We have integrated an image processing system built around PADDI-2, a custom 48 node MIMD parallel DSP. The system includes image processing algorithms, a graphical SFG tool, a simulator, routing tools, compilers, hardware configuration and debugging tools, application development libraries, and software implementations for hardware verification. The system board, connected to a SPARCstation via a custom Sbus controller, contains 384 processors in 8 VLSI chips. The software environment supports a multiprocessor system under development (VGI-1). The software tools and libraries are modular, with implementation dependencies isolated in layered encapsulations.

Hardware/software codesign can be defined as the unification of separate hardware and software paths towards the development of a system as a whole. One of the prominent aspects of a codesign process is C to VHDL translation. This paper describes a procedure to design a translator from C to VHDL using transformation algorithms, which facilitate the process of C to VHDL translation. In particular, we examine the transformation algorithms involved in the process of C to VHDL translation.

In trying to build humanoid robots that perform useful tasks in a world built for humans, we address the problem of autonomous locomotion. Humanoid robot planning and control algorithms for walking over rough terrain are becoming increasingly capable. At the same time, commercially available depth cameras have been getting more accurate and GPU computing has become a primary tool in AI research. In this paper, we present a newly constructed behavior control system for achieving fast, autonomous, bipedal walking, without pauses or deliberation. We achieve this using a recently published rapidly updating planar regions perception algorithm, a height map based body path planner, an A* footstep planner, and a momentum-based walking controller. We put these elements together to form a behavior control system supported by modern software development practices and simulation tools.

Safety and liveness are fundamental to many system verification paradigms. In contrast to existing approaches for extending safety and liveness properties of fuzzy systems, we first utilize ultrametric to measure the similarity of valuations, traces and properties in a fuzzy Kripke structure (FKS). A distance threshold $\alpha$ is introduced, which is used to define two quantitative extensions of safety and liveness properties, called $\alpha$-safety and $\alpha$-liveness properties. In addition, we provide characterizations of $\alpha$-safety and $\alpha$-liveness properties in terms of Büchi automata. These results will provide the foundation for the verification of fuzzy systems.

Spectral subtraction is widely used in the research of speech enhancement because of its small calculation amount and fast processing speed. However, traditional spectral subtraction has a large amount of residual music noise in the process of speech noise reduction. In order to solve this problem, a speech enhancement algorithm based on improved spectral subtraction and improved threshold wavelet transform is proposed. The method first uses spectral subtraction to denoise the noisy speech signal, and then the processed signal is subjected to wavelet transform perform voice enhancement. By using MATLAB software to simulate the system, the experimental results show that compared with the traditional spectrum subtraction method, the improved method can effectively suppress the music noise generated by the single spectrum subtraction method, improve the output signal-to-noise ratio and recognizability of the speech signal, and enhance the speech The effect is remarkable.

In recent years, mobile software has been rapidly developing. The key requirement of mobile software is to ensure optimum power throughout its run. Unlike testing other software properties, energy testing is usually done on real devices to check actual energy consumption. As such, testers need to have optimal test data to save time and effort in testing. In this paper, we propose an approach to automatically generating test data in mobile software testing, concentrate on energy properties. The approach, firstly, builds CFGs (Control Flow Graph) from the source code of the application. We then propose algorithms to select testable paths from CFG such that the mobile applications consume more energy. Finally, test data are generated from the testable paths.

With the continuous development and expansion of power supply systems, improving the performance of power supply has become an important challenge. This paper proposes a power supply performance optimization model based on deep learning to improve the efficiency and reliability of power supply systems. First, we use convolutional neural networks (CNN) and image processing (DP) to train and model the data. Then, by learning patterns and trends in the data, we are able to predict future supply needs and optimize scheduling and operational strategies for the power supply system. In addition, we have improved a graph roll algorithm (NDP) for the effect and improvement space of the power supply system through CNN and DP. Through experiments and analysis, we verify the validity and feasibility of the model. The results show that the power supply performance optimization model based on deep learning can significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of the power supply system, and reduce energy waste and cost. This study provides a new idea and method for the optimization and improvement of power supply system, which is of great significance for the realization of sustainable development, energy saving and emission reduction.

In recent years, with the explosion of the number of Internet news, people pay more and more attention to how to classify the mass of news. Therefore, this paper studies the mass news classification algorithm based on Spark, aiming at the problem of how to classify mass news data quickly and efficiently. In this paper, a large amount of news text is segmented based on Jieba segmentation tool, and several versions of stop words list are combined to remove stop words. Secondly, on the basis of traditional convolutional neural network, this paper proposes a news classification algorithm based on the combination of pre-trained Word2vec and improved CNN. In addition, the classification algorithm proposed in this paper is parallelized based on Spark, which improves the speed of mass news classification. In this paper, the standard data sets are used to compare and experiment the proposed news classification algorithm. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional algorithm, the news classification optimization algorithm designed in this paper has obvious improvement in multiple evaluation indexes such as accuracy, recall and F1. In addition, after parallel design of the algorithm proposed in this paper based on Spark, compared with the serial algorithm, the speed improvement effect is also more significant.

A demonstration is presented of how to represent the objective function of the memory repair problem as a neural network energy function, and how to utilize the neural net's convergence property to find near-optimal solutions. Two algorithms have been developed using a neural network, and their performance is compared with the 'repair most' algorithm that is used commercially. For randomly generated defect patterns, the proposed algorithm with a hill-climbing capability has been found to be successful in repairing memory arrays in 98% of the cases, as opposed to the repair most algorithm's 20% of cases.< >

Assembly sequence planning and its simulation are critical components in modern manufacturing. With the increase in the number of product components, the number of assembly sequences grows exponentially, presenting characteristics such as strong discreteness, large search spaces, and small feasible domains. The existing assembly sequence planning methods based on heuristic algorithms, such as particle swarms and genetic algorithms, are afflicted with shortcomings, including low solving efficiency and a proclivity to fall into local optimization during the solving process. To address these issues, this paper proposes a topology-ordered assembly sequence planning algorithm based on a greedy strategy. The algorithm employs a comprehensive evaluation index that considers both the part-level and the product-level in order to optimize the topological sorting process. It ensure that the output sequence are more compatible with the actual process. Additionally, a simulation system integrating interference checking, assembly sequence and path planning functions has been developed on the basis of the in-house Inte 3D software. The objective is to provide a set of intelligent assembly sequence planning tools for the manufacturing industry, with the aim of effectively shortening the product development cycle.
