The purpose of software system anomaly detection is to detect the system operation data that does not meet the expected behavior. In order to improve the accuracy of software system anomaly detection, a software system anomaly detection method based on machine learning is proposed, which can effectively diagnose software system anomaly, detect intrusion and fraud, and process data. Constructing a new information retrieval framework for anomaly detection, and the anomaly detection model of software system is optimized. According to the principle of machine learning algorithm, the agile perception algorithm of software system anomaly is improved, and the anomaly characteristics of software system are classified to realize accurate detection of software system.

In modern software engineering, developers have to work with constantly evolving, interconnected software systems. Understanding how and why these systems and their dependencies between each other change is therefore an essential step in improving or maintaining them. For this, it is important to know what changed and how these changes influence the system. Most currently used tools that help developers to understand source code changes either use the textual representation of source code, allowing for a coarse-grained overview, or use the AST (abstract syntax tree) representation of source code to extract more fine-grained changes. We plan to improve the accuracy and classification of the extracted source code changes and to extend them by analysing the fine-grained changes of source code dependencies. We also propose a dynamical analysis of the impact of the previously extracted changes on performance metrics. This helps to understand what changes caused a certain change in program behaviour. We plan to use and combine this information to generate accurate and detailed change overviews that bridge the gap between existing coarse-grained solutions and the raw changes contained in the code, aiming to reduce the developers' time spent reading changed code and help them to quickly understand the changes between two versions of source code.

In this paper we design DCMA, a novel multicast membership management scheme for data center networks. Unlike traditional protocols like IGMP/MLD, DCMA leverages the characteristics of data center multicast application and the emerging software defined networking (SDN) technique to manage multicast members in an easier and better way. Multicast application master delivers the membership to the SDN controller, and the SDN controller assigns the group addresses in a coordinated way to minimize the forwarding table size in switches. In particular, by formulating the multicast group address allocation problem and capturing the relationship among forwarding entries in different switches, we design both a batch algorithm and an incremental algorithm to allocate the multicast group addresses. Evaluations based on real-world traces show that, DCMA can save almost half multicast forwarding entries in switches compared with random multicast address allocation.

software defect prediction is a practical approach to improve the quality and efficiency of time and costs for software testing by focusing on defect modules. The dataset of software defect prediction naturally has a class imbalance problem with very few defective modules compared to non-defective modules. This situation has a negative impact on the Neural Network, which can lead to overfitting and poor accuracy. Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) is one of the popular techniques that can solve the problem of class imbalance. However, Neural Network and SMOTE both have hyperparameters which must be determined by the user before the modelling process. In this study, we applied the Neural Networks Based SMOTE, a combination of Neural Network and SMOTE with each hyperparameter of SMOTE and Neural Network that are optimized using random search to solve the class imbalance problem in the six NASA datasets. The results use a 5*5 cross-validation show that increases Bal by 25.48% and Recall by 45.99% compared to the original Neural Network. We also compare the performance of Neural Network-based SMOTE with “Traditional” Machine Learning-based SMOTE. The Neural Network-based SMOTE takes first place in the average rank.

Message propagation algorithms are widely used in approximate inference e.g. Cyber-Social Data Processing and Intelligence Mining. Especially, these algorithms enable hard region become narrower and thus they are very effective in solving satisfiability problems. Warning Propagation algorithm is one kind of basic message propagation algorithms. Based on this Warning Propagation algorithm, we designed a WPY algorithm to solve the MAX-3-SAT problem. We obtained a set of stable warning information, and the value of the partial variable is decided by using the stable set with high probability. Finally, the experiment results show that the WPY algorithm can effectively solve the random MAX-3-SAT instances.

The key point of this article narrates the balanced three-phase fault occurs on a bus in power system that is been calculated from impedance matrix using MATLAB application software. Its purpose is to solve the problem of changing buses voltage and lines current. During the calculation, the impedance value of each device is only taken from the positive sequence impedance value. This paper is divided two parts - one for handwriting and other for computer program algorithm to narrate, the latter purpose is to facilitate the accuracy and effectiveness up so that avoid clerical errors caused by complicated steps of handwriting, it was been verified from practical cases. The manuscript algorithm and the execute steps of the computer program are simultaneously describe it in order to see the pros or cons. For clearly explain what these steps of calculation, these calculation steps of program were been shown on the bottom of paper. In order to promote interesting learning and shorten the time of calculation and design, this method has become a convenient and effective tool for the calculation of balanced failure in the field of power system.

Based on of a three-dimensional mathematical model of non-isothermal heat-and-mass transfer in capillary-porous materials, taking into account the anisotropy of thermophysical properties, software was developed to perform a finite element analysis of moisture transfer using the CUDA technology. The program database is divided into two parts. One part is located on the local device where the program is installed, and the other one - on the Azure server. This solution made it possible to use the software with the CUDA parallelization from Azure Cloud add-ons or from the local device where the program is located. The use of parallelization technologies using the cuBLAS library made it possible to transfer all large-scale matrix computations to the graphics processor, which reduced resource consumption with increasing triangulation grid density.

software defect is an important indicator to evaluate software product quality. To reduce the defects of software products and to improve the quality of software is always the goal of software development. This paper combines the simulated annealing (SA) algorithm and JCUDA technology to improve the BP algorithm, to build an improved software defect prediction model with higher prediction accuracy. The experimental results show that the software defect prediction model based on improved BP algorithm is able to accurately predict the software defects, which is better than the traditional BP algorithm.

The paper dwells on the development of a distributed algorithm of the control software for a robotic laser welding complex. The authors compute an algorithm to process the integrated control software containing instructions for controlling all devices in a robotic complex. The article brings out the structure and the hardware included in the software, reports on individual requirements for programming and controlling of each device. The authors observe the structure of the software that controls the operation of the robotic complex and outline the capacities used for coordination of all devices. The authors design the structure of the control software for a definite item welding, elements of analysis algorithm, and the control software processing produced with various devices within the complex. The authors provide the interchangement of the condition and synchronisation signals of algorithm element performance.
