There are lots of old pictures in black-and-white and grayscale. When a grayscale image is painted, it can show the clarity of the past image. Many methods were proposed to perform a color transformation on greyscale images. Some include using manual methods and chemicals to more modern ones using graphic design software. However, all of these methods require special skills and a long time. We need a system that can automatically perform color transformations on gray images. The system developed in this study uses the Self-attention and Spectral Normalization GAN (SSN-GAN) algorithm, which automatically transforms grayscale images. This method was chosen because it can solve various image-to-image translation problems. This method produces a better initial score and a more stable training process. Self-attention is used to increase the initial score of the image generated by the GAN. The addition of spectral normalization makes the training process on the GAN run more stable. At the same time, by increasing the learning rate on the generator and discriminator, the model can produce a better image. In this study, researchers used two loss functions, namely, using SSIM Loss and without SSIM Loss. The highest accuracy value in the test with an epoch value of 50 and using SSIM loss, the accuracy value obtained is 59.9

As nowadays people are attracted by technology in all domains and fields of activity, museums are in danger of gradually losing their visitors, unless they find ways to attract younger people with new technologies and new ways of presenting their heritage. One of the most appealing solutions is the employment of robot guides to complement or replace a human guide. This would increase the novelty factor of a museum along with mitigating the problem of lack of personnel or experience. Considering the actual state of guided tours made by museum staff, a robot that guides visitors would be of a real interest and would offer experienced assistance any time. The robot proposed and implemented in this paper is catered to visitors or groups of visitors that want to participate in a guided tour where they could get streamlined information about presented works of art.

In this paper, set of rules related to sorting represents how the detail in an array are taken care of and this envision allows the human mind to recognize the unique sorting algorithms in preference to going through the lengthy codes. This is a computer software; therefore, individual can effectively use it and research the sorting set of rules and examine the principles on every situation. The modern-day software is applied for illustration of array factors, sorting of factors and controlling the velocity of sorting the factors along with the dimensions of array.

Durian belongs to the genus Durio and a native fruit in tropical countries in the regions of Southeast Asia such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Durian can be easily recognized by its spiky husk and pungent aroma. There are plenty of varieties of Durian which are hard to differentiate by someone who is even an expert of the said fruit. This study is conducted to utilize Raspberry Pi. It will be used to implement image processing algorithms and to create a portable device to identify the fruit’s variety. Image Processing has been used in today’s modern technology like in medicine, media, or the like, and devices are portable for accessibility. The researcher has considered the usefulness of this study and to further understand and acquire useful information of the portable device that will be created to identify Durian variants. Due to the multiple numbers of Durian varieties, the researcher has to determine 6 variants. As the study focused on the unknown variant, the researcher will use a guide on the datasets that will be needed for the training and testing phase of the software. The whole device would then be inspected and would document the accuracy of each variant. The data that the researcher will need to determine the quality and the accuracy of the software, further training and more testing will be needed to get the required acceptable accuracy percentage.

This paper developed a modernized image compression algorithm based on the wavelet transform, which is implemented in the MATLAB Simulink development environment for use in modern microcontrollers and minicomputers. The block diagram of the encoder and decoder is shown. The results of the development of the encoding and decoding device based on the Raspberry PI 3 Model B microcontroller are presented. The comparison of the performance indicators of the algorithm with the IPEG2000 and MPEG4 encoders is made. The metrics of the signal-to-noise ratio were used as quality indicators, and also were used the signal-to-noise ratio at the edges of objects in the scene and the size of the compressed image. Comparison is made for ultra-high definition images and for video sequences. The comparison results are given for three bit rates, namely 150, 200 and 220 Mbps. When using the proposed compression method, the file size on disk is 18 times smaller than that of JPEG2000.

The accuracy of medical diagnosis depends on the accuracy of image recognition, so the details of the preprocessing of medical images are more stringent, especially the edges of images that contain a lot of information need to be enhanced. Therefore, this article chooses to combine various enhancement methods in the spatial domain and apply python software to medical image enhancement. The experimental results show that the algorithm not only effectively retains the texture and details in the medical image, but also enhances the contour and edge of the medical image, so that some details that cannot be observed by the naked eye appear. At the same time, the use of python makes the whole algorithm more realized. Fast and more conducive to medical staff to observe the focus of the medical image.

Recent years have witnessed that, the Coronary pollution is remaining as the main source for the global loss of human lifestyle. The location of human resources require an immense certificate, which is generally used to deal with the knowledge obtained on particular procedures. Management and retrieval is highly considered as one of the commonly employed primary strategies. This strategy forecasts the cardiovascular diseases with an increased potential. The incorporated datasets are grouped in an extended way as a restore parameter, probably it is even used to purchase the statistics that is prepared to locate the results. In the python program, the use of a machine learning procedure to remain as a certain decision tree algorithm, and the random backwood algorithm is processed in this aspect. The most recent consequences in terms of the detection accuracy of coronary heart infection are seen by SVM (The Vector Support Device). Henceforth, the suggested structure is strongly used for detecting the coronary heart disease in advance. In comparison to the software application unit, the planned hardware requires the affected characteristics in early stages to wait for coronary heart disease [2] [9]. Moreover, the proposed technique will be particularly useful for villages with no medical services.

The development of information technology has provided opportunities for the application of Ultra High Definition (UHD) video, but the security problems such as privacy leakage cannot be ignored. Video selective encryption algorithm is an efficient and effective way to protect the privacy of users. However, the previous studies on the performance evaluation of video selective encryption scheme are insufficient. PSNR and SSIM, which are commonly used to evaluate the image quality, cannot fully reflect the encryption effect of selective encryption algorithm, which makes it difficult to evaluate and compare the security protection ability of selective encryption scheme for video content. To build an accurate security evaluation scheme of video selective encryption algorithm needs to rely on a large number of encrypted video data, but the existing datasets have the problems of small number of videos, single video resolution and selective encryption method, and the subjective experiment scheme is lack of scientific. In order to solve this problem, this paper selects a variety of resolutions and common scene video sequences, and uses different selective encryption schemes to encrypt them, so as to build a dataset for selective encryption. The method of double-blind subjective experiment provides a real and accurate subjective score for the perception security and visual quality of the video in the dataset. The subjective score shows that the dataset covers the encryption sequence of each security level, which can provide an effective reference for the follow-up research on video selective encryption and perceptual security index.

Self-driving technology is expected to revolutionize different sectors and is seen as the natural evolution of road vehicles. In the last years, real-world validation of designed and virtually tested solutions is growing in importance since simulated environments will never fully replicate all the aspects that can affect results in the real world. To this end, this paper presents our prototype platform for experimental research on connected and autonomous driving projects. In detail, the paper presents the overall architecture of the vehicle focusing both on mechanical aspects related to remote actuation and sensors set-up and software aspects by means of a comprehensive description of the main algorithms required for autonomous driving as ego-localization, environment perception, motion planning, and actuation. Finally, experimental tests conducted in an urban-like environment are reported to validate and assess the performances of the overall system.

The new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has spread worldwide since 2019, causing a global pandemic. As a result, the volumes of various types of collections and sets of COVID-19 data are growing exponentially. Analytical processing of which requires significant computational resources and efforts. This, in turn, leads to the accumulation of large data sets, methods and algorithms for their processing, software and tools that require appropriate organization and classification. This paper highlights the subject area of analytical processing of COVID-19 data and highlights its main essence. The online resources of COVID-19 data in open access are considered and their integral characteristics are given. The peculiarities of conveyor processing, which uses innovative tools and methods, algorithms and processes, to extract and obtain new collections of information and knowledge from large and transient sets of COVID-19 data are analyzed. Comprehensive and multifactor analysis of the currently collected COVID-19 datasets is a promising approach for the formation of a direct and comprehensive understanding of the processes of infection, the course of the disease and post-treatment observation of patients. Features of COVID-19 data generation and analytical processing are described.
