This paper proposes a safety inspection technology for drones and target detection to solve the difficulty of construction safety inspection and the ineffectiveness of safety identification methods in offshore photovoltaic construction projects. The researchers made lightweight improvements to the YOLOv5s recognition algorithm, especially optimizing it to preserve fine-grained information. We use adaptive algorithm A* with variable weight for path planning and B-spline for path smoothing to optimize the inspection path. The data involving construction safety was collected extensively in the study, and the accuracy of small target detection reached 95.9% using the method proposed in this paper. In addition, it implements efficient path planning based on a small target detection algorithm to achieve smarter obstacle avoidance. Empirical studies have shown that the proposed technical scheme can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of construction safety inspection. In summary, it will ensure the safe operation of marine solar power generation projects and aid in safety management and monitoring in similar scenarios.

Largely for this reason that the threshold value of Harris algorithms can only be set by experience, corner is difficult to be contrasted in areas of image contrast. A new adaptive algorithm is proposed in this paper. Firstly, image pixels are selected by Sudoku method. Secondly, image contrast can be confirmed in area of above-mentioned pixels by calculating local mean square error. Finally, the best matching pixels according to image contrast are received by using self-adaption threshold, and experimental results can demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed adaptive Harris corner detection Algorithm.

This paper investigates the efficiency of autonomous indoor exploration utilizing simulation testing environments in Gazebo. Two exploration methods, Floodfill algorithm and Frontier-based algorithm, using the 2D LiDAR sensor are compared. The Floodfill algorithm employs a systematic traversal approach, while the Frontier-based method dynamically detects and navigates towards frontiers. Results indicate that the Frontier-based approach outperforms Flood-fill Algorithm in terms of efficiency and map completeness, particularly in complex environments. This paper proposes a novel modified Park transformation (MPT) algorithm for phase-locked loop (PLL) applications in unbalanced three-phase systems.
