First of all, this paper analyzes various vb programming Automatic Scoring Methods;and then, based on a deep analysis and study of the techniques of Window API and API Hook, this paper stimulates a method of whole process in artificial scoring by applying a method of combining dynamic scoring with static scoring-making both dynamic evaluations of the function of event codes of students' programs and static measurements of interfaces' designs respectively. The solutions and design ideas of the scoring system described in this paper focus on the following points: The scoring processes consist of mainly two types-a dynamic one and a static one. In a dynamic scoring, API Hook is applied to record the messages which are triggered by any human operators while the standard answer programs are being run;meanwhile, the system uses vb 6.0 to compile and run students' programs, and it will send the recorded messages to the running students' programs to drive them to run automatically, then sends out the results of students' programs, which is at running, to the specified file with the output code, and to match the results with the standard answers;in a static scoring, it will match the program files of students in aspects of form information, controller information in the form, keyword and score points, based on the different weights to calculate students' scores. Finally, programmers apply the Scoring System to "Basic Computer programming (vb) Test System" and test the feasibility of it.

"vb programming" as a high-level visual programming language, has been a main course for the basic computer education in various institutions of higher learning. Sharp drop in the experimental teaching hours, the VS teaching is difficult to obtain good results. This paper proposes a new experimental teaching methods of "Integration of Three Types", which are the integration of the validated experiment, design experiment, innovative experiment. And it has achieved a better teaching result.

Highway maintenance is the main new task after highway construction. In order to predict pavement performance reasonably, and choose the most reasonable maintenance plan, based on investigating and inspecting the pavement condition, use computer language of vb from inputting the data module, establishing evaluation module, maintenance module, prediction module, economic evaluation module and statements processing module of pavement maintenance management system. Put the original data into this system. The system can predict pavement performance and choose maintenance scheme automatically, and use multi-objective optimization model, the effect of the definition and dynamic programming method to optimize the scientific and reasonable maintenance plan, which is from technical and economic aspects to realize by using the limited maintenance funds to achieve the best maintenance effect and to obtain the biggest social and economic benefits.

With the widely applied computer control system, especially the distributed control system, the complexity of control software is becoming higher and higher, and the quality of the software directly affects the reliability of control system. This paper develops a new traceability system for food processing by using vb programming software and CMM computer software testing technology, and sets up the quality traceability control model of food processing, which realizes the optimal allocation between the raw material batch and the order. Quality traceability system for CMM food processing designed in the third section is verified. The traceability of the quality in the process of food processing can adjust the process of food processing, so as to obtain new quality curve, and to provide a theoretical basis for the research on the quality control of food processing.

The idea of mathematical modeling is used to establish the quantitative model of information system vulnerability assessment, and the model is solved by using the partial differential method. The algorithm is realized by using vb programming, and it obtains the quantitative solution of information system vulnerability. Quantitative assessment of information system security and risk is the difficulty of system vulnerability assessment, and it establishes the risk model of system by means of mathematics modeling idea. The risk model is divided into the actual risk and the potential risk. The paper uses vb programming software, and establishes a quantitative model of information system evaluation by combining with partial differential method, and the algorithm is carried out the experimental verification by using the method of numerical simulation. Through the calculation, the mathematical modeling ideas can effectively obtain the vulnerability quantitative standard and the risk level of information system, which provides the technical reference for the research of information system security evaluation method.

Based on the startup dynamics model axial flow blood pump system driven by large gap magnetic force, a method that realized optimal control in the blood pump acceleration by using vb programming was brought forward. In this method, Runge-Kutta algorithm was used to solve and analysis the model and the result that speed, flow and net head etc. time-domain curves were obtained;further more, suitable stable points in the speed curve could be found by setting threshold, and finally Hermite interpolation was used to discrete speed curve in conditions to get time constant and steps etc. speed control parameter. Relative to the old method for the speed control of blood pump, it is more accurate and controllability condition.

This paper established the B/S frame mathematical model, combined with vb programming algorithm, carries on the design of the sports teaching information platform, finally a new physical education teaching ranking method is obtained, and this algorithm is used to realize correlation analysis of student achievement. This paper designs teachers end, students end and the central processing end of sports teaching information management platform, and uses central processing unit, memory and I/O export functions to design the platform, finally the multi-function sports teaching management platform is obtained. Using sports information management platform, this paper designs the relevance of teaching achievements, which provides technical support for the research on the teaching of physical education.
