The Equivalent The venin model is establish to describe the external performance of ternary lithium ion battery base on Hybrid Pulse Power Characteristic experiment by identifying and verifying model parameters. The state of charge estimation model is built in SIMULINK using Extended Kalman Filter algorithm and system function of MATLAB. The Simulation results under the working conditions of the experimental data shows that, the maximum error of the The venin model is 0.08V and its average error is 0.04V. Based on the The venin model, the state of charge estimation result shows a better performance in accuracy and robustness compare with traditional coulomb counting method. The maximum error is less than 0.01 and the average error is 0.008 which shows the systematic process and the correctness of the estimation method in this paper.

We propose an indirect stiffness estimation method of flexible joint based on system function approximation in this paper. At first, an alternative system function is constructed. Then a system function estimation method based on saturation function is introduced to estimate its output. Taking the estimated system function as prior model, the least square method is finally introduced to identify the joint stiffness. Meanwhile, another system estimation method based on RBF neural network is also introduced to verify the efficiency of the former one. There are two advantages of the new proposed stiffness estimation method. Firstly, it is more robust to environmental noise, since no basic version or filter version of angle acceleration is maintained in the estimation process. Secondly, it's easy to apply because only measurements of joint angle on motor side, joint velocity on motor side and joint angle on link side is needed.

It is highly desirable to maximize the ability of detecting even a slightest movement in the winding-core arrangement of a power transformer while employing Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA) measurements. The terminal connection employed and system function considered significantly influences the detection sensitivity that can be achieved. Being an off-line, low-voltage method, SFRA tests permit any possible terminal connection and system function amongst the numerous possibilities. Currently available literatures and the IEEE guide on SFRA measurements (IEEE Std C57.149 (TM)-2012) list out most of these possibilities for both single phase and three phase transformers. The terminal connection and system function listed in the IEEE guide on SFRA measurements is an outcome of past experience and knowledge. The IEEE guide provides much attention in detecting outer phase symmetry, mid phase asymmetry, changes in the inductance and other minute mechanical deviations. Despite all, an expert opinion is inevitable while making a meaningful interpretation from the measured SFRA data. In particular, more expertise is required while ascertaining the minor winding deviations which usually manifest in the mid frequency range. A possible way to simplify this task is by obtaining more information (distinguishable resonant peaks) in the measured amplitude frequency response function. It simply means enabling the SFRA method to reveal all the natural frequencies manifested by the winding-core assembly. The author has already addressed this issue for single phase, two-winding transformers. However, three phase multi-winding transformers are quite different in construction. So, the applicability of the same configuration (single phase, two-winding) on three phase transformers remains to be ascertained. The performance of the image reconstruction method is crucial in magnetic particle imaging (MPI) as it helps transform the raw signal data into a quantitative representation of the nanoparticle distribution within the imaging area. In this study, an image reconstruction method based on sparse representation and deep learning (SR-DL) is proposed to solve the inverse problem of MPI and obtain high-quality MPI images. The sparse-representation (SR) method we proposed earlier is used to obtain the initial MPI image. Then the residual encoder-decoder convolutional neural network (RED-CNN) structure is constructed to enhance the initially reconstructed image. A fast dataset generation method is proposed by combining the simulated phantom, measured system matrix, and measured noise data, which can be easily ported to other MPI systems. Numerical simulations are carried out to evaluate the performance of the proposed method based on different loss functions. Furthermore, phantom experiments are conducted using a custom-built narrowband MPI scanner with a gradient of 1.1 T/m in x - and y -directions to assess the feasibility of the SR-DL method. Compared with the SR method, the SR-DL method improves the spatial resolution from 0.5 to 0.3 mm in the x -direction and from 1.2 to 0.8 mm in the y -direction and reduces the artifacts. We envisage that the SR-DL method is significant to improve the image quality and reduce the hardware consumption of MPI.

Seafloor mapping is an important related to oceanic engineering. However, traditional side-scan, multibeam, and sub-bottom sonar systems generate acoustic images having insufficient resolution owing to their restricted array aperture. To overcome this limitation, synthetic aperture sonar (SAS) systems create a virtual aperture without any limitation. Hence, a SAS system can generate acoustic images having substantially increased resolution those generated using conventional mapping and imaging techniques. In this study, we propose a SAS imaging method that employs an analytical system function. The key steps involved in the presented method are bulk focusing and coordinate transformation. Because the two-dimensional raw signal is characterized using a large amount of data, the imaging algorithm involves extensive computations. To decrease this computational load, we optimize the presented algorithm using parallel algorithms including Intel (R) Math Kernel Library (Intel (R) MKL) and OpenMP. This optimization strategy effectively reduces the computation load involved in the presented algorithm compared to that involved in the benchmark method of back projection focusing. Furthermore, the presented method outperforms Zhang's method. At the same time, the high-resolution multireceiver SAS reconstruction results are still produced by using given technology. Therefore, the presented method can be readily employed for seafloor mapping.

The paper shows the possibility of representing a recurrent P-spline in the form of a spline adaptive filter (SAF) with an infinite impulse response and variable operating parameters. A spline adaptive filter consists of a linear dynamic part and a nonlinear static part. To configure the parameters, computational schemes have been created, and their choice determines the method of adapting the nodes and the formula for the spline coefficients. Elimination of optimization search procedures provides low computational costs of the suggested calculation scheme construction.

Hive can store massive data through extended clusters, far exceeding the expansion and storage capabilities of traditional databases, and has become a major tool for building data warehouses in the era of big data. Based on Hive technology, this paper studies the enterprise-level data warehouse architecture composed of data storage layer, Hive data warehouse layer and application layer. Then, the paper studies data warehouse tools, uses HDFS for underlying storage and MapReduce for computing engine, and compares Hive data warehouse with relational database. Then, the ETL process is studied. The data goes through three stages: extraction, conversion and loading, and finally the data flows from the source to the target end. Finally, the system function and test are studied, the subsystems including data processing, data management, data migration and data analysis are constructed, and the core functions are tested. The test results were consistent with the expected results and met the delivery standards.
