This article is devoted to the issue of choosing the optimal shop, where it is possible to buy a product specified by the user. In this paper, we introduces a tourism route recommendation software based on the user's historical choices and his preference. The tourism information has been collected from web search based on Location Based Services(LBS). The software can offer tourism route recommendation based on both the location information from the web and the user's preference which determined the weight of tourism addresses. A refined weighted route calculation algorithm is proposed to help user finding a his/her most attractive tourism route. The software employs the map API to calculate the recommendation route and then show on the map. The whole system is designed and implemented on Android system to achieve better user experience. Leancloud database is employed by our system as a cloud storage database. Experiments show that, users can find their ideal route on the software's recommendation.

For large-scale and highly mobile unmanned aerial vehicular networks(UAVNets), routes planning plays an important role in energy-efficient data transmission. Based on quantum annealing, we propose a routes planning algorithm to minimize the energy consumption. The simulation results by using the path integration Monte Carlo method show that in the same times of iteration, the quantum annealing algorithm can obtain better results than the simulated annealing algorithm, and the success rates are also greatly improved. Compared with the simulated annealing algorithm, the average energy consumption of the proposed algorithm is reduced by about 21%, and the reliability of the routes programming results is relatively higher according to the simulation results. Quantum annealing-based algorithm can also be used in other combinatorial optimization problem in information network.

This paper analyzes the calculation principles of Poisson Kriging, and then the Poisson Kriging is solved by matrix method and surrogate model method respectively. Based on the virtual radiation field data calculated by the superMC software, the radiation fields constructed by the two methods are compared. Then the difference is analyzed and explained through its covariance function model and correlation coefficient model. The main difference between the two methods is the smoothness of the radiation field and the relationship between the results and the sample. Through error calculation, it is shown that the surrogate model solution method is generally better than the matrix solution method.

This paper was reviewed in the domain of Power Quality issues to manage, investigate and find out research gap for development of control strategy.

The dynamics of a large variety of systems such as micro-grids and parallel hybrid cars can be described using finite state machines. The optimal control of these systems leads to mixed-integer non-linear programming (MINLP) problems. This class of problems typically belongs to the non-deterministic polynomial-time hard problems since they combine both the computational intensity of solving problems with discrete variables and the complexity of solving nonlinear functions. In the last decade, different techniques are developed to reach a global optimal solution for convex MINLP problems, such as branch & bound, outer approximation or the generalized benders decomposition algorithm. These techniques often have difficulties in efficiently handling the constraints of state machines. These constraints include the minimum time to stay within a state or the minimum cycle time before the same state can be reached again. In order to tackle these issues, the paper proposes a new technique that exploits the properties of a state machine within the branch & bound tree to reduce execution time. This reduction is achieved by separately solving the state machine variables and relaxing the switches between states using sigmoid functions. As a result, the technique reduces the number of explored nodes in the branch & bound tree significantly. The algorithm can be used in an online optimization strategy when employing a model predictive control framework that preserves added constraints from a previous iteration in the next iteration. A numerical simulation demonstrates the computational efficiency of this algorithm.

Deep learning (DL) continues to develop at a rapid pace with improvements coming from both hardware and software sides. In this work we evaluate the strides made over the last 2 years, during which a new generation of GPU accelerators has been introduced and significant algorithmic progress has been made. We find a dramatic improvement in runtime and power usage for a standard AI training workload. Specifically, a 4x improvement in runtime and energy consumption is demonstrated. The improvements are about equally split between hardware and algorithms. Additionally, we examine further ways to improve AI training power consumption on data center servers and identity 3 system level tunings that make most difference. These yield up to 20% more energy savings without any changes to the user code. Implications for the field and ways to make DL more energy-efficient going forward are also discussed. (Abstract)

Quantum computing is certainly one of the greatest advances in the computer science field. Thanks to the parallelism and entanglement properties, it has proved to offer several advantages compared to the classical algorithms especially in the great reduction of the processing time. Quantum phase estimation (QPE) is one of the most important algorithms for quantum computing. It is known as the eigenvalue finding module for unitary operators. The Fourier transform is the key to this procedure. It has been researched and used to solve many problems such as the order finding problem, and the factoring problem. It was also applied for quantum sampling algorithms and the calculation of the eigenvalues of unitary matrices. In this paper, we study three important quantum algorithms for machine learning that use the QPE algorithm as a subroutine: the quantum principal components analysis (PCA) for data visualization, the Harrow-Hassidim-Lloyd (HHL) algorithm for solving linear systems, and the quantum singular value thresholding (SVT) for matrix completion in recommender systems. We also discuss the advantages and limits of such algorithms compared to their classical versions. Then we discuss potential ways of amelioration of such algorithms, and end with a proposed approach for further improvement.

At present, in the field of radar emitter classification, theoretical simulation is mostly used to carry out algorithm research. However, there are few schemes to study signal classification in real electromagnetic environment using actual hardware. Therefore, this paper proposes a radar emitter classification scheme based on HackRF software Defined Radio (SDR) and deep learning to solve the problem of weak engineering practice. Firstly, the GNU Radio development environment is used to realize the integration design of real space signal transceiver and time-frequency analysis algorithm application on HackRF hardware platform. Then, a classification model with 11 layers network is constructed to automatically extract the deep features of intra-pulse signal time-frequency image. Finally, the classification performance of eight kinds of signals in real electromagnetic environment is tested. The total recognition accuracy of this scheme is more than 83% under 6dB low Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR), which proves the effectiveness of the scheme, and provides an important basis for practical engineering application in the future.
