Based on the characteristics and parallel design research of multi-core and many-core hardware platforms, this paper proposes an adaptive parallel optimization design method for signal processing on multi-core and many-core platforms. By employing a hardware platform architecture-aware approach and a multi-core segmented pipeline design, adaptive parallel optimization is achieved. The method was tested and verified using a two-stage FFT algorithm on the Phytium 2000+ platform. The test results indicate that through multiple iterations of optimization, adaptive high-performance parallel processing on multi-core and many-core platforms can be realized.

In the realm of telemedicine within 5G networks, real-time monitoring and analysis of EEG signals are increasingly vital. Efficient decoding techniques play a crucial role in ensuring accurate data transmission and timely diagnosis. This paper conducts a thorough comparative study of turbo decoding techniques applied in EEG signal processing for telemedicine applications within 5G networks. Various turbo-decoding algorithms are evaluated based on decoding accuracy, computational complexity, and latency. Factors such as channel conditions, SNR, and packet loss rates are considered to assess the suitability of these techniques for handling EEG signals over 5G networks. Extensive simulations and analysis are conducted to provide insights into the trade-offs between different turbo decoding techniques and their impact on EEG signal reconstruction quality. The study yields significant insights into the performance of various turbo decoding techniques in the context of EEG signal processing for telemedicine over 5G networks. By analyzing these factors, the research aims to optimize telemedicine systems utilizing 5G technology, ultimately enhancing the reliability and efficiency of EEG signal processing for medical diagnosis and monitoring applications. The findings suggest potential strategies for reducing Bit Error Rate (BER) and improving overall signal performance for different code rates and turbo decoding techniques, thus benefiting patient care in telemedicine contexts.

Approximation in arithmetic computations is accepted widely in error-resilient image and signal processing applications, in which the computation time is more critical than accuracy. Multipliers are the most common blocks that fall in the critical path limiting the performance and throughput of the system. The introduction of approximation in the multiplier units is considered highly advantageous due to reduced hardware requirements, provided the results are acceptable. In this work, approximate compressors are particularly designed for Radix4 modified booth multiplier using the probabilistic approach to achieve power, area, and performance benefits. Five approximate multiplier design variants were constructed based on the employment of approximate compressors along the columns of the partial product matrix. The proposed designs were synthesized for ASIC implementation and characterized for hardware and error metrics. A maximum improvement of 19.16%, 41.46%, and 51.53% are observed among the approximate multiplier variants compared to the exact version in terms of area, power-delay product (PDP), and area-power-delay product (APDP), respectively. All the proposed multipliers were evaluated for the applications: $\mu-l a w$ algorithm which is a standard companding algorithm used in telecommunication systems, and image segmentation using k-means clustering which is an unsupervised learning algorithm popularly used in computer vision systems.

This paper proposes a new statistical framework to facilitate sign modulation and processing. The proposed framework models every signal as a combination of different distributions and makes use of advanced statistical inference techniques to perceive the parameters of each issue. additionally, the framework takes into account the temporal correlations between person samples of the sign and uses superior gadget gaining knowledge of techniques to lessen interference from noise, allowing for the a hit transmission of alerts over noisy channels. The proposed framework is designed to lessen the computational value of signal processing and for that reason enhance the transmission price of signals. The overall performance of the proposed framework is evaluated through both simulated and actual-world experiments. Consequences show that the proposed framework considerably improves the sign-to-noise ratio of transmitted indicators and also reduces the computational cost of sign processing.

Deep learning has revolutionized signal and image processing by enabling the creation of complex algorithms with many applications. This study examines deep learning signal and image processing optimization and hardware acceleration strategies. Experimentally evaluating stochastic gradient descent (SGD) and Adam optimization algorithms determines their convergence speed and effectiveness. We also examine how GPUs may accelerate model execution and deep learning inference. Our study reveals that deep learning optimization methodologies and platforms provide several practical challenges and trade-offs. Traditional satellite signal processing methods sacrifice the performance of other aspects when optimizing one aspect of the satellite signal processing system. This paper constructed a multi-objective optimization model based on the Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II (NSGA-II) and built a framework based on the improved genetic algorithm. By comparing with the LSM (Least Mean Squares) algorithm, the NSGA-II algorithm has the shortest average processing time of 28.99ms and the minimum error rate of 1.27%, which is better than the LSM algorithm. The research results show that this method can improve the performance of the satellite signal processing system.

Insulators play a vital role in the power system, and their safety and reliability are crucial for power transmission. However, the insulator ultrasonic detection echo signal contains a lot of noise, and a joint denoising method based on signal averaging, CCEMDAN and adaptive wavelet threshold is proposed to solve this problem. In this method, firstly, the preprocessing of the echo signal is used to mean the signal average, the noise is denoised and decomposed by CCEMDAN, the high-frequency components are denoised by the adaptive wavelet threshold, and finally the denoised signal is obtained through signal reconstruction. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a good denoising effect, effectively retains the real information in the echo signal, improves the signal-to-noise ratio of the ultrasonic echo signal, and reduces the mean square error of the echo signal.

In this we are going to a make security system that will help in counting the people available in a building or an area which is having an entrance gate in which whenever a people goes inside the building through the entrance gate it will show the count that certain count of people are inside the building and that some amount of people are going outside of building after 24 hours it will give an update about current amount of people staying inside the building till the night. In this we are using image processing using cvat software for datasets and using haar cascades algorithm for people detection and using signal processing it will give update on count of people.
