In traditional vire method, the linear interpolation is used to estimate the relationship between RSSI and distance, this increases the positioning error. Moreover, the label elimination threshold is a fixed value that is obtained by repeated adjustment experiments, this increases the time complexity of positioning. For these two problems, an adaptive vire indoor positioning algorithm is proposed based on Kriging interpolation. The Kriging interpolation is used to estimate the RSSI value of the virtual tag, and the threshold is automatically adjusted according to the real-time characteristics of the pending tag, so that the number of adjacent tags is nearly optimal, and the interference is more accurately eliminated, thereby the positioning coordinates are obtained. The experimental comparison results show that the algorithm not only saves the positioning cost, but also improves the positioning accuracy.

With the development of science and technology, RFID based indoor positioning technology is more and more widely used, among which LANDMARC indoor positioning system nearest neighbor algorithm has become the mainstream algorithm, aiming at the classic land The existence of multipath effect, noise random variable and various kinds of obstacles in the vire, Marc and its improved algorithm, makes reader reading ability decrease, affects the selection of nearest label, and then makes the positioning accuracy of the system decrease. This paper presents a new improvement scheme. Firstly, the RSSI is preprocessed by Gaussian filter, then the adaptive threshold is set, and the RSSI value of virtual reference label is obtained by Newton interpolation method. Then the positioning results are corrected by position correction. At the same time, the boundary virtual reference label is set, and the accuracy of RSSI is improved by these methods, and the coverage of reference label is increased. The simulation results show that the improved algorithm has higher positioning accuracy and stronger stability than LANDMARC and vire algorithm.

Aiming at the problems of large positioning error and low positioning effect at the boundary of traditional RFID virtual tag positioning algorithm, this paper compares the influence of four different interpolation methods of virtual reference tag signal strength on positioning accuracy, and proposes a RFID virtual tag positioning algorithm based on Monte Carlo. The algorithm uses dynamic particles to replace the traditional static reference tag;introduces particle swarm optimization algorithm to update the Monte Carlo sample particle swarm, and gives different weights to the sampling particles based on the signal strength difference between the sampling particles and the undetermined tags, and finally completes the localization of the unknown tags through Monte Carlo resampling. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy and stability of RFID positioning system compared with the traditional virtual tag positioning algorithm.

Using linear interpolation method, vire algorithm simply treats the signal strength value and distance of the reference tag as a linear relationship, leading to the inaccuracy of signal strength value for virtual reference tags. The threshold in vire algorithm is a fixed value that needs repeatedly adjustment through experiments, which results in the complicated algorithm. To solve these problems, an improved algorithm is proposed in this paper, including nonlinear interpolation algorithm, dynamic threshold setting and tag self-correction of fuzzy map, which builds an indoor positioning system based on reference tags. The experimental results show that the improved algorithm can improve the positioning accuracy and improve the stability of positioning results under bad environmental conditions without increasing the number of reference tags.
