对脑电信号进行研究是脑科学研究领域的重要内容,在这一领域,脑机接口(Brain Computer Interface,BCI)系统既涉及医学学科又涉及计算机通信与控制等学科,已成为这一领域中的热点课题。采集到的脑电信号在经过硬件处理之后可能仍然包含有大量的噪声,为了保证信号后续处理分析结果的精准性,需要对信号进行滤波等预处理。Kalman滤波是一种高效率滤波方法,能适应多种不同条件的滤波工作,被广泛地使用在信号处理工作、导航、自动控制等领域。本文使用Kalman滤波对采集到的脑电信号进行了滤波处理,经后续试验表明利用其对脑电信号进行预处理可以提高对信号特征的识别率。本文通过分析Matlab与C\C++等高级编程语言的优缺点,使用了Matlab与C++两者优势互补的混合编程的方式实现了Kalman滤波,该方法既实现了Matlab强大的数值方面运算能力的跨平台应用,又有高级编程语言执行效率高,界面编写功能强大的优点,并将Kalman滤波器应用于脑电信号的预处理,取得了较好的效果。本篇论文的主要工作有以下几点:1.本文介绍了脑电信号采集与处理中的脑机接口系统的大致组成及其工作流程,详细介绍了本文在脑机接口系统信号处理模块用到的Kalman滤波算法及ST(S-transform,S变换)算法和梯度Boosting(Gradient Boosting,GB)算法相结合的特征提取和分类识别算法的基本原理。2.本文阐述了Matlab与VC++的优点及缺点,介绍了相关文献中前人整理过的传统的VC++6.0这一工具与Matlab混合编程的几种方式,并介绍了当前最新的VC++标准:C++0x/11标准以及VC++6.0的问题及与VS的区别。在此基础上,实现了新版的visual studio 2010与Matlab R2012b的混合编程。3.通过实例将visual studio 2010与Matlab R2012b混合编程的思想应用到了脑机接口系统中,在对脑机接口系统预处理模块中的信号滤波后,在此基础上使用了ST算法对采集到的运动想象信号进行了特征提取,并使用GB算法进行了识别分类,并通过实验验证了方法的有效性。

Solar Battery Charging Station is the beginner's outline of the Central Solar Battery Charging Station which can be worn as an alternation of the complementary power source or electricity for assembling the ever-increasing demand of our country, Bangladesh. Solar energy is a form of best renewable energy and by implementing this project as a prototype one;our motto is to extend the voice for "Go Green-Save the Planet-work for existence". Software implementation is needed to monitor the charging status of the individual batteries in a station. It can also detect whether the battery has been damaged or not at a certain voltage level. Thus, we have deliberated our software to monitor all the probable actions in the software development for Central Solar Battery Charging Station. It indicates the charging status independently for each battery coupled to the prototype central charging station through a charge controller that deliver the requisite quantity of current to the battery and also connected superficially with a Data Acquisition Card to examine the battery state with our software deployed using visual studio 2010 in C# programming language. Consequently, the entire charging process of the central charging station is a solitary means of communication as we are going to provide input quantity directly from PV solar panel or diesel generator (unconventional source).

Friendly interactive interface always significantly accelerate the progress of scientific research. However, most of the commercial softwares cannot meet the demand of a digital holographic microscope. Therefore, we designed a software in order to satisfy this requirement. We use visual studio 2010 to build this software, which is based on MFC multi-documents and multi-threads. The main process of designing this software is as follow: 1) Firstly, build the main frame of the software. It is easy to realize the basic interface of Windows style by programming with MFC. The most important thing in this module is adding algorithms and the functions of tool buttons to the program. 2) Secondly, implement functionality of each sub module. In this software, sub modules mainly mean sub windows. In order to have the unity of style, all sub windows use the similar toolbar. Specially, if one sub window have its own functionality, we will add button alone. 3) Thirdly, pass messages among modules. Passing messages among modules is significant in this software. The news in main program must be transmitted to the relevant sub window. The operation information in any sub windows must be transmitted to the main program, or transmitted to other sub windows. In order to make the program more efficient, we utilize multi-thread programming. With a digital holographic microscope, our software has many useful features, such as capturing the hologram of a sample (Holo View), displaying its Fourier spectrum (Fourier View), unwrapping phase map (Phase View), digital refocusing intensity information (Intensity View), drawing 2D line across the sample (2D View) and displaying three-dimensional images (Plot View). The experimental results demonstrate that a digital holographic microscope could be used much easier with the help of our software.

Cílem této práce je navrhnout a implementovat nástroj pro pasivní generování zdrojových kódů pro specifický framework informačního systému. Tímto frameworkem je ZeroFramework, který je určen k vývoji klient-server aplikací na platformě .NET. Pro generování je použita knihovna T4Scaffolding, která umožňuje rozdělit logiku generování kódu na separátní části (tzv. scaffoldery). Tato práce se zabývá převážně návrhem a implementací těchto scaffolderů a jejich provázání s knihovnou T4Scaffolding. Výsledkem této práce jsou šablony a logika pro vygenerování souborů a tříd, které implementují logiku potřebnou pro zobrazení, přidání, úpravu a smazání konkrétní databázové entity.

Managed Extensibility Framework allows development of component based .NET applications. However relations between components can be quite complex. So it would be advantageous to visualise these relations to user to simplify the development of component based applications and to provide their editing. This thesis provides a solutioin in form of an editor plugin for the Microsoft visual studio 2010 allowing to view a composition schema based on analysis of a source code. The editor allows user to edit the generated composition schema and is able to correct the original source code according to user made changes. Possibilities of the analysis and the offered editing actions are influenced by users extensions, the editor is extensible with. As part of this thesis, we implemented the editor with extensions allowing to use it in application projects written in C# language. It helps to detect composition errors in these applications and simplifies changes in the application component architecture.
