Based on four-band Infrared flame detector of 4.26 mu m, 2.2 mu m, 3.9 mu m and 4.8 mu m, the flame characteristic information is extracted and analyzed, and a scheme for realizing the specific identification algorithm of four-hand infrared flame detector is proposed. By analyzing and comparing the mathematical relations of the spectral characteristics of the four bands, the identification of the four-band infrared flame is realized by the combination of the threshold method, the mathematical correlation analysis method and the signal average power method. The experimental results show that the recognition algorithm is feasible and reliable, and the accuracy of the infrared flame detector and the ability of adapting to the environment can be improved effectively, and the aim of the high reliability and long-distance detection is realized.

This paper presents a generalization of a recognition algorithm that is able to classify non-deterministic signals generated by a set of Stochastic Processes (SPs), the number of which may be arbitrarily chosen. This generalized recognizer exploits the nondeterministic trajectories generated by the Karhunen-Loeve Transform (KLT) with no additional constraints or explicit limitations, and without the probability density function (pdf) estimation. Several experimentations were performed on SPs generated as solutions of non-linear differential equations with parameters and initial conditions being random variables. The results show a recognition rate which is close to 100%, thus demonstrating the validity of the generalized algorithm.

Spectrum-sensing technology can be used to capture 230 digital radio signals in the spectrum,so that both systems can work steadily on the same spectrum resources. The current communication signal modulation types tend to be diversified and complicated and the signals are more and more dense. Therefore, the perception function of the user is not only to realize the perception of the spectrum signal but also to accurately identify the type of the modulation signal. This paper conducts the research on intelligent information collection of business negotiation based on speech rate change recognition algorithm. The overall impact of speech speed on pitch is that the pitch decreases at a slow speed, which is mainly reflected in the lowering of the lower line of the tonal range, which is a more important factor leading to the expansion of the tonal range. A fast speech rate leads to a narrowing of the tonal range, and a narrow tonal range will inevitably lead to a decrease in the degree of distinction between tones and the convergence of the four tones. With this prior information, the designed model is selected to be the Naive Guassian model to construct the efficient algorithm of the model. The negotiation system is selected to be the testing scenario. Through the testing on the different aspects, the performance is validated.

To solve this problem, a new recognition algorithm with high result reliability is proposed. The core contents of this algorithm are MSCM (multiple-set-compete method) and the algorithm of result reliability. In this paper, MSCM improving the recognition rate with nonideal feature extraction and the algorithm of result reliability are illustrated. A specific recognition case of 16 classes of sounds and the test flow of the specific case are given. The results show that the new recognition algorithm can improve the recognition rate greatly.

The affective computing of music is an essential component of the music artificial intelligence field, especially those regards human-computer interaction technology, as for music mode is a crucial component of musical emotion perceptions. To be more specific, the recognition skill of scales, the music mode material remains manually used today, which endow this research a great practical significance for using the algorithm to recognizing them in high speed. This paper describes how to classify the Chinese traditional scales (CTS) and annotate the emotional colors of the Chinese traditional music (CTM) through algorithmrecognition methods, based on setting up a decision tree. This algorithm-testing database consists of MIDI samples either in CTS or not, while taking three steps to determine it: sample pre-processing, decision tree classification, result verification. The experiment results show the accuracy of this cognition method on samples were non restrict to CTS. Which prove the feasibility of indirectly obtaining emotion colors through the process to identify and classify CTM based on the decision tree.

In order to effectively deal with the major three types of deception jamming of tracking radar, a recognition algorithm is proposed based on Zernike moment feature of time-frequency distribution. In this method, firstly, smoothed pseudo Wigner-Ville (SPWD) distribution of received radar signal under jamming is given, and zernike moments are calculated as the feature which constitute feature vector for signal recognition. Experimental results show that the proposed approach can achieve satisfying recognition. Through compared with other methods have shown that the method is superiority.
