Ordering and shipping of raw materials is a very important part of a company's production *** to properly arrange the scheme to minimize the transportation and ordering cost is a great concern for *** this paper,two related models are proposed for the C problem of the Contemporary Undergraduate Mathematical Contest in Modeling:a supplier evaluation model based on Entropy Weight Method,topsis algorithm and other methods,and an ordering and transportation target planning model based on seasonality analysis and other *** former establishes seven supplier importance evaluation indexes based on quantitative analysis from two perspectives of supplier supply capability and business enterprise closeness,analyzes the influence weights of the seven indexes by Entropy Weight Method,and uses topsis algorithm to calculate the rating ranking of each *** latter is based on the contribution rate of goods,material selection tendency,and corporate interest as the primary factors for enterprises to determine the scheme under different circumstances,and the future supply and demand is predicted through seasonal analysis to establish a target planning model to determine the shopping scheme.

In order to improve the performance of the fault diagnosis algorithm under the carrier network, this paper proposes a carrier network fault diagnosis algorithm based on service characteristics. First, in order to use business characteristics for fault diagnosis, this paper calculates the three characteristics of the certainty of failure of each network node, historical failure performance, and resource utilization, and uses the topsis algorithm to calculate the failure probability of the network nodes in the network node set. Secondly, according to the abnormal credibility of the abnormal business, sort the symptoms in the abnormal symptom set in descending order. Finally, fault location is performed according to the importance of the business and the reliability characteristics of network node faults. In the experimental part, the algorithm in this paper is compared with the existing algorithms, and it is verified that the algorithm in this paper can improve the accuracy of the fault diagnosis algorithm and reduce the false alarm rate of the fault diagnosis algorithm.
