There are a large variety of kinds of mobile wireless networks, Wi-Fi, based on the IEEE 802.11 standard, is a wireless local area network, mainly used in offices and campus at universities, meeting rooms, halls in hotels or in airports. For such limited coverage area, IEEE 802.11 standard may be observed as building-oriented environment, which potentially offers a chance to let quantum key distribution (QKD) play a role in the security of wireless communications. In fact, secured data transmission is one of the prime aspects of wireless networks as they are much more vulnerable to security attacks. In this paper, we explore the possibility of using an agent-oriented Quanturn Key Distribution for authentication and data encryption for IEEE 802.11 standard based on our previous research. It will focus on some basic concept that how QKD merges the wireless communication, in particular the IEEE 802.11 standard. The software implementation of the first two phases of QKD, namely (a) raw key extraction and (b) error estimation, will be carefully investigated in this paper. A Wi-Fi based concept has been extended to the implement the communication between two users in C++ language in this paper.

This paper puts forward a control model that is made up of the series robot, the parallel moving platform and the polishing tool system and so on. In order to realize the communication between the two robots in the robot system, a wireless LAN access point for establishing wireless LAN of two robots communication is first provided. In the end, the mutual communication can be accomplished by two robots and the robot position and status information can be transported with programming of the win socket. The satisfied polishing effect on the curved surfaces can be obtained and the demand of the polishing can be achieved.

Envisaging the tools required for effective management of the future grid, Phasor Measurement Units (PMU) are being installed throughout the Indian power grid in large scale. With large scale renewable energy integration happening throughout the grid, monitoring of grid dynamics is of paramount importance. Various on-line and offline applications are being developed to utilize these high resolution time stamped PMU data. These applications will provide better situational awareness and help the system operators to mange and take decisions with much better confidence. The paper describes the formulation and implementation of Real Time Linear State Estimator which gets the real time PMU data on a moving-window basis and gives best possible estimates of the states. This paper also discusses the issues faced at Southern Regional Load Despatch Centre (SRLDC) in running custom applications that require continuous data from PMUs and it explains how a socket program was used to obtain continuous data stream in a format that can be readily used by real time network applications.

the aim of the project is to make an application which helps people to communicate on a locally developed insecure communication protocols like, college libraries, small scale industries etc. While providing security for such communication protocols. This is achieved by using one of the most popular RSA encryption technique with key size selection for users. A database is also made for storing the users as well as the passwords of said users. The message is send from one computer to the other using socket programming and sever client model. This application is made on java platform for easy portability on any system. This developed utility can easily configure and install on any developed communication protocol for privacy as well as security.

There have been several attempts already made to control an industrial robot using hand gestures. The current work proposes a different methodology for controlling an industrial robot. Instead of having an external arrangement of controllers, the Robot-Studio software which is compatible and intended for ABB robots, is maneuvered to achieve gesture control of robot by connecting it with python programming software. Here, a Python programming software with an OpenCV library is used to acquire coordinates of the hand gesture recognized with the help of Cascade Classifier technique. We have implemented socket programming between RobotStudio software and Python software for transmitting those coordinates to the robot and thus accomplish a real time interface between them.

In automotive system design, the estimation of the distance is a crucial task, with respect to the autonomous vehicle perception module. The range sensors like LiDAR, RADAR, Ultrasonic sensors, etc. have widely been used for range estimation applications such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure and warning, blind spot estimation etc. The vision- based sensors such as stereo camera, monocular cameras, etc. can also be used for effective estimation of the obstacle distances. As the camera data/frames contains more spatial information compared to a RADAR or ultrasonic sensor, the system could possess a higher understanding of the surroundings. This paper contains an innovative method for distance estimation based semantic information of an obstacle using ZED stereo vision camera. The proposed method is validated using ZED stereo vision camera with Raspberry Pi controller through socket programming. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper presents a remote network database system based on image-visual communication technology. Access to remote databases is realized based on network programming core Windows sockets and client/server mode. SQL ***, the ActiveX Data Object (ADONET) data provider, implements the connection between the server and the database server. The server translates the client's instructions into SQL Server statements and sends the returned results to the database server. ADONET can easily maintain and modify the system, which improves the scalability and interoperability of the system. The system can be used in the enterprise network database system. © 2023 IEEE.

The novel approach to implement server based on ***, on Raspberry pi to control a robot vehicle for defense purpose. The use of this server technology helps to improve the efficiency of available processing power to do multiple tasks. This, coupled with *** can implement near real time communication between user and the robot. Therefore, the use of this technology helps us to reduce the investment and efforts for designing the custom-built version of processor, as same results can be achieved on available hardware in market at low costs. The robot's striking feature being the 1-degree precision, gun aim control in x-y plane demonstrated using low power LASER. Even the vehicle also has image processing capability demonstrated on a smaller scale. The vehicle also has a dedicated website for handling its movement. This further reduces the cost as it helps to schedule work on less powerful processor.

In the 863 project"A Research on Key Technologies of Environmental Monitoring Platform in Far-reaching Sea based on Sensor Network",a problem about the increase of development cycle and experimental cost is faced when the acoustic communication nodes based on SOPC(System On a Programmable Chip) technologies update their hardware configuration and software program frequently in the event of lake or ocean experiment.A wireless and high-speed IAP(In Application programming) technology of configuration and downloading based on WLAN(Wireless Local Area Network) of WiFi(Wireless Fidelity) is introduced in this paper,which has solved the problem that the nodes have to be salvaged from underwater,disassembled of sealed enclosure and updated from a PC or a laptop,shortened the development cycle effectively, and facilitated the study of acoustic communication algorithms *** wireless communication based IAP technology has applicability and generality for the study and development of network products based on the SOPC *** the promotion and usage of SOPC technology in industry,agriculture,military,scientific and technological fields,this IAP technology has broad application prospects.
