Aczel-Alsina t-norm and t-conorm are a valuable and feasible technique to manage ambiguous and inconsistent information because of their dominant characteristics of broad parameter values. The main theme of this analysis is to explore Aczel-Alsina operational laws in the presence of the complex interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy (CIVIF) set theory. Furthermore, we derive the theory of aggregation frameworks based on Aczel-Alsina operational laws for managing the theory of CIVIF information. The CIVIF Aczel-Alsina weighted averaging (CIVIFAAWA), CIVIF Aczel-Alsina ordered weighted averaging (CIVIFAAOWA), CIVIF Aczel-Alsina hybrid averaging (CIVIFAAHA), CIVIF Aczel-Alsina weighted geometric (CIVIFAAWG), CIVIF Aczel-Alsina ordered weighted geometric (CIVIFAAOWG) and CIVIF Aczel-Alsina hybrid geometric (CIVIFAAHG) operators are proposed, and their well-known properties and particular cases are also detailly derived. Further, we derive the theory of the waspas method for CIVIF information and evaluate their positive and negative aspects. Additionally, we demonstrate the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) strategy under the invented works. Finally, we express the supremacy and dominancy of the invented methods with the help of sensitive analysis and geometrical shown of the explored works.

A Modified waspas method for the Evaluation of E-Commerce Websites Based on Pythagorean Fuzzy Information

Web and business e-commerce site assessment is the act of comparing e-commerce sites based on their functionality, efficiency, or ability to meet the needs of a business or its clients. They are essential to keep up with the market changes and shifts to provide better compliance with security requirements and to optimize the interface to hold onto user attention. The modified versions of the waspas method hybrid with Pythagorean fuzzy sets are exploited to evaluate the e-commerce websites like the Amazon review dataset, Chnsenti Corp., and IMDB dataset using various performance indicators. The waspas model with balancing factor beta=exp(j) demonstrates an average accuracy of 94.01% for the Amazon review dataset, 98.19% for the Chnsenti Corp. dataset, and 98.83% in the case of the IMBD dataset with a mean execution time of 806.60 sec, 787.10 sec and 809.19 sec, respectively. The proposed model is compared with reported state of art results methods SVM, SVM hybrid with unigram, SVM hybrid with unigram, SVM hybrid with unigram & grid search techniques, XGBoost and ERF-XGB methods with their accuracy of 50.40%, 80.81%, 80.81%, 90.1 and 98.2, respectively. The global fitness value and mean execution time from 50 independent runs are calculated for these datasets, and statistical indicators are used to see the stability of the study. The proposed approach significantly enhanced performance and reduced computational complexity, making it a promising tool for real-time detection and prediction of the efficiency of employees in various organizations and a tool for growth.

Choosing the right job is the most important decision that will affect the life of every person. For this purpose, in the article, a decision matrix consisting of alternatives from different organizations and factors in the choice of work is given. The problem is solved using the waspas approach. At the same time, since the decision matrix has Z-information, mathematical operations based on Z-numbers were used to solve the problem. Finally, the selection of the best workplace is done through a Z-score based approach to compare the alternatives. Heat insulated industrial ceramic coatings are gaining popularity and becoming more appealing for some application domains due to their high toughness, thermal shielding characteristics at elevated tempera-tures, protection from chemical degradation, wear avoidance, and environmental corrosion protection when coated on the surface of mechanical systems and their segments. To describe the tribological prop-erties of Industrial Coatings, a superior comprehension of their performance and an exhaustive examina-tion of their exhibition are required. In this experimental evaluation, Taguchi-based Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (waspas) has been employed to streamline the process parameters of different tribological attributes of industrial coatings applied through an air plasma spray process. Utilizing Taguchi L16 factorial blended level exploratory plan, tribological attributes, for example, wear loss and the coefficient of friction has also been assessed. In view of ANOVA results, it was reported that pressure applied over the coated surface played the significant role in assisting with limiting wear loss and the coefficient of friction and to amplify industrial coating life. Heat treatment, in conjunction with quenching, is used to improve the mechanical characteristics of oil hardened steel. In order to get the greatest yield strength, hardness, and ultimate tensile strength, among other things, a variety of control parameters must be tweaked in order to achieve the optimum outcomes. One of the objectives of this study is to improve the process of improving the mechanical properties of AISI 4140 Chromoly steel by varying key parameters such as the quenchant used, the soaking time, and the heat treatment temperature. After using the Taguchi method for the purpose of experimental design, three output responses were produced, namely the yield strength, the hardness, and the ultimate tensile strength of the material. To determine the most optimum parameters for heat treatment and quenching, the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment method (waspas) was used. In this study, it was discovered that the hardness of the material is dependent on the heating temperature, with greater hardness being obtained at the highest possible heating temperature. A similar relationship exists between material strength and soaking time, with the greatest amount of soaking time leading to greater material strength. When comparing the mechanical properties of the three quenchants, new engine oil performed much better than coconut oil and old engine oil. It is clear that both the waspas method and the Taguchi-waspas method approach are very effective, as shown by the close agreement between the anticipated and experimental results. The ANOVA results revealed that among all of the factors con-sidered for maximisation of mechanical characteristics in heat treated and quenched Chromoly steel specimens, temperature was the most significant and influencing factor, followed by soaking time as the second most significant parameter, and quenchant as the least significant variable. Archimedean t-norm and t-conorm based intuitionistic fuzzy waspas method to evaluate health-care waste disposal alternatives with unknown weight information

Health-care waste (HCW) contains numerous hazardous, infectious, and radioactive contents that may cause serious health issues for society and drastic environmental problems. Therefore, it is crucial to dispose of HCW safely and appropriately. Four commonly used HCW disposal methods are incineration, steam sterilization, microwave, and landfill disposal. To select an appropriate HCW disposal method, there are several conflicting criteria. Furthermore, when information is lacking due to uncertainty and criteria weighing conditions are also unknown, the decision to choose an appropriate HCW disposal method becomes more challenging. So, the objective of this paper is to introduce a novel integrated multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) approach to evaluate HCW disposal methods in which incomplete information is quantified using intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFSs), unknown criteria weights are evaluated using the maximizing deviation method, and the evaluation of HCW disposal methods is done by applying the Archimedean t-norm and t-conorm-based interactive intuitionistic fuzzy weighted aggregated sum product assessment (waspas) method. Herein, the Archimedean t-norm and t-conorm cover a wide range of t-norms and t-conorms, including the Algebraic, Einstein, Hamacher, and Frank, etc., by adopting prescribed combinations of additive generators. The proposed MCGDM approach has been applied to evaluate the above-listed four HCW disposal methods for a case study conducted by Mishra et al. (2020) in the context of India. A sensitivity analysis is performed to examine the impact of changes in the parameters involved in the proposed MCGDM approach. A comparative study is also performed with some well-known multi-criteria decision making(MCDM) and MCGDM methods to demonstrate the consistency and stability of the proposed approach. Findings suggest that the newly developed MCGDM approach is more general, flexible, and provides realistic results to evaluate HCW disposal method

Today, the focus on risks and uncertain events is one of the essential goals of any organization. If hazards are not taken into consideration at the planning stage it could be dangerous during project life cycle. Therefore, risk assessment is so important which has been extensively investigated by many researchers in recent years. This research suggested a method based on a combination of two WSM models (weighted sum model) and WPM (weighted product model), known as the weighted aggregated sum product assessment (waspas) method which was employed to assess negative effects of risks on project. This method has capability and more accuracy compared to independent methods in alternatives ranking. The waspas method is one of the new multi-index decision-making techniques which has been adopted and employed in many areas. In this research, we identified and evaluated the risks of a road construction project in Iran which the results showed inaccessibility/inappropriate of barrow pits, loss of key manpower during project life cycle, employing inexperienced subcontractors are of the most important risks among identified risks. Also this paper suggested the waspas method as a suitable method with more accuracy among MCDM techniques for evaluating of risks in a real situation.

This paper proposes a new approach to selecting improvement projects (IPs). It allows the evaluation and prioritization of projects taking into account a proposed set of criteria as a key criteria for processes continuous improvement. The novelty of the research is the proposition of a OFN-waspas method (the waspas method, which uses the Ordered Fuzzy Numbers (OFNs)), in the selection of improvement projects. The advantage of the proposed method is its ability to provide project assessments in the form of fuzzy numbers or qualitative assessments together with the description of likely direction of assessment change in the nearest future. This is possible due to the use of orientation in OFNs. The approach verification is presented on the basis of the case study considered five projects constituting the portfolio of IPs selected, using the 19 most important subcriteria proposed within the 9 main criteria. The group AHP method is used to calculate the criteria weights. The conducted research demonstrated that the proposed approach to IPs selection is, to a large extent, applicable in an enterprise that operates per the CI concept. The resulting process improvement requires the implementation of many improvement projects. This approach handles the key aspects of decision making in a consistent and rational way and can be especially useful for portfolio analysis with projects using the latest technologies and implemented in frequently changing environmental conditions.

Analysis of green buildings based on CODAS method and waspas method for circular linguistic T -Spherical fuzzy Hamy mean aggregation operators

The term green building refers to the use of state-of-the-art scientific and technological methods to design buildings that have the least potential adverse environmental impact. To assess possible green construction choices, a comprehensive analysis is required, taking into account a number of aspects, many of which may be incompatible. A novel category of fuzzy sets, known as circular linguistic T -Spherical fuzzy sets, is presented in this article. It is founded on the circular linguistic T -Spherical fuzzy sets and linguistic variables can be used to characterize the qualitative evaluation of decision makers while giving them greater latitude in expressing their opinions regarding admissible membership grades. Secondly, we introduced several circular linguistic T -Spherical fuzzy Hamy mean aggregation operators, including circular linguistic T -Spherical fuzzy Hamy mean/weighted Hamy mean aggregation operators and their duals within the setting of an entirely novel algebraic circular linguistic operational laws. Meanwhile, we also explain a variety of characteristics that these suggested operators exhibit, as well as particular scenarios that permit parameter adjustments. Next, the CODAS and waspas construction frameworks incorporate these aggregation operators, making it simpler to rank and thoroughly assess concepts. Furthermore, we provide a detailed analysis of the recently proposed multi-attribute group decision method based on the circular linguistic T -Spherical fuzzy weighted Hamy mean/dual weighted Hamy mean aggregation operators. We test the viability of the approach by applying the suggested methods to issues pertaining to the creation of green buildings and sustainable architecture. Selection Among GSM Operators Using Pythagorean Fuzzy waspas method

GSM operators serve a huge amount of customers and this causes difficulties in meeting the customer requirements. Selection of the GSM operator having the best quality of service is a multicriteria decision making problem under vague and imprecise evaluations rather than exact numerical evaluations. Pythagorean fuzzy sets (PFS) let experts assign membership and nonmembersip degrees in a wider area than it is in ordinary intuitionistic fuzzy sets. In this paper, we employ Pythagorean fuzzy sets for the extension of waspas method. waspas is a multicriteria method integrating simple additive weighting and weighted product methods. Single valued PFS are used in the proposed waspas method. We illustrate the application of the proposed Pythagorean fuzzy waspas through a selection problem among communication firms.
