two-dimensional code enables visibly mapping herbal medicine chemome: an application in Ganoderma lucidum

Background Chemical profile provides the pronounced evidence for herbal medicine (HM) authentication;however, the chemome is extremely sophisticated. Fortunately, two-dimensional (2D) code, as a quick response means, is conceptually able to store abundant information, exactly fulfilling the chemical information storage demands of HMs. Methods We here attempted to denote both MS1 and MS2 dataset of HM with a single 2D-code chart. Measurement of Ganoderma lucidum that is one of the most famous HMs with LC-MS/MS was employed to illustrate the codingdecoding workflow for the conversion amongst MS/MS dataset, 2D-code, and chemical profile, and to evaluate the applicability as well. After data acquisition, and m/z value of each deprotonated molecular signal was divided into integer and decimal portions, corresponding to x and y coordinates of 2D-plot, respectively. On the other side, m/z values of all its fragment ions were exactly assigned to serial x values sharing an identical y value being equal to the precursor ion. 2D-code was thereafter produced by plotting these defined dots at a 2D-chart. Regarding a given 2D-code map, the entire chart (x coordinate: 0-600;y coordinate: 0-600) was fragmented into two regions by the line of y=x. MS1 spectral signals always located below the line, whereas all fragment ions lay at the left zone. After extracting information from the edges of each square frame, m/z values of both precursor ion and fragment ions could be harvested and putatively deciphered to a compound through applying some empirical mass fragmentation rules. Results The entire code of Ganoderma lucidum fruit bodies therefore corresponded exactly to a compound set. The elution program, even the employment of direct infusion, couldn't significantly impact the code, and dramatical differences occurred between different species and amongst different parts of Ganoderma lucidum as well. The popularity of the Internet has given birth to e-commerce and promoted the development of logistics industry. Traditional logistics is frail in personal information confidentiality, and it is easy to leak privacy information in the process of logistics. This paper briefly introduced the channels of privacy information disclosure in the process of e-commerce logistics and the privacy information encryption system based on two-dimensional code. Then, the privacy protective effect of the system was tested on the laboratory server. The results showed that mobile terminals with different permissions only obtained some necessary logistics information within their respective permissions in the normal process;the mobile terminals distinguished two-dimensional codes that did not belong to express mails, and only meaningless error codes were obtained after the mobile terminal without permissions scanned the code in the abnormal process. In conclusion, the encryption technology of personal information based on two-dimensional code can effectively protect the privacy information in the process of logistics.

In the present work, a two-dimensional code is developed to calculate the heat-exchanger thermal performance in relation to the airflow topology upstream of the heat exchanger induced by its integration in complex environments such as the car underhood compartment. It was shown that the non-uniformity in the upstream velocity distribution decreases the thermal performance of the heat exchanger.

Traditional phishing detection methods are mostly based on computer platforms and cannot be directly applied to mobile devices. This paper proposes a new two-dimensional code phishing detection method called LogoPhish. We use the logo to determine the identity between a two-dimensional code's actual identity and the described identity. The method includes two processes: logo extraction and identity detection. The first process uses a mobile phone to scan the two-dimensional code to extract the logo and perform image processing. The second process uses the Google image search engine to determine the identity of the logo. Since the relationship between the logo and the domain name is exclusive, it is reasonable to use the domain name as an identifier. The experimental results show that LogoPhish has a good effect and is superior to the traditional detection method in the detection of two-dimensional code phishing attacks.

With the development of information technology, two-dimensional code is more and more widely used. In the technology of two-dimensional code recognition, the noise reduction of the two-dimensional code image is very important. Wavelet transform is applied to the noise reduction of two-dimensional code, and the corresponding Matlab experiment and simulation are made. The results show that the wavelet transform is simple and fast in the noise reduction of two-dimensional code. And it can commendably protect the details of the two-dimensional code image.

In order to accurately identify the authenticity of cigarette products and improve consumers' awareness of cigarette brand, a two-dimensional code-based cigarette retail and regulatory model is proposed, and its system implementation method is discussed. In the proposed system, the two-dimensional code contains order information, brand information, etc. The two-dimensional code preservation information is designed as a service platform website with parameters, and the messages obtained by different users are distinguished by parameters. In addition, APP client is designed for retailers, customer managers and specialists, and the scanner in the APP is used to identify these three types of users, and other tools are used to identify users by default. Furthermore, the proposed system implements a hierarchical management mode, which can be divided into five roles: consumers, retailers, customer managers, monopolists and system administrators. The purpose of the system is to improve the efficiency of cigarette distribution, strengthen the management of cigarette monopoly and strengthen the contact ability with consumers. Through the practical application test of this system, we find that the proposed system can fully utilize the technical advantages of two-dimensional code, and then provide an effective solution to improve the information management level of tobacco industry.

Nowadays, visual-inertial localization method is becoming a hotspot of research, but this localization method is based on odometry, which will produce cumulative error. So it needs absolute position information to help to correct. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a method which adding two-dimensional code marker to assist localization based on visual-inertial localization system. The aim of this method is to eliminate the cumulative errors generated by the localization method of odometry and improving the positioning accuracy. The principle of visual-inertial localization and two-dimensional code marker localization are introduced, and the localization method is verified by experiments. Finally, the experimental results are analyzed.

In view of the lack of characteristics for mobile robot positioning which limits the usage of common two-dimensional codes (2-D codes for short), a new 2-D code for positioning is designed. In the new code, its square characteristics for positioning was improved, and the coding method based on Hamming code was used. The recognition algorithm for the new 2-D code under complex backgrounds was studied, which consists of binarization preprocessing, region extraction based on square characteristics and accurate calculation of positioning information. Tests indicate that the 2-D code for positioning greatly improves the positioning accuracy under the premise that its algorithm time consumption is similar to that of DataMatrix. Under the same interference, error of the new code for positioning is much less than DataMatrix in terms of the center position and the rotation angle. Meanwhile, it is able to detect and correct code value information errors, fully adapting to the task of being the basis of mobile robot positioning.
