Information about dairy cow ruminating is closely associated with the health status of dairy cows. Therefore, it is of great significance to recognize and make statistics of dairy cows' ruminating and feeding behavior. Concerning conventional recognition methods which are dependent on contact type devices, they have some defects of poor instantaneity and strong stress responses. As for recognition based on machine vision, it needs to transmit masses of data and raises high requirements for the cloud server and network performance. According to principles of edge computing, the model is deployed via *** in an edge device in the present study, constructing a recognition and statistical system for ruminating and feeding behavior of dairy cows. Through the application programming interface (API) of the browser, an edge device is able to invoke a camera and acquire dairy cow images. Then, the images can be inputted in the SSD MobileNet V2 model, which is followed by inference based on browser hashrate. Moreover, the edge device merely uploads recognition results to the cloud server for statistics, which features high instantaneity and compatibility. In terms of recognizing ruminating and feeding behavior of dairy cows, the proposed system has a precision ratio of 96.50%, a recall rate of 91.77%, an F1-score of 94.08%, specificity of 91.36%, and accuracy of 91.66%. This suggests that the proposed method is effective in recognizing dairy cow behavior.

Quality assurance is of great importance for deep learning (DL) systems, especially when they are applied in safety-critical applications. While quality issues of native DL applications have been extensively analyzed, the issues of JavaScript-based DL applications have never been systematically studied. Compared with native DL applications, JavaScript-based DL applications can run on major browsers, making the platform- and device-independent. Specifically, the quality of JavaScript-based DL applications depends on the 3 parts: the application, the third-party DL library used and the underlying DL framework (e.g., ***), called JavaScript-based DL system. In this paper, we conduct the first empirical study on the quality issues of JavaScript-based DL systems. Specifically, we collect and analyze 700 real-world faults from relevant GitHub repositories, including the official *** repository, 13 third-party DL libraries, and 58 JavaScript-based DL applications. To better understand the characteristics of these faults, we manually analyze and construct taxonomies for the fault symptoms, root causes, and fix patterns, respectively. Moreover, we also study the fault distributions of symptoms and root causes, in terms of the different stages of the development lifecycle, the 3-level architecture in the DL system, and the 4 major components of *** framework. Based on the results, we suggest actionable implications and research avenues that can potentially facilitate the development, testing, and debugging of JavaScript-based DL systems.

For data isolated islands and privacy issues, federated learning has been extensively invoking much interest since it allows clients to collaborate on training a global model using their local data without sharing any with a third party. However, the existing federated learning frameworks always need sophisticated condition configurations (e.g., sophisticated driver configuration of standalone graphics card like NVIDIA, compile environment) that bring much inconvenience for large-scale development and deployment. To facilitate the deployment of federated learning and the implementation of related applications, we innovatively propose WebFed, a novel browser-based federated learning framework that takes advantage of the browser's features (e.g., Cross-platform, JavaScript Programming Features) and enhances the privacy protection by applying local differential privacy. Finally, We conduct experiments on heterogeneous devices to evaluate the performance of the proposed WebFed framework.

针对目前各类美图软件美化效果单一、风格雷同的问题,文章开发一套基于快速风格迁移的DIY图像风格迁移系统。系统通过COCOS游戏引擎和js等工具完成网页的UI设计与数据的获取处理,利用深度学习技术,使用Google公司的***开源框架搭建风格迁移网络,并完成模型迁移及对js获取到的风格图像、内容图像数据的转换,实现将用户选定图片的风格迁移到指定的图片上。同时,系统支持用户指定再训练轮次并对模型重新离线训练,调整风格迁移效果。

近年来,随着人工智能技术的发展应用,机器学习的框架及研究工具逐渐成熟。其中,***是由Google的AI团队发布的一款基于硬件加速的JavaScript库,用于训练和部署机器学习,用户在浏览器端就可以利用应用程序编程接口(Application Programming Interface,API)完成机器学习的基本任务。在油气田开发领域中,产生的生产及分析数据具有数据量小、相关性强的特点,在机器学习过程中,大部分业务通过浏览器就能进行简单的数据线性回归、分类、目标识别、可视化等处理操作,具有简单、快速、易学等特点。文章以线性回归模型为例,对探井试油过程中的油管压力数据采用前端机器学习方法进行线性回归拟合,并实现压力预测。

***和jsDoop对web浏览器的分布式神经网络训练有着重要的影响。jsdoop将一个问题划分为任务,使用不同的队列来分配计算,然后在web浏览器中处理任务。***发挥网页交互性强的特点,并充分利用GPU并行化计算能力,将多个输入批量处理,使用单个前馈网络调用,将输入馈送到网络。结果表明,当jsDoop运行时,用户可跟往常一样继续使用网络浏览器。使用***和jsDoop的循环神经网络(RNN)来预测分布式浏览器中的文本是可行的,并具有很高的准确度和可扩展性。

航空发动机研发过程中,数据分析是其中的核心环节,目前比较缺乏航空发动机专用的数据分析工具,为使已有的和正在产生的数据资源充分体现价值,十分有必要建立一个面向航空发动机试验数据的高效的数据分析处理系统。进气总温是衡量发动机性能的一个重要参数,由于国内目前总温恢复系数的确定实验十分难以进行且费用昂贵,使用的都是经验性的恢复系数,该方式的修正效果仍需提升,亟待提出新的方法,以提高修正的性能。本文以航空发动机试验数据为来源,以进气总温修正应用场景为研究对象,利用机器学习构建了进气总温修正模型,并设计实现进气总温修正系统。本文主要工作如下:(1)针对进气总温修正问题,本文根据问题情景将其归为非线性回归问题,并对该问题采用随机森林、神经网络等四种模型方法进行了实验,为后续系统进气总温修正功能实现提供模型支持。(2)系统中的数据处理分析功能是通过算法模型来实现,为了系统能够持续扩展新功能,本文设计了算法库结构。算法库包含了算法内容模块,调用接口和算法管理模块,覆盖了数据处理分析的全过程,另外通过算法管理能实现算法的添加,使系统具有扩展性,为丰富系统功能提供方便。(3)系统设计与实现。本文基于实际项目需求进行需求分析和系统设计,整个系统囊括移动终端和管理端两部分,在层次划分上分为数据存储层、业务逻辑层和应用层三层结构。管理端主要进行用户、日志、实验结果等方面的系统管理;移动终端采用Android Studio框架进行开发,主要进行实时数据和离线数据的数据处理分析。另外在模型方面,采用了tensorflow lite框架将模型压缩实现模型在移动终端的部署,利用***实现了简单的模型训练。通过系统测试证明该系统能基本满足实际需求,稳定运行。

我国是葡萄生产大国,病害防治是葡萄生产中的重要环节,准确、及时的诊断是病害有效防治的前提。葡萄病害种类众多,其叶片症状相似性强,难鉴别、易混淆。传统的葡萄病害诊断依赖人工视觉,基于深度学习的机器视觉与人工视觉相比更适合葡萄病害诊断任务。近年来,智能手机的快速普及和性能演进为深度学习的移动端应用提供了硬件基础。本研究着眼于深度学习技术在葡萄叶片病害诊断中的系统化应用,具体内容如下:(1)分析了识别、检测、分割等计算机视觉任务在葡萄叶片病害诊断中所能提供的诊断信息,从中选择图像识别和语义分割组成复合的诊断信息;讨论了构建多分支深度学习模型输出复合诊断信息的可行性;确定了深度学习模型的程序实现方法和其移动端部署方案。(2)通过实地采集和引用Plant Village数据集两种方式获取葡萄病害叶片图像样本;借助计算机视觉库Open CV提供的API简化图像样本的语义分割标注,开发了专用的语义分割标注工具;编程实现了包括几何变换、亮度调整和背景替换在内的动态数据增强。(3)横向比较多个轻量级深度学习模型,从中选择Mobile Net V3Large作为特征提取器,为其添加额外的图像分类分支和语义分割分支构成基础模型并测试其性能;对基础模型进行结构优化,在不降低模型分类性能的前提下减少了4.19M参数量,以增加微小的计算量为代价提升了模型的语义分割性能,优化后的模型在葡萄病害叶片数据集上的病害识别准确率达到99.1%,背景判断准确率达到99.3%,语义分割m IOU达到0.983,三者较基础模型均有所提升;通过模型转换实现了模型的移动端部署,在实际测试中达到了11FPS的推理速度。(4)以上述工作为基础,运用软件工程学方法和软件开发框架,开发了葡萄叶片病害诊断系统,具备图像样本采集与标注、训练数据集组织与管理、深度学习模型训练与转换、移动端深度学习病害诊断等核心功能,提供功能完备且简单易用的用户操作界面,实现了深度学习在葡萄叶片病害诊断中的系统化应用。
