This study presents an integrated emergency notification system utilizing arduino uno and the GSM SIM900A module. The system shall perform a number of actions, e.g. to send an emergency message, notify the location of the person in distress and initiate a phone conversation with your predefined recipient's telephone number when you press this button.. The system will send an alert text message, for example 'danger situation,' directly to the phone number of the recipient once it has pressed the emergency button. Thereafter, the realtime location[6] coordinates shall be sent to the recipient by SMS so that they are able to locate their target in a timely manner. The system may also start a call from the recipient's telephone number, which is used to communicate directly in emergency situations. © 2023 IEEE.

One of the essential technologies in the domain of mobile robots is to the ability to traverse a pre-established path. Line-following robots are robotic systems that are specifically engineered to detect and trace black or white lines on surfaces that exhibit alternating colors. The robots are designed to operate independently by adhering to a predetermined path. Equipped with a variety of sensors, these robots are capable of detecting the line in contrast to the surrounding background, so ensuring their ability to remain on track. The attainment of precise and adaptable movement is facilitated by a set of infrared (IR) sensors. In order to regulate the movement of the wheels, a combination of two direct current (DC) gear motors and a caster wheel is utilized. The implementation of an algorithm that governs motor speed and facilitates the robot's ability to track a line is achieved through the utilization of an arduino uno. The main objective of this project encompasses two key aspects. Firstly, it involves the construction of a durable chassis that possesses the ability to transport designated payloads between predetermined waypoints. Secondly, it entails the development of an algorithm that empowers the robot to maneuver through narrow curves effortlessly. © 2023 IEEE.

The natural disasters poses the losses in the disaster prone area. Landslides pose great socio-economic threats to regions which geography of the location favors it. The hill states of the India are more prone to the landslides due to the heavy rain fall other environmental challenges. The researchers found that ninety-nine percent of landslides induced due to heavy rain falls. The severity of disasters especially landslides is gradually increasing day by day in scale and frequency, resulting in widespread loss of human lives and infrastructure of the nation. The detection, monitoring and mitigation of the landslides in hill states is the major concern. The mitigation and monitoring of the effects of landslides can be performed using technology integration. This article presented an innovative landslide monitoring system. It is based on the IoT protocols based monitoring system consisting of cloud platform which provides instant alerts of upcoming landslides on the basis of real time data set collected inside the IoT cloud platform. As part of this monitoring system, landslide data is sent directly to the civil protection department and notified to the local population for the awareness and future precautionary safety measures. The results and discussions section shows the real time data visualization of the landslide inducting parameters, including metrological, geophysical and hydrological parameters. © 2023 IEEE.

The electrical supply equipment for vehicles is prone to disturbances caused by faults in the charging system, such as overloading and short circuits, which can harm to the charging equipment. This can either lead to short-term or long-term damage to the electric equipment. The faults may cause damage to the electric vehicle to which the power is being supplied. The fluctuations in the power supply causes the fluctuations in the output voltage and current which in turn can be damaging for the electric vehicle in the long term. So, a robust monitoring system is needed in the electric vehicle supply equipment so that whenever a fault occurs the technicians who maintain the charging station can take care of the fault. To overcome these kinds of problems, we are going to detect the electric faults like voltage and current faults using hardware and blockchain technologies in our proposed project. A hardware kit consisting of ESP32, arduino uno, voltage sensor, OLED display and battery which acts as a fault will be used for the project. A web application based on blockchain using web 3.0 framework will be developed which has inbuilt block chain framework which secures and maintains the data at the backend as fault occurred and fault solved. © 2023 IEEE.

Gas leakages are a major safety hazard in industrial facilities. They can cause fires, explosions, and other disasters, which can lead to significant property damage, injuries, and even death. Smart gas leakage detectors can help to prevent these accidents by detecting gas leaks early on. This research study explores the marketing implications of using a smart gas leakage detector made of arduino uno and MQ-135 gas sensor in industrial facilities. The benefits of using a smart gas leakage detector for industrial facilities, such as improved safety, efficiency, and compliance are also discussed. Further, this study discusses how a smart gas leakage detector can be used to market industrial facilities to potential customers. It concludes that smart gas leakage detectors can have a positive impact on the marketing of industrial facilities. They can help to improve the safety and security of facilities, which can make them more attractive to potential customers. They can also help to demonstrate the commitment of facilities to safety, which can build trust with customers. The different approaches of different sensors are also discussed, sensors such as MQ-2, MQ-3, MQ-4 and MQ-135. A comparative study of the sensors as also done to support the same. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to diagnose, assess, and treat a wide range of disorders, blood Hemoglobin level (Hgb) monitoring is essential. There is a global urge for an economical hemoglobin measuring solution, which is especially important in underdeveloped nations. This research paper refers to describe concise and organized information about different techniques of non-intrusive continuous hemoglobin monitoring (such as Image analysis using CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), Cyanmethemoglobin Method, PPG Theory, Embedded Platforms, Smartphone Method) and also a most effective technique which can be preferred all over. There are currently less commercially viable non-intrusive hemoglobin monitors on the market, despite the efforts of several research organizations to create wearable sensors for continuous Hemoglobin monitoring. Non-intrusive methods of hemoglobin monitoring are easy, effective with 90.9% of accuracy with no infection chances as in invasive (intrusive) method of monitoring because non-invasive method uses finger probe or other sensing element which can be attached to our skin and hence concentration level can be measured irrespective of having fair chances of using infectious needles in case of invasive method. Finger Probe can bring into an operation with the help of hardware system, made with a use of an electronic components such as arduino uno (with inbuilt Embedded System), OPT101 (Light Sensing Diode-Photodiode), Multi-Emitter Chip, Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). In future for any disorder diagnosis or treatment which requires time to get a report of our blood test in order to identify hemoglobin concetration level in the body, this device will greatly help so that doctors can treat patient fast in order to avoid any discrepancies with a patient's health and hence treatment will be started sooner. © 2024 IEEE.

Everyone is entitled to live the way they want and to feel happy, but there is a lot of verbal abuse and aggression that people face which is a huge challenge to everyone. It is a general urge to tell our close ones about our current position in emergencies and warn them about the fact that we expect danger. In the event of sudden abduction or sudden illness in an uncertain place, we can feel powerless. A way is therefore built to save lives from possible dangerous circumstances in which a person is at risk of being abducted, robbed, or raped. In the model, two voice inputs are detected-"Danger" and "Help" and also a switch button input is taken. As the voice recognition model is trained that way, the device can only recognize the user's voice. It sends the text to the police and parents for the "Danger" word input or push-button input. It also sends the location to the parents for the "Help" word. On the other hand, when the pulse rate is not within a certain range, the hospital and relatives are informed. The trained words, mobile numbers, BPM range used can be modified according to the user's preference. The model is designed to send SMS containing latitude and longitude which can be used to find the exact position on Google Maps. Using our model, individuals can make their lives free of fear as it will serve as a supporting hand in crisis situations.

The entire world is enmeshing the pandemic COVID-19, which affected the public health and it is spread all over the world. Every country's authority is making more and more efforts towards maintaining the public health as well as mental health and are developing the vaccination to control the COVID-19. As COVID-19 is an infected disease for which a sanitized environment must be chosen at top most priority to prevent infection. Most of the countries are facing the problem of incrementing the infection rate of COVID due to griminess problems. Most healthcare industries are also working to create a sanitized environment with incorporation of the Internet of Things (IoT) which is resulting in the smart health care appliances for generating the sanitized environment. In this paper the researchers have developed an IoT- Galvanized Pandemic Special E-Toilet for generation of sanitized environment which resolves the issues of griminess problem. The proposed architecture has been comprising with three levels of working methodology as Occupancy Check, Auto Flush and Auto control of Appliances using Mobile Application. It is implemented using a raspberry pi board, arduino uno as a core unit of the system with interfacing the peripherals: IR sensor, Ultrasonic sensor and HC05 Bluetooth module, servo motor, Relay module, CFL lamp and LED. The proposed architecture has been simulated individually using single piece of sensor, then later assembled all the peripheral together and simulated. The proposed architecture can be used in field of education, industries, corporate offices, multiplexes, hospitals etc.

Photovoltaics is an emerging technology across the globe to scatter the power crisis. Unlike before many countries have come forward to erect huge capacities of solar power plants. Therefore the small challenges related to the efficient operation of PV systems are to be addressed. This paper proposes an inverter which can operate in conditions of intermittence and generate power with the available sunlight. The concept of the inverter is based on, clubbing the properties of a Z source inverter and multilevel inverter. The proposed inverter has a Z source network in the front end and multilevel inverter in the load side. 10 levels of voltage is obtained which can generate a near sinusoidal output waveform. A unique Pulse Width Modulation technique was adopted to control the switches of the inverter which can be interfaced with the Perturb and Observe MPPT algorithm. The system performance was assessed using simulation. The output characteristics show that the system is well suited for PV applications and the proposed inverter can operate with a very high voltage gain and less THD value.

In the most complex indoor environments, such as a warehouse, where there is a large volume of equipment and the possibility of losing it is inevitable, this study reveals an embedded system that uses Ultra-Wide Band (UWB) accuracy to deliver pinpoint asset tracking. It is crucial to keep an eye on them. constructing a Real-Time Locating System (RTLS), to use technical terminology. Even though they were effective, conventional navigation systems like GPS, Wi-Fi, and BLE have limitations due to interference and range. UWB effectively overcomes these constraints with its massive 7.5GHz bandwidth and lower interference (- 41.3dBm/1MHz). When it comes to interior navigation, UWB works better since it has a higher connection than Wi-Fi and GPS. Conversely, UWB has no propagation effects like as scattering or reflection and can simply flow through an obstruction. The goal is to create an embedded system that uses an arduino uno to gather data from a Deca Wave DW1000, which will serve as a tag and anchor for effective asset navigation utilizing the Time of Flight (ToF) localization method.
