From the perspective of performance and universality, this paper analyzed the characteristics of typical technologies for personalized recommendation system, and then made a basic architecture for the improved model. With the architecture, this paper introduced a personalized recommendation model in e-commerce system. The model is based on an n-tiers structure and the topsis algorithm, first standardize the user evaluation indexes, and then determine the indexes weights according to user's needs, and finally calculate the personalized recommendation results. This model can be applied to a variety of e-commerce applications, especially for the e-commerce application with structured or semi-structured products such as digital books, journals and other publications.

The ad-hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV) routing protocol is one of the most widely used routing protocols in VANETs. The AODV finds the shortest path that is not desirable in networks with high mobility. In addition, in the AODV, path request messages are broadcasted by the source and middle vehicles, which increases the routing overhead. However, in this paper, each vehicle selects the most reliable neighbors in order to send path request. This selection is based on the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (topsis) algorithm. As a result, the destination vehicle receives the most reliable paths and uses the fuzzy algorithm to select the best route from the perspective of failure among all received routes. Simulation results show that the proposed method has lower end-to-end latency and higher throughput than the AODV.

Reasonable evaluation of the grid-connection characteristics of wind farms is a prerequisite for grid power balance and dispatch planning. In this regard, an evaluation index system and algorithm for the grid-connection characteristics of wind power are proposed. Firstly, a three-dimensional evaluation index system of wind power grid-connection characteristics is constructed, which includes wind resource characteristics, wind power output characteristics and grid interaction characteristics, among which three indexes, such as fluctuation point, fluctuation density and fluctuation amplitude mean, are proposed to characterize the fluctuation of wind power output. Secondly, an improved algorithm based on the technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (topsis) and considering the coordination between the indicators is designed, and the gray correlation coefficient and information entropy are introduced on the basis of the traditional topsis evaluation algorithm to carry out a comprehensive evaluation. Evaluation. Then, the combination of G1 subjective weighting algorithm and improved CRITIC objective weighting algorithm is used to combine the weights of each indicator using the algorithm of minimum deviation. Finally, a simulation example is set up with several wind farms in the southern region, and the characteristics of each wind farm are comprehensively scored and ranked, which can provide a scientific basis for the planning of wind power industry through the research and evaluation of wind power.

The role of online declaration in effectively improving the service quality of tax authorities is very important, but there is a mismatch in the search business scope. Web browsing technology cannot solve the problem of online filing in tax collection work, and the tax assessment is not reasonable. Therefore, this paper proposes a topsis algorithm for declaration evaluation and analysis. Online tax filing has become a trend, but there are many problems that need to be optimized in the process. The topsis algorithm is introduced into the optimization of online tax returns, aiming at providing a new decision-making tool for decision makers to improve the efficiency and accuracy of online tax returns. © 2023 IEEE.

Future generation vehicular networks will grant the technique for efficient data dissemination over dense heterogeneous radio technologies by considering existing communication technology to attain higher spectral competence for successful data rates. Due to higher mobility schemes, a vehicle frequently switches among different heterogeneous networks, which leads to unnecessary handovers. In this scenario, an amateurish handover algorithm delivers data with heavy packet loss, caused by frequent and ping-pong handover. Hence, this article presents the model for. A network simulator is used to prove the performance of the algorithm. The performance of the algorithm is analyzed in terms of vehicle density, velocity, throughput, packet loss, and jitter.

In order to identify the key nodes in the power data service and assign high reliability network resources, this paper proposes a power data network resource allocation algorithm based on topsis algorithm, which consists of five parts: calculating the importance index of communication network resources, calculating the importance index of the service node, calculating the importance evaluation of the service node based on the topsis algorithm,allocating resources to the service node in turn, and allocating resources to the service link. In the simulation experiment, the success rate of resource allocation, resource utilization, and resource allocation performance of key nodes are compared. It is verified that the algorithm cannot decrease success rate and resource utilization, and key service nodes are allocated better resources and improve the performance of resources.

At present, the research on the quality of economic growth lacks rigorous measurement methods. In this paper, the index system of economic growth quality is obtained through data comparison, entropy weight method and topsis optimal algorithm. This system is used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of economic growth. The data analysis shows that there are problems such as unstable economic growth, uneven distribution of welfare and unreasonable economic structure in Wuhan's economic growth process. In response to the above problems, this paper puts forward suggestions to shorten the poverty gap, accelerate the transformation of industrial structure, improve product supply, and increase investment in education and science and technology.

Smart Proactive Caching: Paving the Way for Efficient Caching in Vehicular ICN

In recent years, advancements in vehicular communication and networking have played a pivotal role in accelerating the development and adaptation of autonomous vehicles. Within this framework, Information-Centric Networking (ICN) has emerged as a preferred architectural choice. The intrinsic caching capabilities of ICN enhance content delivery efficiency, making it suitable especially for devices with limited resources. However, despite caching being a crucial trait in ICN-based networks, there remains a difficulty in efficiently reducing content retrieval time when only the most essential contents can be stored due to limited cache capacities. In this paper, we propose a novel two-level cluster-based caching approach that considers contextual information of the users and Cache Benefit Score (CBS) for placing the content. The proposed scheme uses Neural collaborative filtering (NCF) in the Federated learning (FL) framework to predict the content popularity score which is then used to calculate the CBS for content placement. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme has been evaluated in the Icarus- an ICN simulator, with some recent caching strategies. Results show that the proposed caching scheme notably enhances efficiency, reflected in cache hit ratio, content retrieval delay, and average hop count.
