Embedded predictive control strategy based on Internet of Things technology: Application to a thermal process under imperfect wireless network

This article is concerned with the design of wireless-networked control framework based on Internet of Things technology and predictive control strategy to remote control a thermal benchmark system. In order to improve the control performance of systems, an autonomous real-time solution is proposed for handling network problems. The adopted control strategy is divided into two cooperative parts under a master-slave architecture, in which two stm32 microcontrollers are investigated. The slave board is connected closely to the process and the master one is a distant controller. The microcontrollers communicate wirelessly through the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol. In the master board, a model predictive output-estimator-based controller is designed to control wirelessly the benchmark system, even though the incoming outputs from the slave board are lost. However, a buffered structure is implemented on the slave board to compensate the input losses of the arrived control sequences. The performance of the proposed wireless-networked predictive control compensation strategy for packet loss and perturbation handling in the wireless-networked control system in this work is verified through different experimentation conditions. Also, a comparative study with a wireless-networked proportional integral controller is performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of wireless-networked predictive control strategy for practical Internet of Things applications.

This paper designs a novel system, which can collect spatial magnetic field information and perform three-dimensional (3D) imaging operation by combining electromagnetic detection, sensor technology, signal processing, and microcontroller technology. The micro-system consists of Hall voltage sensor, stm32 microcontroller, stepper motor, OLED module, and driving circuits. The experimental results show that the magnetic field detection data obtained by the 3D imaging micro-system are complete and reliable, which can fully reflect the spatial vector distribution of the target magnetic field;the 3D scanning detection operates smoothly, the parameters of which are flexible and changeable;the system has stable and reliable performance and high detection efficiency, which achieves the effective detection of the magnetic field in the target area.

Triggered from the actual needs of many engineering applications, an intelligent totalizer that can measure the temperature, pressure, instantaneous flow and cumulative flow of the measured gas and upload these parameters to the cloud is designed. This integrator uses dual stm32 chips, flow calculation related formula mathematical models and algorithms to complete the measurement and calculation of related parameters of the measured gas. The system hardware principle block diagram and software algorithm flow chart are given, and combined with the system The design plan describes the main functional modules;the inspection results of the relevant departments show that the totalizer has high detection accuracy, stable and reliable operation, and has been gradually applied in the market.

A modular design including stm32F107 microcontroller, data acquisition, liquid crystal display and voice alarm is used to give a set of harmful gas detection voice in the vehicle. alarm system. In the data acquisition, each sensor measures the carbon monoxide concentration, formaldehyde concentration, PM 2.5 and temperature and humidity parameters in the vehicle and displays them on the TFT liquid crystal display in real time. The comparison between the system display value and the measured value shows that the maximum absolute error of the measured value of the system is 0.004 mg/m3. The GM(1,1) model is used to predict the concentration of harmful gases in the vehicle, and the accuracy of the system model is verified by the small error probability and the posterior difference ratio. The results show that the system is stable and reliable, and the cost is low. An accident in which the concentration of harmful gases is too high to endanger the safety of passengers. CO is a kind of colorless and odorless toxic gas, which is a potential threat around people. It is of great significance to do a good job in monitoring CO leakage. We have designed and tested a high precision digital CO monitor based on stm32 single chip microcomputer and embedded system. The sensor module of this monitor consists of TGS5342 CO sensor made by FIGARO and BME280 temperature, humidity and pressure sensor made by BOSCH. The TGS5342 CO sensor has been calibrated at the factory, eliminating the process of calibrating as most monitors used to executed. The monitor is equipped with an OLED display screen, which can display real-time data of CO gas concentration and environmental temperature, humidity and pressure. This monitor makes full use of the rich interface resources of stm32 single chip microcomputer and communicates via CAN bus. As a result, the monitor can not only work independently, but also flexibly organize network online monitoring. Compared with most products in the market, the monitor has the advantages of high precision, low power consumption, long life, small size and strong anti-interference ability, which can he widely used in industrial and civil fields.

A treadmill is widely used at home or health entertainment centers,its safety is *** the body gait is not appropriate or the inclination degree of the body is too large,movement instability may be caused or even be fallen down from a *** paper presents an intelligent electronic control method based on stm32 microcontroller and ultrasonic transducer,which can real-time automatically control the treadmill velocity through detection of the upper body position or the tilt angle of human *** components are mainly stm32 microcontroller,signal detection unit and motor control *** stm32 microcontroller accepts ultrasonic signals of detection unit from input port and digitally processes these signals,and then drives the motor control unit to adjust the operating state and speed of motor through output *** emitting and receiving of signals are realized by using the ultrasonic T/R *** main control method is using multiple ultrasonic transducers to measure the interval time between the emitting signals and receiving signals to detect the distance between the subject's position and treadmill or the tilt angle of the *** collected measurement data are digitally processed by some correlation calculation algorithm,in which some noise and interference signals can be excluded to avoid false *** preliminary test results show that the upper limit of the distance error is less than 8 mm for a 43 kHz ultrasonic wave,and the tilt angular error of human body is approximately 1 to 5 *** the proposed control method and correlation calculation are effective and feasible.
