the efficacy of the CTCA in understanding python programming in the Nigerian computer science education curriculum. This study adopts a quantitative approach. Analysis of covariance procedure is applied to the data with pretest scores inserted as the Covariate. The results show that the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group. Thus, our findings reveal a statistically significant difference in academic achievement in python programming of students taught using CTCA and those taught using the lecture method, regardless of gender. The novelty of this study is hinged on the testing of a cultural teaching method in easing the difficulties relative to the study of python programming. This study, therefore, provides empirical evidence for the adoption of the CTCA in computer education.

Malathion is an organophosphorus insecticide and pesticide commonly used in crops and residential applications. The negative effects of Malathion on human health and ecosystems are of great concern. In this work, a mathematical model pivot on Fuzzy Cognitive Map (FCM) is used to analyse the causes and hazardous effects of Malathion to the environmental components (air, water and soil). Based on expert's opinion the possible factors that cause damage to health and ecosystems due to Malathion is identified, which serve as the input to the FCM. The FCM mathematically establishes the causal relation between these factors. The mathematical simulation is done by python programming. This approach can be used to study the interdependencies between the adverse effects of any pesticide in human health and environment due to prolonged exposure.

Vibration analysis using an unconstrained layer damping for surface damping treatment is presented in the paper. The layer made of viscoelstic material is applied over the structure on single side known as an unsymmetrical unconstrained layer damping treatment is discussed along with the same material is glued on two sides of the surface called as symmetrical unconstrained layer damping treatment. In the present investigation, based on UTM and DMA tests, different analytical studies were carried out using shape memory polymers such as polyurethane, silicone, and butyl rubbers as damping materials for symmetrical and unsymmetrical configurations with damping layer thicknesses of 10 mm to evaluate the damping performance of unconstrained layer damped specimens. The feasibility studies of all the selected shape memory polymers revealed that the structure layered with butyl rubber gives better results than others in reducing vibration amplitude when the possibility of rectangular and cylindrical cavities in the layer are considered and discussed. The extensional damped samples were modeled using the modeling software tool, i.e. Solid Works, and modal analysis was carried out on the ANSYS workbench. Finally, the whole structure’s damping is predicted using RKU (Ross-Kerwin-Ungar) analysis, and the optimum values of system’s loss factor are obtained using python programming.
