Research on Traffic Dynamic Shortest Path Allocation Model Based on triangular fuzzy number Weight and K-Means Algorithm

Aiming at the traffic dynamic shortest path allocation problem with triangular fuzzy numbers as attribute values, a traffic dynamic shortest path allocation model method based on triangular fuzzy number weights is proposed. The weighted distance optimization model of triangular fuzzy number, ideal solution and negative ideal solution is established. The weight value of each attribute is obtained by solving and optimizing. The similarity difference between attribute information is determined longitudinally by using the idea of deviation maximization, and the evaluation uncertainty of each scheme under different attributes is described horizontally by entropy value. The attribute weights based on reliability are obtained by synthesizing the similarity difference index and the uncertainty index. Based on triangular fuzzy weights. A subset of vertex set V, R, is selected as the representative vertex, and the shortest path distance between all vertex pairs in R is calculated. At the same time, considering the spatial correlation of road traffic flow and the dynamic change process of traffic flow in each section of the road network, the time is discretized, and the abrupt point of road traffic state is taken as the node pair, and the road traffic flow is dynamically loaded. The prediction model of road section travel time under occasional congestion is established. Experiments show that when the error upper limit is small, the retrieval results of the approximation algorithm are relatively accurate. Then, an example analysis of traffic dynamic path allocation is provided, which shows the effectiveness and feasibility of this method in traffic dynamic shortest path allocation.

The triangular fuzzy numbers are used to represent to the object recognition problem, a new fusion method for multi-sensor data is proposed from the decision making theory. The method defines the distance matrix between all object types and unknown object. After solving the optimization problem of maximizing the standard deviations for all attributes, the weights of the attributes are obtained objectively. Hence, the result of recognition for the unknown object is given by the overall distance. This method can avoid the subjectivity of selecting attributes weights and be performed on computer easily. The simulated example verifies the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method.

In view of the shortage of epsilon-insensitive loss function for Gaussian noise, this paper presents a new version of fuzzy support vector machine (SVM) which can penalize Gaussian noise to forecast fuzzy nonlinear system. Since there exist some problems of finite samples and uncertain data in many forecasting problem, the input variables are described as crisp numbers by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. To represent the fuzzy degree of these input variables, the symmetric triangular fuzzy technique is adopted. Then by the integration of the fuzzy theory, v-SVM and Gaussian loss function theory, the fuzzy v-SVM with Gaussian loss function (Fg-SVM) which can penalize Gaussian noise is proposed. To seek the optimal parameters of Fg-SVM, genetic algorithm is also proposed to optimize the unknown parameters of Fg-SVM. The results of the application in sale system forecasts confirm the feasibility and the validity of the Fg-SVM model. Compared with the traditional model, Fg-SVM method requires fewer samples and has better generalization capability for Gaussian noise. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

An Improved Method to Transform triangular fuzzy number Into Basic Belief Assignment in Evidence Theory

Dempster-Shafer evidence theory (D-S theory) is a developing theory to solve the uncertain problems and it has an important impact on many fields such as information fusion, expert systems, and machine learning. One of the main points of D-S theory is about how to generate a reliable basic belief assignment. Furthermore, the data collected from the multi-sources may be influenced by noise or other factors which cause conflicts in practical applications. Since the fuzzy number is useful to construct the target model for generating basic belief assignments, in this paper, an improved method to obtain basic belief assignment is proposed based on the triangular fuzzy number and k-means++ algorithm. First, the k-means++ clustering method is used to construct the target model. Then, the difference degree between the target model and sample model is calculated to generate the initial basic belief assignments. After that, the conflicts will be resolved by using the discount coefficient method. Finally, Dempster's combination rule is used to combine initial basic belief assignments to obtain the final result. The applications in recognition problems of the Iris data set and Wine Quality data set illustrate that the proposed method is effective to generate the basic belief assignments and keeps a high recognition rate even under a noisy environment.

Ecological risk, health risk assessment, and pollution source analysis of Xinli Lake wetland based on triangular fuzzy number

Wetland environmental pollution has become a global problem involving the ecological environment and human health. This study measured the concentration of seven potentially toxic elements (PTEs Hg, Cd, Zn, Cu, Cr, Pb, and As) in the soil upstream of the Xinli Lake wetland in China. Based on the fuzzy theory, the sources, spatial distribution, ecological risks, and health risks of pollutants are studied. The result shows that the concentrations of the seven potentially toxic elements are close to or exceed the background value, and their spatial distribution showed irregular changes. The soil upstream of the wetland has not been seriously polluted, and Cd, which has higher bioavailability, is the priority element for ecological risk. Pollutants do not harm human health;children face higher health risks;Pb and As have the highest carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic risks, respectively. Zn, Cu, Cr, Pb, and As in the study area are derived from agricultural activities, while Hg and Cd are mainly affected by soil-forming parent materials. Attention should be paid to controlling the intensity of agricultural activities to avoid excessive input and accumulation of pollutants that would harm the ecological environment and human health.

In view of the shortage of epsilon-insensitive loss function for hybrid noises such as singularity points, biggish magnitude noises and Gaussian noises, this paper presents a new version of fuzzy support vector machine (SVM) which can penalize those hybrid noises to forecast fuzzy nonlinear system. Since there exist some problems of hybrid noises and uncertain data in many actual forecasting problem, the input variables are described as fuzzy numbers by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Then by the integration of the triangular fuzzy theory, v-SVM and loss function theory, the fuzzy robust v-SVM with robust loss function (FRv-SVM) which can penalize those hybrid noises is proposed. To seek the optimal parameters of FRv-SVM, particle swarm optimization is also proposed to optimize the unknown parameters of FRv-SVM. The results of the application in fuzzy sale system forecasts confirm the feasibility and the validity of the FRv-SVM model. Compared with the traditional model and other SVM methods, FRv-SVM method requires fewer samples and has better generalization capability for Gaussian noise. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. A synthetic method for knowledge management performance evaluation based on triangular fuzzy number and group support systems

The purpose of this paper is to propose a systematic method to solve knowledge management performance evaluation (KMPE) problems. This method includes an integrated evaluation process starting from the measurement to the output of KMPE and combines subjective and objective indicators together. Firstly, we established an index system, involving the process of knowledge management, the organizational knowledge structure, economic benefits and efficiency. And based on this index system, a synthetic evaluation method is presented, using triangular fuzzy number to measure indexes and facilitating the KMPE with a group support system (GSS). To know better of the proposed method, we have an example to illustrate. Finally, the empirical study conducted in this paper indicates that the evaluation method has strong practicability and operability. Besides, the evaluation is enabled by using a group support system: the more objective scoring can be achieved due to synchronic/asynchronous and anonymous participation;Decision-makers improve their efficiency by the clear demonstration analysis results. The systematic method of KMPE based on the index system is able to improve organizations' efficiency in performance evaluation process. (C) 2015 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

Modelling the running states of high-speed trains using triangular fuzzy number workflow nets

In this paper, we propose the use of workflow nets to study the issues associated with deriving the running states of trains. triangular fuzzy numbers are introduced to express the train's activity times and to aid in the modelling using workflow nets of the running processes of high-speed trains. A workflow net links all the activities of a train's running processes into a sequence called a train running workflow net for high-speed trains. The main job of a triangular fuzzy number workflow net is triangular fuzzy number operation. The principles of this operation are discussed in this paper. The connotations of the two modes of operation of train running workflow netssequential mode and alternative modeare also analysed. In addition, methods for calculating the time duration during which a triangular fuzzy number workflow net operates, both in sequential mode and alternative mode, for high-speed trains are proposed and proved. Train activity times and running status can be forecast by executing the proposed triangular fuzzy number workflow nets.

Service design touch point failure model and effect analysis based on the triangular fuzzy number evaluation method

How to improve employees' satisfaction in the remote office mode while working together has become a challenge for enterprises to deal with the new office management mode. The concept of service design touch point is introduced into the remote office management system to improve employees' office experience and help enterprises complete the remote office service design. From the perspective of virtuous circle, the cost of failure analysis and preventive measures for service design touch point in the process of service design is lower than that of dealing with failure after service failure. Therefore, this paper made a risk assessment on the failure mode of service design touch point loss analysis method based on the triangular fuzzy number evaluation method. In the failure risk assessment, the fuzzy failure mode and effect analysis theory and the failure mode of service design touch point are analyzed first, and the expert scoring method is used to evaluate and determine the fuzzy level of severity, occurrence and detection of each failure mode;Then, aiming at the ability difference of different experts in evaluating different objects, the expert importance matrix, which is based on attribute difference, is determined;On this basis, the risk priority value of each failure mode is analyzed and determined by fuzzy calculation method. The risk evaluation ranking results of touch point failure modes are obtained according to the risk priority value. Finally, taking the failure analysis of Y company's remote collaborative office service as an example, the feasibility of the method is verified by the case of protection during COVID-19.

Fault tree analysis (FTA) is widely used in the failure probability evaluation of a system. The conventional failure probabilities of basic events are treated as crisp values. However, in many real applications, it is often difficult to evaluate failure probabilities of basic events from past occurrences. In order to address this issue, a new FTA method based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution and the triangular fuzzy number is presented. Compared with the existing method, our proposed method is more efficient with less complexity.
